Sorting out New Workers

The next day

Tenshi woke up and headed for the cafe to see Pudding, Reiju, and Pedro standing at the door, talking to Haku, Uta, Karin, Mocha, and Wanda. Iguchi was also sitting outside his smithy, humming to himself.

Tenshi landed near them and they all turned to him.

Pudding rushed over and pointed at her third eye, saying "What did you do?!" Tenshi looked at her and her third eye was now Vertical instead of Horizontal. This was much better, she looked better like this!

Tenshi didn't understand why she was freaking out… He looked at her in confusion, "Um… Nothing? These are Employee Perks. Your devil fruit abilities get cannibalized into your body and everything is optimized and improved. Actually, there should be another Memo-Memo fruit out there now. As with the rest of you who had Devil Fruits before."

Tenshi flicked Pudding's forehead as she pursed her lips into a '3' shape, waving her arms like a child, adding, "Also, your so called Curse has been removed, meaning that you can eat as many fruits as you like. Haku's eaten 2 already… Or was it 3?" Haku smiled and nodded, "2."

Tenshi nodded and pointed at himself, "I ate three just yesterday. Uta's eaten two already… Don't freak out so much." Pudding gawked at him and Reiju grasped the key point, "Excuse me… Three only yesterday?" Tenshi smiled and nodded, "Yep! I've eaten so many, I lost track. Should be around 10?"

Wanda, Uta, Pedro, Pudding, and Reiju were horrified.

HE ATE HOW MANY FRUITS?!

Tenshi waved and didn't care too much, explaining "Anyway, if you come across a fruit you like or want to keep eating fruits, be my guest. You can develop in any way you like. One you die, your powers die with you, so killing another employee for their fruit is useless… But I guess you can eat them? I don't know I haven't tried."

Everyone froze and Pedro asked strangely, "Why would you eat us?" Tenshi nodded and revealed, "Well, if you eat a Devil Fruit user, you get their Devil Fruit." Reiju's lips twitched and she replied "That doesn't make any sense…"

Tenshi waved his finger and smiled, "Actually, it does! Because there's already an example of this." everyone was shocked, "There is?!" Tenshi nodded and pointed at Pudding, smiling "Charlotte Linlin ate everyone in Sheep's House during a Hunger Pang frenzy. Including Mother Carmel, last known user of the Soul-Soul fruit. Right after she came back to her senses, she could use the Soul-Soul Fruit."

Pudding was shocked and horrified.

Tenshi added, "Plus, she eats her kids all the time. This is nothing new, really." the rest were horrified as well, what sort of animal does that?! Reiju asked in shock, "She really gained the power?!"

Tenshi nodded and smiled, "Mhm! Streusen watched the whole thing, he can confirm." Pudding held her mouth and ran over to the side, vomiting. Tenshi ignored her and dusted her hands, smiling "At any rate, I have jobs for you. Reiju, you'll come with me. Pedro, you can walk around Kakariko on Patrol… If you like, you can even practice against Type Zero in the arena whenever you want. You'll be the Cafe Guard in the future."

Reiju and Pedro nodded.

Tenshi turned to Pudding off to the side and smiled, "Pudding-chan! You'll be working in a bakery/kitchen, okay?" Pudding waved behind her and continued vomiting.

Tenshi looked at the rest and smiled, "You guys are operating as per usual, okay?" They nodded and smiled. Karin looked at the new employees and chuckled evilly, "Welcome to hell!" Haku sighed, "Please, Karin… Not now…" Karin just laughed slowly, "Fufufufufu~"

Tenshi settled everyone and a giant hand grabbed Reiju, flying up to the cliff.

Tenshi showed her all the Germa Equipment and smiled, "Learn from the Clones here for a while, when they're done understanding all the Germa Equipment, they'll disappear and I'll bring you to another place where you'll be working."

Reiju nodded and smiled, "I'm not allowed to go back, am I?" Tenshi was stunned and asked, "You want to??" Reiju's lips twitched and she retorted, "Would anyone be happy about being Kidnapped??" Tenshi paused and muttered, "No… I guess not…" Reiju looked at his sad expression before waving, sighing "It's fine… I guess this isn't so bad. At least I'm not being used as a reproduction factory…"

Tenshi's lips twitched as he looked at her.

She smiled at him and he shook his head, walking away. Reiju covered her mouth and laughed softly, asking "Does Sanji show up often?" Tenshi thought about it before nodding, "Should be today actually, since they escaped Tottoland. They should arrive because they have a door on their ship!"

Reiju smiled happily and nodded before getting to work.

Tenshi walked over to the gold and Devil Fruits, sucking them into his eye before flying down and releasing them.

He set them up in a stall in the Bazaar, giving some fruits to Malo to sell in his shop. Everything was being sold, all the Gold and Devil Fruits. They were split between the Bazaar and Malo's Mart but they were still up for sale.

He even put the Panda in a cage and slapped a price tag on it, intending to sell the Panda.

Iguchi came to thank him for the Smelt-Smelt fruit, it was really a big help to a Blacksmith like him! Tenshi smiled and told him to not worry about it, it's been a long time that they knew each other anyway. Iguchi smiled sincerely and nodded before returning to his Smithy, ready to work extra hard.

Tenshi nodded and disappeared.

He reappeared on the ship and went to the Eternal Pose Stand. He fed it all the Eternal Poses he stole before turning to the Map Table and doing the same. When his Eye space was empty, he returned to Kakariko.

Tenshi walked into the cafe and exited in the Flower Capital, his lips curling up.
