11 Chapter 11

In the canon ending Westeros is going to be in chaos, and I don't really care. The people of Westeros are just the worst. So, is me destroying the Night's Watch and sending an army of free folk south going to cause chaos and destruction? Yes, but honestly things can't really get any worse for them. I'm only in it for the Giants the people of Planetos are just the worse. I wonder if it has to do with the seasons. Because the seasons are tied in with the necromancy of the white walkers, so maybe it also makes people evil? Although Old Valyria was built on human sacrifice and Slavery. Maybe Planetos just tends toward evil. Speaking of Old Valyria gave me an idea though.

Right now my main agenda is keeping the giants safe while I wait for Mance to unite the free folk. I didn't really have any ideas for what to do in between waiting. I had thought about flying to Kings Landing on Rayquaza to try and win the melee at the Tourney of the Hand that will be happening in a couple of months. As funny as it would be to compete as a giant it's probably a terrible idea. The only reason I considered it was because I could get 20k gold dragons. I already have 200 gold coins, and I don't particularly need the money right now but it might be helpful to buy crops, ships, and Animals to populate the north. For crops, I was thinking of apples or stone fruit. Just go Johnny apple seed covering the true north in Apple trees. Then maybe introduce some more productive animals like cattle and sheep. The ships would have to be built for giants, but they could be used for fishing or trade. All of that is hypothetical, but gold would open doors.

I won't go to that tournament, now I want to at least checkout Chroyane or Old Valyria. But for now, I decide to lead the tribe south east in the direction of Hardhome. This region is home to the more peaceful clans of free folk and I know this is an area that is as far as I can get the tribe from white walkers without crossing the wall or going into otherwise dangerous clan territory. Weeks pass as the tribe moves southeast and then settles down there. I stay to overwatch the move an make sure no problems arise. None do and I start to grow bored.

I find a flat wall away from camp and use it to enter my warehouse. Despite being my own personal pocket dimension the whole warehouse is very mundane. Concrete floors, shelving full of my stuff, and a nice home. It's all very ordinary. The stasis pod and healing chamber are larger than I expected although I guess I should expect to run into people larger than normal humans. The stasis pod and healing pod both very futuristic, but seem to be very easy to use only two buttons on each. Freeze/Unfreeze, heal, and open/close. On one of the shelves, I find all of my stuff from Pokemon. I release the full team to say hello. I spend the night with them and sleep in my home taking advantage of my house. The house is nice structurally 8 bedrooms 8 bathrooms and a lot of other rooms. However, it said it was furnished and it is furnished only in the strictest sense of the word. Beds, toilets, kitchens, only the bare essentials. I definitely need to get some furniture just not here. I end up having to cook with my Pokemon camping cookware. The food the warehouse supplies is mostly ingredients. Good ingredients, but I need to cook them. In the morning I reseal my Pokemon and head back to camp.

Another month passes with me doing nothing but waiting. I decided to go anywhere populated as a giant is a bad idea, but I can't do anything except wait until Mance approaches me. But I'm done doing nothing I decide to go treasure hunting. Euron Greyjoy claims to have pillaged old Valyria at some point in the future so that is of the greater urgency. I tell the clan I'll be back before sneaking away to summon Rayquaza.

I'm lucky to have Rayquaza because I'm not sure there are any other flying Pokemon capable of carrying me as a Giant. I have Rayquaza fly up high enough that we won't be spotted and we start heading south. Rayquaza is fast too fast in fact he has to go significantly slower for me to be able to hold on. We fly the journey in two parts. The first is south all the way to Dorne. While there I find a wall and rest in my warehouse. Then the next morning I head southeast looking for the southern border of Essos which I follow east waiting for a southern extension of land and then a series of islands across from it. By the time I want to take my next rest I've found the island that Old Valyria is on. After another rest in the warehouse, I take out all of my pokeballs and wear my pokebelt like a sash. An hour of travel later at I had spotted the smoking ruins of a city.

I release Walts and have her grab onto my shoulders. Like back when she was a ralts. I have her create a total barrier. A combination of several of her other barrier techniques to get one barrier that blocks multiple things. We got it battle-ready for her personal use, but we also got it partially working on a larger scale. She can expand the barrier further like a bubble shield but can no longer move while keeping the barrier up. However, when I'm this size I can just carry her. Either by piggybacking her or by letting her ride my shoulder. We slowly descend I keep an eye on Walt's barrier to make sure it holds and also keeps out the hot gas. It appears to, so Rayquaza lowers us all the way down. We find an empty clearing near the center of the city. I recall Rayquaza as I will hopefully not need to fly again. When I want to return north I'll have Walts teleport us.
