89 Summer Festival

Enzo made his way to the walls of Stonewall and waited in line to get in.

The line was just as long as it was on that first day Enzo, Ivan, Vincent, and Juliet made it into the city so it would be a while before he actually got in.

However, once he got in, Enzo realized the long wait was extremely worth it.

We had spent well over 12 hours in the dungeon today, so it was deep into the night, but I could tell that this was the time the city looked the most beautiful.

'So pretty.' Enzo thought as he looked around the outskirts of the city.

Even the outskirts were well decorated.

There were golden lights hanging from every building, wrapped around every light pole, and shining on almost every roof.

Enzo was able to see the buildings just as well as he could in the daytime due to all the lighting.

There were also many miscellaneous decorations of the sun, like how one house had a large cardboard cutout of the sun taped to their door.

Another change to the city, and probably the biggest one, was the amount of people roaming the streets at this ungodly hour. There would usually be people here and there, but the streets were actually crowded at the moment, even so early in the morning. Enzo couldn't even imagine how crowded they would be once the day came.

Once Enzo got closer to the Silverwind Inn, which was more in the center of the city than anything, he started to see the extra booths and stalls that were set up by vendors. For now, he decided to ignore all of that, as there was something more important he needed to take care of.

He came up with an idea that would innovate how alchemists sold their goods.

Enzo made his way to the Alchemists' Guild with hopes that it was open this late.

Two hours later, he walked out with a large smile on his face.

There were 5 other alchemists now following behind him, as he walked in the direction of his store.

"When do you want us to get started, boss?" One of them asked.

"As soon as possible." Enzo answered.

These 5 new alchemists would be taking on the role of workers for his potions shop. Their job would be to supply potions and elixirs to the store, since it would be too hard for Enzo to do all of it by himself.

Up until now, all alchemists who owned shops did all of the potion making by themselves. This included Enzo until he realized how inefficient that was.

He went to the Alchemists' Guild to hire his new personal Alchemists who would now make all the potions for his shop in his stead. He would give them the recipes and they would make them to put them up for sale.

Enzo could have set up their pay as a fixed rate, but decided to take a technique from the real world and offer them commission instead of a fixed rate pay.

The Alchemists he hired would receive a certain percentage of each potion they sold. Enzo figured it would be much easier to find workers with a pay rate like this, and he was right.

Enzo took the 5 Alchemists to his shop and got them all set up to start producing potions. His shop would now have low grade and high grade versions of health, stamina, and mana potions.

This was a big step up from just having low grade health potions, and would help to boost the popularity of his shop even more. He also created a sign advertising the new additions and put it on the outside of the store.

Another few hours later, Enzo opened up the shop for the first time in a day.

Almost instantly, there was an influx of shoppers who had seen the sign earlier in the morning and were waiting for the shop to open.

Enzo's shop had already gained a lot of popularity and credibility, so even though he didn't have much variety in the beginning, people still preferred using his store over other new stores.

But now, everyone in the city would hear about the various items being sold at "Knight's Supplies" at a competitively cheap price and want to shop there even more.

Enzo left 500 gold coins in the store's inventory to be used for potion materials, the monthly management costs, and other miscellaneous expenses.

'Hopefully that will hold the store off for a few months.' Enzo thought.

He then started helping Peter at the register because there were so many people in the store that he was starting to get overwhelmed. Luckily, there were other cash registers, so Enzo was able to stand at one while Peter worked the other.

He wanted to tour the city more because the sun had come up not too long ago, but the store was more important at the moment.

Everything was going smoothly, customers got in and out quickly, until around 10:00 am, when there was a disruption to the store.

A young man walked into the store, and almost instantly everyone stopped in their tracks.

Most of the 50 or so customers in the store were staring at the young man, and some of them had even dropped into a low bow.

Enzo looked over to the man with a frown on his face.

'He's obviously someone important but who?'

The young man stood around 5'8 (172.7 cm) and looked to be around 16 years old. He had short black hair that flowed backwards, extremely clear, tanned skin, dark brown eyes, and exuded confidence. He wore an extravagant two piece red suit with gold trim that shined in the morning light. The suit was obviously tailored because it was snug to his fit body. He didn't look overly muscular, but it was obvious the young man worked out.

[???????]

[Level 40]

His ID tag didn't give away any important information other than his level.

Enzo was surprised once again when the young man started walking towards him instead of looking around the shop.

Thanks for all of the support on both my novels as usual!

Do you guys think I should change the name of this novel to fit the rest of the series? Or should I just leave it and let this novel be the odd one out?
