33. Era of the geniuses

In Maltor Empire, Imperial Palace Astrology Department.

There was an old man in a white robe, although he looked like an everyday old man with grey hair and a beard, but the amount of wisdom cannot be hidden from his radiant eyes which seems to be filled with knowledge.

"Hooh!, What an incredible bunch!" he silently murmured.

He is an Emperor Rank Magician and the head of Astrology and Divination Department, although he is not proficient in combat, compared to his other fellow magicians, his Knowledge about divination and witchcraft surpasses even the Saint and Divine Rank Magician's of Empire.

Due to this, he is even granted the title of 'sage' from the Empire.

"What are you looking at Sage Wittekar" One of his fellow Magician's in the department inquired curiosily.

Wittekar shook his head and said " There is gonna be massive changes in the Continent of Azaroth."

The Fellow Magician made a shocked expression as he asked.

"Is it another invasion from the Demons."

Wittekar looked at the black sky filled with countless stars, with a few of them shining brighter than the other's.

"Quite the opposite, There are numerous geniuses being born in this era, we might witness a few of them in the next few years"

Wittekar raised his hand and pointed towards a lone Blue star, which was shinning, brighter than any other star in the sky and said.

"That Blue Star represents talent, and it is pointing towards the Leonhart Empire"

Wittekar continued speaking, while pointing towards the stars, who were slightly dimmer than the blue star.

"Red Star represents Reincarnation, which is pointing towards the Priscilla Kingdom."

"Yellow Star represents Fortune, which is pointing towards the Hebrion Empire."

"and lastly that Green Star representing guidance which is pointing towards the Tempest Kingdom."

Wittekar paused speaking , while looking at one the stars in the sky with a strange expression.

"Is there something wrong, Sage Wittekar."

Wittekar took a while before responding

"Look at that star pointing towards the Kahr-Mohr Forest, isn't it kind of strange."

Wittekar replied while pointing towards an ordinary looking star, there were countless stars with similar radiance as him, and thousands of them even several times brighter than it.

But what caught Wittekar attention was its profuse amount of blinking, as if it refused to accept its fate as a ordinary star, or trying its best to escape from it's predetermined fate.

" Hooh ! , this era could also be called as an era of geniuses"

"Isn't that a great thing for the Continent." The Magician beside Wittekar exclaimed.

Wittekar gave an inwardly sigh before replying.

"Even when a single hero appears, means the continent is about to face a great catastrophe, and now there are so many of them, God Knows what we are about to face."

In the Leonhart Empire, Vasisth Dukedom.

"So you're saying he ran away."

"Yes Duke, I came to check up on him and noticed , young master wasn't in his room"

The maid replied with a perplexed look on his face.

"haah!, Fine you can leave."

The maid gave a respectful bow before darting out of the room.

"What am I gonna do about this kid ?" A sudden frown appeared in his unblemished handsome face, as he was tired of the continues antics of his son.

"Don't worry Dad, Brother will come back on his own " A little girl standing silently in the corner of the room replied.

She had long black hair and dark eyes , with an olive skin tone, it could said she inherited her beautiful looks , from the Duke.

Hearing her youngest daughter's voice, the frown in his face quickly disappeared and replied.

"You're Right Meesha, and It's about time he experiences the outside world."

He inwardly sighed as he thought 'I am a Divine Rank Swordsman but I can't even handle my own son".

Duke Vasisth is one of the three main pillar of the Leonhart Empire, as a divine Rank swordsman he knew he was talented, and thought he was God's gifted talent.

Until he saw his own son, he finally understood what , a God's gifted talent really means.

It was to the amount that even shocked him, a Divine Rank Swordsman.

His son started training for swords when he was 11 years old, and now in just 4 years he has already become a '7 Star Knight'.

Being a '7 Star Knight' at the age of 15 was already considered earth shattering. But what actually terrified Duke Vasisth was that his son never took sword training seriously.

He barely practiced couple of hours a day, and even frequently skipped the training entirely.

A chill ran through Duke Vasisth's entire body when he thought, what his son could achieve if he took his swordsmanship seriously.

So it led to him constantly forcing his son into practicing Swordsmanship, being tired of this constant pressure his son ran away from home, while the Duke was away from the Empire.

Meesha who was standing at corner walked towards the window and murmured.

"Please Stay Safe Brother."

In the Royal Imperial Palace of Priscilla Kingdom, a young woman with red hair and eyes who appears to be about 19 years of age opened her eyes , as flames were raging inside her eyes , while she was sitting in a meditative state.

"I can't believe I am reincarnated."

It's been about more than a month, since she came back to past , in the body of her younger self.

"I'll have to recover my strength back " She silently murmured.

Suddenly the door of her room sprang open and

a young woman in her maid dress, came towards her and said.

"Princess Agatha, your Majesty is looking for you."

"Yes! I am Coming, give me a Minute ."Agatha replied with a nonchalant expression.

To be honest, she had no filial pity towards her parents or her siblings, as she was the one who killed them all to rise to the throne.

She slaughtered and masacared her way through the top. She plundered several kingdoms and burned thousands of cities, and ultimately she even challenged the almighty Leonhart Empire.

Only for her to die a dog's death , after contemplating for a while Agatha shook her head, as she thought ' I was too arrogant, Just because I became a 'Saint Rank' Magician , I thought I had an entire world in the palm of my hand's'

"Even the God's want me to conquer the entire Continent." she murmured ecstatically.

"I will not waste this chance that I was given , I will be more careful and descret, I'll probably recover my strength in about 6-7 years, and after that the first thing I'll do is burn that bastard alive."

If her memory serves her right , the person who killed her should be just a 'Cardinal Rank Swordsman' around that time. Before he grows any further she plans to wipe his existence off from this continent.

"Rudra Vasisth, Just you wait , I'll give you the most painful death anyone ever recieved in the history of Azaroth Continent" Agatha clenched her fist while growling as she still vividly remembers that sharp sword that pierce her heart and that cold looking face she saw during the end of her first life.

Before leaving her room ,to greet her so called parents and siblings ,she was planning to kill for the second time in her life.
