Krul Tepes, The Gamer

Being thrust into Kuoh Town as my favorite waifu and with the gamer no less was something I never imagined in my wildest dreams; the fools always say I am heartless, a cheater, and unnecessarily cruel, but they don’t know who I am. I am the gamer.

It’s Time to End It

"I thought you were a vampire, Lady Krul. You seem very comfortable under the sun despite being one," Hayasaka Ai commented after she saw me not avoiding the sun and walking under it unabashedly.

Since I took the Blue Spider Lily, not only did I become immune to the sun, but my HP would gain a bonus every time I stood under it. It would buff with a +, and I no longer feared or felt uncomfortable with it.

"Of course, I am. Being the Third Progenitor has its perks." I shifted this issue to my status as Third Progenitor rather than the Blue Spider Lily itself.

I was very much cautious with my possession. What if Hydra heard of it and targeted me to get it?

Rather than leaking out the secret that I could make vampires immune to the sun and painting a target on my back, it was better to use the reason of being the Third Progenitor rather than spreading the fact that I possessed the Blue Spider Lily, which I didn't know how many people would do whatever it took to get.

Hayasaka Ai nodded and didn't ask further.

She opened the door of the car and escorted me inside as she took the driver's seat and turned her head to me, her eyes sharp and inquisitive.

"Where will we go, Lady Krul?" she asked.

"We will go to your former boss' place, Shinomiya Un'yo. Make sure that he is there," I stated.

The atmosphere became silent for a while, and Hayasaka turned her attention to the front, not wanting me to notice what was inside her mind before she answered me.

"Do you even know I was the spy placed by him, Lady Krul?"

Because she was in the driver's seat and her face was hidden from my view, I didn't know what expression she wore when she talked to me.

But it couldn't hide the fact of her nervousness when she asked this question.

"Are you worried if I knew, then your former lady, Kaguya, will know too?" I asked playfully.

She didn't answer as she picked up her phone and seemed to communicate with someone before she nodded.

"He will be there, Lady Krul."

"I forgive your disrespect this time, Hayasaka, but not next time." I snorted when I saw she changed the topic and bypassed my question without permission or asking, which made it very disrespectful in my eyes.

"I apologize if I came across as disrespectful." Hayasaka Ai admitted her mistake swiftly to me without hesitation when she noticed my foul mood.

"Start to drive." I commanded and didn't want to talk again.

Probably not wanting to provoke me further, she started the engine, and it was time to end the farce of this guy named Shinomiya Un'yo for taking my maid's mother hostage.

The car roared to life, and we sped off to settle this score once and for all.
