Leisure Life: Classroom of The Elite

"I just want to laze around, minding my own business...so what's up with all those conspiracies?" A random average guy who is about to attend Advanced Nurturing High School established by the Japanese government to nurture the young people who will support the country in the future. Fan-fic about Classroom of the Elite and I don't own any of its characters or...simply anything connected to it so make sure to check out original work. WARNING: I am not planning to make MC change plot from early on, you could even say this MC will be just a side character. It's just that I picked this background (Classroom of the Elite) for a slice-of-life relaxing story. Also, some characters might have slightly different personalities so excuse me for those possible mistakes. #68 Discussion 3

'He completely disregarded my questions...' Yuichi thought, slightly annoyed by this teacher but he still couldn't care less for him and his words, after all...

Yuichi glanced towards the clock.

'Only a few minutes.'

"Why not look for a compromise here? What do you think, Chabashira-sensei?" He asked while looking towards Chabashira who had folded arms the entire time with a completely calm expression.

"Compromise?" She raised her eyebrow in question with an interested tone.

Yuichi faintly smiled with closed eyes and lightly nodded his head when he heard "compromise", thinking about his plan to force a "compromise" of his to Class C.

"I am convinced that Sudo-kun lied in his testimony and despite your witness being at that place...I simply can't bring myself to believe her when I look at the injuries of my students." Sakagami said with a faked regretful expression.

"You-!"

"Ehm" Sudo wanted to throw a tantrum so Yuichi cleared his throat aloud and Sudo immediately understood this signal since he has been already informed of such situations beforehand.

"I admit that my students might be somehow involved however neither us nor you will change their testimony, this will keep on going forever and that photo isn't that useful either. There were 3 against Sudo and one of them has a history of fighting and troublemaking which is a problem. I propose 2 weeks of suspension for Sudo and 1 week for my students based on the injuries they have suffered. How about it?" Sakagami said with a content smile on his face while holding his forehead.

Naturally, Sudo didn't like it and it was more than visible when everyone could hear him gritting his teeth.

"What do you think, Chabashira-sensei?" He asked her one more time and she calmly closed her eyes.

"...Seems like a logical compromise. I don't see any reason to refuse this proposal..." Chabashira opened her eyes and glanced at Yuichi who ignored her gaze before replying.

"Hmm, I am not exactly sure about that..." Yuichi muttered before taking a look at Horikita's super serious expression.

"What do you mean by that, Iwamura-kun?" Sakagami asked with a furrowed brow.

"I mean that sensei has chosen pretty wrong people to suggest a compromise to...I beg your pardon but students sitting right in front of you right at this moment are pretty greedy ones." Yuichi turned at Sakagami and grinned widely, showing off his white teeth, giving off a feeling of a greedy wolf baring its teeth to his prey.

Hearing his words, Horikita frowned and nodded her head.

"The compromise is the only way to solve this situation, you have to accept it or admit that you are lying." Sakagami shook his head in a disappointed manner as if he expected better of Yuichi.

Yuichi also shook his head in disagreement.

"We are greedy but at the same time, we aren't afraid to go big. This argument is already going for a long while, we are wasting teachers' and student council's time. I think that at this moment, the side that suffered injuries no longer matters, one side is clearly trying to frame another. What do you think, student council president?" Yuichi asked with a smile, looking towards Manabu who was listening to the entire discussion with his eyes closed shut.

When Manabu heard Yuichi's words, he opened his eyes and looked towards him before releasing a faint smile.

"What do you suggest?" He asked with his serious voice as an intrigued glint flashed in his eyes.

"If Class C is lying, they are trying to frame us for nothing, pushing it as far as to wasting everyone's time. If we are lying, Sudo has severely beaten 3 students while trying to lie right to the student council president. I think the severity of both cases is completely the same therefore I suggest we bring expulsion to the table." Yuichi suggested with a calm expression which completely shocked everyone and they finally understood what he meant by "we aren't afraid to go big".

"That's..." The 3 students from Class C immediately turned nervous when they heard the word expulsion, not to mention when Class D has the witness and they could still be hiding something.

"Interesting suggestion..." Manabu said with a faint smile.

"That doesn't seem fair at all. It is the expulsion of 3 students against the expulsion of 1 student." Sakagami immediately interrupted with a dissatisfied tone.

"Who said it will be only Sudo-kun facing the expulsion? All 3 of us will!" Yuichi said as he slightly spread his arms with a smile on his face.

This time, even Manabu was slightly surprised by Yuichi's confidence in putting himself in such a position.

"Iwamura-kun?!" Horikita frowned and called out while pulling the sleeve of his blazer to get his attention.

"Iwamura?" Even Sudo was surprised by his words, thinking at first that he is betting him but when he heard him that he would be joining him, he thought otherwise and kept quiet, letting Yuichi and Horikita take care of the matter.

Class C's students started talking to each other what they should do while their teacher was trying to change Manabu's mind regarding Yuichi's suggestion.

Yuichi took a last look at the clock before closing his eyes and faintly opening his mouth as if he was whispering something before he quietly snapped his fingers under the table.

He opened his eyes and glanced at Horikita who had a thoughtful expression however that quickly changed when she frowned down out of nowhere. After a few seconds, her frown only deepened as if something was annoying her. It went on for a while until she took a quick glance around before taking out her phone and looking at it under the table.

At the same time, Yuichi garnered Ishizaki's attention before he tried to look at what Horikita was looking at. Even Ishizaki noticed the light from the phone's display on Horikita's face.

When he wanted to perhaps inform the teacher of such bad behavior, his expression changed to a slightly embarrassed one as he also secretly took out his phone. However once he saw something on the display, his eyes widened in shock.

He quickly read something before he turned off the display and glared at Horikita while gritting his teeth.

Horikita was slightly confused by this but she also narrowed her eyes at him as if to say she isn't giving up.

'Perfectly timed, I really have to buy her something nice after this.' Yuichi thought with a faint smile while looking towards the windows.

"-I actually think that it is an appropriate punishment for wasting everyone's time and the other party also agreed to put 2 more students into this matter. If your students aren't lying there is nothing to fear" Manabu and Sakagami were still discussing the matter that happened a minute ago.

"I-" Ishizaki opened his mouth to say something but he froze once he heard Manabu truly considering the terms.

"Looks like we have to postpone this trial for tomorrow and if the one side is discovered to give false testimony, the entire party will be expelled. If no other evidence is found, we will pass judgment based on the known evidence." Manabu said with a serious expression while fixing his glasses with his index finger.

"?! S-Student council president, please wait!" Ishizaki's expression turned to one of horror when he heard his words. He quickly stood up from his seat and pled with a raised voice.

"Hm? What is it?" Manabu narrowed his eyes and asked with a slightly annoyed tone.

"I- We would like to...withdraw our complaint against Sudo-kun." Ishizaki said in low voice, completely shocking his friends but he just glared at them which made them calm down.

"What?! What do you mean?" Sakagami-sensei immediately snapped his head towards his student and asked hurriedly with a confused expression.

"...It was a mistake...If we still can, we would like to withdraw our complaint. We apologize for wasting everyone's time" Ishizaki stood up and bowed down to everyone.

Chabashira lightly chuckled with a slightly surprised expression.

She also noticed Horikita taking out her phone, the same applies to Ishizaki however she was intrigued because she has never seen Yuichi use his phone.

'?! ...Did he put it on the table for everyone to see in plain sight on purpose?' Chabashira thought with an amused smile while looking at Yuichi's phone, she also wondered if it's really his phone because everyone had a completely the same model.
