After she had heard her reply, she thought that her response was like a big slap on her face; she knew that she was lying because her friend's evidence was authentic. Who would have thought that Michael has the audacity to say that? Zoey was confused about what to believe; she didn't know if Michael was telling the truth or if it was another set of lies. Michael lost his mood after his short confrontation with Zick, he thought that he can now have his chance to make his name as new as ever to Zoey after saving her but he didn't expect that Zick is working on the hospital he brought her in. aside from that he also has to retrieve his license in the police station after exceeding the required speed limit.

"Why does he needs to rub on my face that I didn't belong with their family anymore. Why doesn't he just move on and forget what had happened between me and Zoey." Michael said as he drives his car to his home.

Inside America's apartment was Rick who's waiting for his daughter to return. Due to that, his plan was sabotaged by an anonymous person he decided to call it a day and left his work without saying anything. He also lost his appetite to deal with everyone in ACS.

America's apartment is a mess just like her relationship with her mother. Dishes all piled up in the kitchen sink. Bags of garbage were all waiting inside her balcony to be thrown out. Clean and dirty clothes were all placed in one place. Her bed is half like a cabinet and other as her actual bed. This is not the place for a beautiful lady like his daughter to say it.

Rick started cleaning his apartment and washes his laundry. Although he doesn't have access to all her things with his intelligent mind he always finds her way to all her passcodes and locks.

Before darkness swallow, the sky the front door opens and produce a drunk America who is struggling her way to her bed. She cannot keep her balance intact from the influence of the alcohol she had taken.

America went to a pub in a broad daylight after seeing Michael and Zoey entered the hospital. She thought of numerous reason why does he need to bring her inside a hospital. Wasn't she dying? Or worst was pregnant of Michael's child.

America knew that Michael sex life is active as an athlete's daily routine. What is Michael found a way to be in between Zoey's pants? A lot of nonsense thoughts flooded her brain what made her ask strength to the powers of alcohols.

For the days that she and Michael ended their so-called relationship, America became a drunkard every night. Thinking that with alcohol's will she will be at peace and will be able to forget the sorrows she has been experiencing.

Rick has witnessed the hardship of his daughter from the day they broke up, up until now which made his plan to take his revenge on behalf of his daughter to Zoey.

"America, wash first before going to bed." Rick calmly says. He doesn't usually have his calm persona within him all except if he is talking to his child. He knew that America has grown up with a lack of love and care from her own mother, stepfather, and half-siblings. She has been an outsider all her life Rick doesn't want her to feel that even her own father will also despise her.

Although America rudely talks to him and treat him like trash, Rick still tried to make her feel that whatever way she decided to treat him, he will always be by her side, all the time.

"What do you know? No more! Leave me alone." America throws the first thing she grabbed on her side table and tries to aim her father at the door. Good thing that with the influence of alcohol and her bad eyesight Rick was left with no injuries after that.

"Okay, sleep if you please." He let it go and close her bedroom door and continue his cleaning mission before leaving her apartment.

But before he calls it a day that night, Rick heard his daughter crying inside her room. Eagerly wanted to check on her, he silently opened the door to see what was happening.

It was just America crying in her sleep while sleep talking. Rick already got used to it because she usually sleeps talk since she starts drowning herself with alcohol.

"Why? Why is it always her?"

"Am I not that lovable for you to choose me again."

"She is with someone else, please quit chasing her and start choosing me one more time."

"Michael, I really love you, please. I love you."

"You doesn't have to ask her to bear you a child, I can do it with for you."

Rick silently listens to all his daughter's cries. He as a father felt the sadness on her voice and her prayers that he will one day choose her again over that Zoey.

"She loves her boss, she will never return to you."

Rick got confused about America's last words. Does she love her boss? Does that mean that that slut and her overly confident COO are together?

One malicious thought entered his mind in an instance and now the next phase of his plans needs to roll up.
