Some things you need to learn first.

AN: I was reading some fanfics the other night, and I got hooked on Kamen Riders and Garo. Then I read about Shin Kamen Riders. Now I don't know much about the Kamen Riders. In fact, the only Kamen Rider show I've seen is the one with a red dragon, Kamen Rider Ryuuki, I think. When it comes to Garo... I at most watched Garo Vanishing Line and Garo Honoo no Kokuin. But I wanted to try my hand at it and use the themes of Kamen Rider with the gritty and darker aspects of Shin Kamen Rider and combine it with Garo.

Plot:

This is just basically about a depressed Kamen Rider suffering survivor's guilt, who wants to find something in life. Unfortunately, being a Kamen Rider plus being related to the predecessor and successor of the Golden Knight; Garo has ruined any chance for him to have a normal life.

The story isn't starting from the start of his journey to becoming a powerful Kamen Rider, but at the end of his vengeful pursuit and cementing his top spot. Where he only has his cousin left, who is the new Garo. So he jumps from one world to another in hopes of finding something or someone who can give him some meaning in his life.

Main characters:

Nexus Cypher/ Kamen Rider; Zephyr:

He is the main character of this story. A depressed 15-year-old who has to deal with being Kamen Rider, which was forced upon him. Jumping from one world to the next in hopes of finding a new start. He often calls his cousin Garo in order to avoid revealing his true name and hopes for his cousin to have a normal life. Becoming a socially awkward teen who has a hard time fitting in and lost the ability to form bonds and love. He usually talks in a crass, vulgar manner when he is around friends and strangers. Only talking in a civil manner when the situation requires it. When he dons his Kamen Rider suit, his personality turns into a complete 180. Becoming cheerful, arrogant, and boastful. For Nexus this is nothing but a facade to put others at ease. He also developed a lust for battle. He also works as an actor and part-time model.

Orion Cypher/Golden Knight Garo:

He is Nexus' cousin and the new Garo. He is often worried about his cousin after learning about the death of his aunt and uncle. Cheerful and optimistic as ever, he often tries to bring Nexus to form a connection. Once he dons his armor his personality shift to becoming serious as this is no longer about him but carrying a legacy on his shoulders.

Oshino AI:

Yes, this is from Oshi no Ko. Honestly, her story came to an abrupt end for my liking, so I thought of making my story interesting on how my oc rediscovers his humanity through someone who doesn't 'know' love.

I'm still not sure if I should start with Oshino being already pregnant or not. Either way let me know what you want for this part because I have zero clues on how to do this one.

Now let's talk about the enemies our main character is facing. Let's start with the usual.

Fiends: These are malevolent demons and spirits that dwell in the netherworld and human world and are often summoned by evil forces to do their bidding or are born out of humanity's seven deadly sins. They do not have a definitive shape, usually taking the form of a shadow, an object, or sometimes the people they intend to possess.

Each monster has a unique appearance and abilities that come from what sin or circle of the underworld they come from. In battle, Fiends are known for their agility and speed, but their most dangerous ability is to feed on the sins of humanity and their fears and develop new powers after feeding.

Even in battle, it is highly advised to eliminate a fiend before it can finish feeding. It is said they grow stronger the longer they remain in the human realm and a Makai Knight and Kamen Rider must work together to kill one.

Fiend Categories

Type 1: These fiends are the weakest as they are only born when a human is under intense negative emotions. They're strong and fast but don't have much intelligence or strategy. You could say they are only driven by instinct that is dependent on the emotional state of what gave birth to them in the first place.

Type 2: These types of Fiends are born out of beliefs or superstitions. Unlike type 1, their powers are completely dependent on their targets' fear, able to draw out fears that even their victims are unaware of. Though this does not mean will be weakened when you have gotten over your fear and trauma it only makes them more dangerous as now they see you as a potential threat.

Type 3: These Fiends are only born in great calamities or incidents when the world or nation is undergoing great negativity. It takes an entire group of Kamen Riders and Makai Knights to defeat one.

Type A: Also known as Type 'Armageddon' These fiends are so powerful their mere presence often affects the fabrics of time and space. No one knows how they came or come into existence, but one thing is certain. A type A coming to the human realm means all hell is about to break loose. The only way to defeat a Type A is to send it to another dimension and let that dimension deal with the threat. Zephyr/Nexus was able to kill one on his own due to a contract with another Type A.
