Chapter 49: Glow

“You catch up to us!” I told Emil, Michele and Georgi who were pulling the carts containing the food. “Meet us in the entrance of the forest.” I said.

They nodded then rested. I smiled at them thankfully. They gave me a thumbs up.

I looked at Vice. “Are you tired?” I asked.

“N… not yet – “ Vice answered, panting. I smiled and pulled her hand. Her eyes went wide when we flew. “Wha … Yelena!!!” she screamed and panicked after feeling her body being pulled up from the ground.

I chuckled. I looked at the other two. “Chris. You carry Phillix and follow us.” I told her.

“What?!” they exclaimed as they stared at me with widened eyes.

I frowned. “Do you want to be left?” I asked them before Vice and I flew away, going to the direction of the forest.

Their jaw dropped, looking at me filled with disbelief. Chris frowned and then grabbed Phillix’s hand.
