Power Rankings

Pirate Power Level (Based on Bounty):

1. Rookie Level (Bounty: Below 50 Million Berries): Pirates who are just making their name in the world. They have demonstrated enough strength or threat level to warrant a bounty but are still not considered major threats.

2. Notable Pirate Level (Bounty: 50 Million - 100 Million Berries): Pirates who have made notable achievements or possess considerable power. They are recognized threats to civilian towns and even to some Marines.

3. Veteran Pirate Level (Bounty: 100 Million - 300 Million Berries): Pirates who have survived the Grand Line and are recognized as formidable foes. They can pose threats to higher-ranking Marines and even smaller nations.

4. Super Pirate Level (Bounty: 300 Million - 500 Million Berries): These are infamous pirates who have achieved notorious reputations. They are capable of taking on higher-ranking Marines and can pose serious threats to larger nations or the World Government itself.

5. Elite Pirate Level (Bounty: 500 Million - 1 Billion Berries): Pirates who are among the strongest in the world. They are known to take on Marine Admirals and can pose significant threats to the stability of the world.

6. Yonko Level (Bounty: Above 1 Billion Berries): These are the most powerful pirates in the world. They are at the same level as the Marine Admirals and are capable of affecting world events on a large scale.

Marine Power Level (Based on Rank):

1. Recruit Level (Marine Ranks: Seaman Recruit - Seaman Apprentice): These are the new recruits or young Marines. They are usually sent to deal with minor pirate threats or support higher-ranking Marines.

2. Officer Level (Marine Ranks: Seaman First Class - Chief Petty Officer): These Marines have proven themselves and usually serve as leaders of smaller squads.

3. Middle Officer Level (Marine Ranks: Ensign - Lieutenant Commander): These Marines often serve as the backbone of the force, commanding large groups of lower-ranking Marines.

4. Senior Officer Level (Marine Ranks: Commander - Captain): These Marines are often entrusted with the protection of important locations or serving as the right hand of higher-ranking Marines.

5. Commodore - Rear Admiral Level: These Marines are considered powerful combatants, capable of leading large Marine forces and dealing with dangerous pirate threats.

6. Vice Admiral Level: Vice Admirals are among the strongest in the Marines. They can lead Buster Call operations and are capable of fighting against powerful pirates.

7. Admiral Level: The Admirals are the most powerful combatants in the Marines, capable of fighting against the most dangerous pirates.

8. Fleet Admiral Level: The Fleet Admiral is the leader of the Marines and is one of the most powerful combatants in the world.
