## Chapter 6: Title "Giant Slayer"

A pale blue energy bullet shot out from Taige's fingertip, instantly blasting the charging giant's head to pieces.

The force was so overwhelming that even the giant's chest was shattered into fragments, leaving the reincarnators stunned, eyes wide in disbelief.

With the crisis averted, Taige angrily kicked the chubby guy to the ground and pressed the muzzle of his flintlock pistol against his forehead. "You little piece of trash, do you really have a death wish?"

To upgrade it to level 2, it takes 100 plot points.

For level 3, it's 150 points, and level 4 requires a full 200 plot points.

So, upgrading a basic E-rank skill to level 4 costs a total of 500 plot points, and that's not even a particularly high level, showing just how astronomical the costs could become later on.

With higher-rank skills, the cost of upgrading multiplies each time.

In short, if you have money, you're a big shot; if not, you'll have to grind bit by bit.

As a veteran of five plot worlds, Taige could earn anywhere from 800 to 1,000 points in a good mission. On a bad day, he might only get 300 to 500 points.
