19 Judgement of the Gods

"Why have I been called here for? This better be important Dianne." said a woman. She had long yellow hair, blue eyes, wore a judge's robe and a utility belt of scrolls, hammers, and glasses. This was the Goddess of Judgement Rawley. Dianne had entered her room and demanded she came with her because something had happened. They walked into Rantra's room and he showed them a lay out of the timeline. There was one point on it where it had ruptured and changed course into another timeline.

"The only thing that could have done something of this scale is the influence of a god." said Rantra.

"Then why have you brought me here?" asked Rawley, getting ready to leave.

"We think we know who did it but we need you to judge whether they are guilty or not." said Dianne.

"And who is it?" asked Rawley.

"Cynthinia." said Dianne slowly. Rawley pulled one of the hammers out of her belt and marched to Cynthinia's room with unprecedented anger. She kicked open the door and slammed her hammer on the wall creating an impervious barrier.

"I should have know you would do something like this!" shouted Rawley.

"What!? What are you doing!?" exclaimed Cynthinia.

"Judgement!" Rawley invoked and a set of scales appeared in front of her, "You know how this works. If you lie the scales tip right but if you speak truthfully the scales tip left."

"I know how it works but why are you questioning me!?"

"Did you, or did you not, alter the timeline of the mortal realm?!"

"What?! No!" As Cynthinia said this, the scales tipped right. "You must be forcing it to do that!"

"All I'm doing is bringing justice. And with the power invested in me! I banish you under the timeline alteration act and cast you into the mortal realm where you shall age and die!" Shouted Rawley. Dianne and Rantra only got to the doorway in time to witness Rawley slam her hammer into the wall causing Cynthinia to be engulfed in a beam of light and her silhouette shot downwards to the mortal realm. Cynthinia was stripped of her godly powers as she plummeted to the ground. Dianne smiled and watched as Rawley opened the barrier and began to walk to the Omni-god's office to inform them of Cynthinia's banishment.

"Are you pleased with the outcome, master?" asked Rantra. Dianne's smile turned into a psychotic grin.

"Nine down, twenty more to go! Haha!" Dianne tried to stifle her laugh but her attempts were pointless.

"What is your next plan?"

"Cause some havoc on earth. All the gods will focus on that and we'll be able to pick them off one by one." Dianne walked back to her room but Rantra stayed behind. Dianne opened the door to her room. It was what you'd expect for the Goddess of beauty with a makeup table, perfectly made bed, brightly coloured walls, and a soft carpet. Dianne sat down at the table and began to remove her make up with a wipe before peeling off her mask. Dianne wasn't a Goddess. Dianne was a man named Okubi, the previous God of darkness. Previously banished for meddling with the timeline and breaking one of the most sacred of rules. He had short black hair with dark drown eyes, he wore a shape shifting suit that changed from "Dianne's" dress to a knee long leather jacket, black shirt, and dark trousers. He walked over to the bed and lifted it up revealing uncountable torture devices on the underside of the bed and in the base was the celestial weapon of darkness filling multiple shards of the omni-crystal with what little energy was left.

Cynthinia awoke in a bedroom she didn't recognise at first but as her memories caught up she shot out of the bed and flung open the curtains. It was now morning. She searched for a bathroom, found a mirror, and began to check herself. When Gods are banished, they take the place of a mortal who is forgotten and can sometimes have their appearance altered if the banishment goes wrong. After some final checks she found she was completely the same apart from a little weight gained up north. She walked back into the bedroom and found the other person's purse and read the id: 'Анастасия Орловский'. She also found a plane ticket headed for England in two days time. Suddenly there was a knock at the door and Cynthinia looked through the spy hole and saw seven person swat team. She ran back to the bedroom, grabbed the purse and smashed through the window out into the open. Some of her abilities had stayed with her but were considerably weaker so she cut herself on a lot of the shards of glass. Behind her she heard the door busted open and the swat team piled towards the broken window and watched as Cynthinia ran out into the city.

Cynthinia was out buying clothes just two hours after the swat team entered her home. She bought a unicorn shirt, blue hoodie, and ripped jeans to try and fit in but her hair left her noticeable from a mile away so she bought a sunhat with a little red bow. She walked out and explored the city. Her dream had come true, even if it wasn't for the reason she hoped, and now she was free and could live life like a mortal. She ran through parks, fed pigeons, tried coffee for the first time, threw up for the first time, and feel in love for the first time. Across the road from her, was a tall man with some grey joggers, a blue woolly jumper, and a flat cap that made he stand out from the other two he was with. She watched as he went into an alleyway, lights shone from inside, and he exited looking even handsomer than before. She paid and began to follow them around the city trying to build up the courage to talk to him. But maybe another time as two swat cars rounded a corner and she quickly turned and walked the other way.
