Chapter 134 Peak Battle

Land of Fire.

Swish!

Under the night sky the burnt town was a tableau of chaos and elemental fury and Kazuki, calm amid the storm gazed at Roshi and Onoki at some distance, his hand suddenly reaching towards the Kusanagi fixed on his back.

Kazuki drew the Kusanagi blade, the legendary sword humming with chakra as he infused it with his chakra, a blue light flickering around next second.

Lightning Style! Thunderclap Slash!

"Zzzzz!!"

He murmured, swinging the blade in a wide arc. A crescent of electrified energy surged towards Roshi, slicing through the air with a crackling sound.

"Lava Style! Erupting Earth Wave!"

BOOM!!!

Roshi, seeing the incoming attack, countered sending a wave of molten rock towards Kazuki's lightning slash. The two attacks collided, creating a spectacular explosion that lit up the night sky, sparks and magma splattering across the nearby terrain.

Meanwhile, Ran finally seemed to have recovered from the earlier zap as she shrouded her body in steam, aiming to take advantage of Kazuki's momentary focus on Roshi.

"Steam Style! Boiling Fist!"

Swish!!

Ran shouted, launching a punch that turned the air into scalding vapor as it neared Kazuki. Kazuki parried with his Kusanagi, the blade cutting through the steam with precision, dispersing the hot mist with a cool swipe. As Ran's fist came within striking distance, Kazuki sidestepped, using the flat of his blade to redirect the attack, guiding Ran's momentum to send her stumbling past.

On the other hand, Ōnoki was not idle all this time as he finally seemed to have charged up enough for a big attack.

"Particle Style! Atomizing Blast!!"

BOOM!!!

He cried, unleashing a concentrated beam of destructive energy towards Kazuki. The earth where the beam struck disintegrated into nothing, a clear warning of its deadly potential.

Thud!!

Kazuki, aware of the dual threat, back flipped to avoid Ōnoki's attack, landing gracefully several meters away. He then thrust his Kusanagi into the ground, some sweat on his forehead as words leaving his mouth.

"Earth Style! Fissure Create!"

BANG!!!

A crack erupted beneath Ōnoki, splitting the earth towards him, forcing the Tsuchikage to divert his attention from offense to mobility, leaping away from the gaping tear in the earth.

"Just his attainment in earth style is no less than mine; not to mention the rest that he is equally good in, truly a monster!"

Looking at the deep crack on the ground Onoki couldn't help but praise the man battling them, despite being one vs three they have been unable to even touch him up till now and on the contrary one of them was nearly sent to oblivion by him.

He's just made for battles, konoha sure is blessed

Said Onoki inwardly with an envious look on his face, monsters just keep emerging out from konoha and iwa doesn't even have a single person talented enough to inherit his particle style.

Kazuki not caring one bit about Onoki's praise maintained the alert look on his face, though a bright look in his eyes indicating how much he was enjoying this battle.

Swish!!

Roshi, recovering from the clash of jutsu's, advanced with renewed fury, his body still radiating intense heat. Kazuki, sensing the escalating threat, decided it was time to up the ante. He retrieved his Kusanagi drilled into the ground and prepared a series of rapid, precise strikes.

"Leaf Style! Gale Dance!"

KENG!! KENG!!

He exclaimed, darting forward with speed that blurred his movements, his blade slicing through the air, aimed at critical points on Roshi's body. Each strike of Kazuki's blade was met with Roshi's hardened lava armor, sparks flying as steel clashed with molten rock.

ROAR!!!

Roshi roared, attempting to overpower Kazuki with brute strength, swinging wide, powerful blows that Kazuki narrowly avoided with agile leaps and bounds.

As the night deepened, the battlefield became a living portrait of chaos, lit intermittently by the glow of chakra-infused attacks. Kazuki, poised and focused, surveyed the scene, his adversaries regaining their composure for another round of assaults.

ROAR!!!

Roshi, grappling with the control of his escalating chakra, roared, signaling another surge of the Four Tails' power.

"Lava Style: Pyroclastic Flow!"

"Sizz!!"

He bellowed, releasing a torrential flow of molten lava towards Kazuki. The ground hissed and smoked under the extreme heat, creating a dangerous terrain. Kazuki, however, was ready. Drawing upon his advanced chakra nature transformations, he countered.

"Water Style: Tidal Wave Jutsu!"

With a sweeping motion of his arms, he summoned a massive wave from the moisture in the air, crashing it down onto the molten flow, cooling it instantly and sending a mist of steam into the air.

"He's throwing one strong jutsu after another like it's a child play, he's barely a year or two older than me… just how did he train to be so good!!?"

Ran who sat on one knee and was recovering her stamina seeing Kazuki summoning the massive water wave out of nothing to easily counter the attack of Roshi couldn't help but feel inferior to someone for once, among her peers' no one was even close to her level in the village and yet here she was seeing someone slightly older than her not only deal with her but another two a lot stronger than her.

"Just one hit and it'll be over" On the other side, Ōnoki, coming back to his senses, prepared a more calculated strike.

"Particle Style: Molecular Compression!!"

He shouted, sending a narrow, focused beam of destructive energy towards Kazuki, intending to catch him off guard amid the steam.

BOOM!!!

Kazuki who had just launched the water style jutsu to offset the attack of Roshi seemed to have no time to dodge, the beam crashing onto him.

"Did it work?" Seeing his calculated attack hitting the target Onoki hovering above couldn't help but be optimistic but that didn't last long as he saw a kunai appearing at some distance from him.

Zap!!

In a flash of silver light, Kazuki appeared above the battlefield and next to the kunai, completely unharmed.

"Damn!! Annoying Flying Raijin!!

"Zzzz!!!"

Cursed Onoki seeing Kazuki unharmed and at the same time quickly flew back to gain some distance from kazuki but unable to gain enough at the end. From his aerial vantage point, Kazuki launched a series of kunai wrapped in lightning chakra.

"Lightning Release: Electro Incision!!"

The kunai zipped through the air, creating a web of lightning that surrounded Ōnoki who tried to fly up more in an attempt to dodge but still failing to do so completely.

Thwack!!

Aghh!!!

Blood fell down from the air as the painful groans of Onoki sounded in the vicinity, panting and gasping heavily flying down with blood pouring out of the thin but deep vertical wounds on his body.

"Damn you Bastard!!"

Seeing Onoki injured Ran the least experienced in battle lost her cool and shot towards Kazuki like a bullet, who had teleported back to the ground.

 "Steam Release: Thermal Uppercut!"

KENG!! KENG!!

She roared, swinging her superheated fist towards Kazuki in an attempt to blew his head off his neck but Kazuki met Ran's attack head-on calmly with his Kusanagi blade, the metal singing as it sliced through the thick steam. Sparks flew as chakra clashed with chakra, the force of the impact creating a crater beneath their feet.

"Just die already!!!"

Seeing her attack easily neutralized Ran seemed to be enraged anymore as this time without caring about anything she swung her fist wildly at him again though only for Kazuki to duck and do a 360 spun, the Kusanagi parallel to Ran's stomach.

Thwack!!

BOOM!!!

The blade pierced through the skin and was no doubt on its course to slice her into two though suddenly kazuki halted his blade and holding it jumped back, a lava sphere hitting the spot where he just was.

Aghh!!!

On the stomach of Ran appeared a wide gruesome wound as blood poured out of like a dam breaking, her painful screams spreading to every corner of the town.

"Damn he is too strong!! If nothing done, we might all lose our lives here...

Seeing both Ran and Onoki injured Roshi found the situation to be completely shocking and frustrating, not even in his wild dreams had he expected the hokage to be so strong.

The opponent just relying on his mastery of ninjutsu and Taijutsu had brought them to his heels, probably no one in the world now able to match him in hand to hand combat.

"I'm sorry Onoki… this leaves me with no other choice"

Eventually only one thing seems to have been left that he hadn't tried against Kazuki, Roshi who was instructed by Onoki not to use it left with no other choice but go against his advice.

"Tailed Beast Transformation!"

His chakra flared wildly as his form began to shift, the outline of the Four Tails becoming more distinct, his roar filling the night.

"Did you really think that I'll just watch you transform and do nothing?"

Asked Kazuki in an amused tone while looking at Roshi whose height and width started to increase, fixing the Kusanagi on his back and making hand signs, the temperature around him suddenly decreasing.

"Ice Style: Arctic Bind!"

He shouted, releasing a frosty chill that spread rapidly across the ground, attempting to encase Roshi's feet in ice and halt the transformation.

(Water and Wind chakra natures can be combined to achieve Ice Style, it requires great mastery of water and wind chakra natures to do so which mc is capable off)
