Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, deboned and cut into small pieces
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup dried shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup baby corn
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
