Chapter 2 - A Rare Magic User

" Smell of blood someone is injured "

"Theo you hide here I will go and check what's happening no matter what doesn't come out of your camouflage"

Saying that the boy started climbing a large tree with super seed like its nothing and he started jumping around the branch to branch and then finally he disappeared completely.

Theo Haynes was an 18-year-old boy with red hair. He was not that powerful and also don't have an aptitude for magic so he wasn't that helpful in this situation. unlike him, her brother was way more capable.

Jumping from tree to tree Theo's brother finally arrived at the sport and then he jumped in front of the blue hair girl. suddenly the girl's legs give up and she collapsed to the ground.

He had too many questions in his mind but he asked only three of them "Who are you? And why do they want to Kill you? are you a criminal?

Hearing this the girl said with a very low voice "NO" and then she lost consciousness and then he noticed he was already surrounded by soldiers from every direction.

"Boy if you love your life then stay away from that girl and we will make an exception and spare you without killing you" the shout came from a woman. the woman has a very creepy smile on her face.

He did not move an inch " ha... what's that so you don't want to live anymore I see ....then die" once again said this with a very creepy smile.

At the same time as he heard her speak, a blade sprung out from under the boy's feet. if he make 1 second late then the blade would hit him but he managed to dodge it this time.

"oh...What's that you actually can dodge my attacks then you must be pretty strong let's see "

one more blade sprung out from under the boy's feet but this time a lot faster. so this time he didn't dodge it but used his magic and created a portal of some kind. when the blade touched the magic circle is despaired into thin air.

"Impossible A rare magic-user interesting I thought you are just a norlam due who just wanted to show off in front of a girl but it seems I was wrong "

As she speak he noticed a magic circle starting forming under the girl and the boy and then out of the blue they both despaired into thin air.

What they are gone impossible where did they go every one started to panic but the woman's face didn't change a bit she was still smiling.

In this world, there were only 6 types of magical aptitudes. Fire, Wind, Water, and Earth were the most common of them, and Light and Dark Magic were Kind Of Rare Only a small amount of people only can use there but there was also another type of magic which called Rare magic because of how rare it is.

In this world when A person is Born there is a chance that they didn't have any magic appetite or only 1 or only 2 aptitudes. having 3 or 4 or 5 was very rare and In the history of the world, there wasn't a single person who can use all 6 of them.

Rare magic is different from basic magic. as far known to mankind there was only 7 rare magic spells and one of them is teleportation magic or simply called the GATE spell. For the basic 6 magic, anyone can test their magic aptitude by simply calling for the element. If the element reacts then that person has that attribute. like if someone wants to check her fair attribute he just simply has to say fireball, if a fire spark generates is her hand then the person has a fire attribute. and the same goes for the rest of them too. But rare magic only activates when the person is truly in need of that power like in a life or death situation. after then he can use the spell anytime anywhere.

For using every kind of spell a person needed something called mana. mana is the basis of using magic. if someone had very little mana despite having magic attributes he cants use any spell at all. mana deffer person to person and also affected by training just like teens. if you train more you learn to use it in more effective ways than before. But rare magic doesn't use mana still at this point no one can figure out what it uses for fuel.

"What happened? where am I? am I dead?"

Kathleen slowly started to regain his sense "It's hurt a lot " because of the attacks Kathleen's whole body was hurting like crazy. Then she finally noticed the man sitting next to the fireplace.

"...."

" Who are you and what happened to the woman and the soldiers? " Kathleen asked with a very low voice.

The boy slowly turned to Kathleen but did not answer.

Once again Kathleen asked him "Who are you and what happened to the woman and the soldiers? "

Finally, the boy answered, " I Am Eddy Hayne, and what about you what's your name?"

"My name is Kathleen Ailis. You didn't answer my question what happened to the woman and the soldiers? "

Eddy started to explain to Kathleen about that woman how she attacked him and how he managed to escape using his rare magic GATE.

Hearing that Kathleen was shocked and said " rare magic-user "

"What about you why that woman was trying to kill you," Eddy asked, and then suddenly they both started hearing foot steppes coming from the forest.
