Alec rested his head on his hand while wiping away a tear that fell onto his cheek as he petted a lemon chiffon empowered companion on his shoulder who made him promises if he cheered up. Alec faced the relic service hallway owner's granduncle as he held an expression which showed his new found resolve on his face. "Alright. We'll return her with no charge, our brother nabbed her, we'll absolutely use the rest of our strength to make this right." The determined second Williams son promised. Wenbo's face showed his relief and confidence in the team he's just met which helped Alec keep his spirits up and his own promise to his mysterious raconteur companion. Wilel smiled smugly as he crossed his arms condescendingly. "He had the nerve to nab someone while being way too weak to prevent his own. Hilarious." Wilel commented before being blasted to the ground by Noa. Alec shook his head before sighing as he replied with an irritated tone. "I hope the fact that he manhandled your imposter and the other few kidnappers like they were children to him stays in your head for a few days. He was only defeated by one very heavyweight napper while he tossed you and four others from a cliff. The real threat had to jump the cliff himself to regroup with you and his team." Alec corrected his younger brother before he approached Ansel. Noa stepped on Wilel, though she didn't enjoy his grunts of agony. "It shouldn't be impossible for you to stop being such an ass, can't put it to rest and stay serious?" Noa asked Alec's proud pain in the behind as he rested on the relic service hall's ground. Wilel stood silent as he breathed heavily. Ryoh breathed in before exhaling deeply. "I'm trying to catch up with you, Set. We've scared him away, round two, it's time to lock in." The Throndson child butted in as he wrapped his arm around Alec's shoulders as he looked down at his brother, "I've never seen this kid's face without a villainous grin on it though, I've never seen him look so absolutely—- defeated like this, man." Ryoh pointed out before it urged Alec to take a glance. The second Williams son tried his damndest to refuse the grin that wanted to become his face at that moment. "Yeah. Yep. This is a very rare phenomenon, Oh. I'm not sure what it means exactly though." Alec informed the Throndson child. Alec gave a nod to his sworn Pendold brother. Ansel returned it with his own towards his sworn Williams brother. The eldest Pendold heir's toady best friend hopped off of his shoulder then he began enlarging it for him, Alec, Ryoh and Haoyu to ride before Noa remembered the traversal technique she's been practicing at her father's side over the years to help the rest leave. Noa had spread out and shaped her energy into the form of steps, taken by Reynard, Amin and Wilel although reluctantly. Thanks to the help of the only two with comfortable traversing techniques the successors exit the cavern where the relic service hall is held and move through Xi'an, China. Thanks to the lemon chiffon energy Alec channeled into it, the team arrives at the bottom of a legendary mountain. Ryoh glared up towards the towering mountain with unease, the others were shocked when they saw him exhibiting anxiety. Amin stared with a confused look in his eyes at the others aside from himself and Reynard beginning to share the Throndson child's unease along with him. "S-somebody comfortable enough to fill us in or—maybe or uh?" JinJunyë's defender's partner asked as he scratched his head while still on the back of Ansel's toad. Ryoh cleared his throat and stretched his shoulders. "Memories were just waking up from long, long ago. I've been breaking through the shackles locking up any growth, I've surpassed this mountain and it's nothing the succession duo of JinJunyë's guardian couldn't handle, anyway." Ryoh nodded and gave a thumbs up before hopping off of Ansel's toad and commencing his entire stretching routine. Amin looked over towards Reynard and he could see that he didn't care. "Sheesh, sounds like there's something we should know." Alec replied under his breath. Ryoh released a brief sigh as he put his head on Haoyu's back. "Truth be told, I'm not sure myself but I know that this place is sinister. My dad had to come rescue me after I was beaten so badly that I had to be taken to the emergency room. This mountain has been training grounds to hone my family's martial arts for a stack of generations. I came here and spent a year climbing to the summit when I was around fifteen. My memory is iffy, only a few moments from my training that left me terrified resurfaced." Ryoh admitted before the team came across a village close to the entrance of the mountain. The Sovereign hopped off of his traveling cloud of smoke as he arrived at the peak of Yi-Nuo mountain, his breath grew heavier along with his bloodlust when he saw the relic mercenary exit a peculiar temple that stood on the top of the eccentric mountain. Proxtere wondered about the business the character standing right in front of him had with him. "Man. My single request in the contract was that they aren't hiring any competition—!" Proxtere spoke with an irritated tone before the mysterious stranger conjured a stone statue clone with moss on it, which forced him to leap upwards, landing on the statue's fist before a revelation descended upon the treasure hunter, Proxtere hopped off of the statue of the Sovereign's fist and ripped the arm that he previously stood on before the stone reverted back into thin smoke and flew upwards with the arm in the relic hunter's hand included. Proxtere thoughtfully considered the possibilities of this mysterious stranger's identity moments before the relic hunter was forced back on the evasive as he gracefully slipped through the flurry of jabs thrown and the hooks that this mysterious combatant launched at him. The Sovereign demonstrated his strength and ferocity as he had forced his smug mark to go on the defending through the mountain's peak with his swift and numerous strikes before performing a knee strike with enough power to force the relic hunter into the arms of a statue the Sovereignty conjured which instantaneously grabbed him. The relic hunter grinned as he briefly glanced behind him. "From that old stubborn turtle that you used to be to a sly fox these days?" Proxtere recognized in his thoughts before realizing that his assailant was swiftly dropping towards him from far in the air with strange inhuman spikes attached to his elbows. Proxtere closed his eyes shut before calling whirlwinds that blasted the Sovereignty away from him, spiraling away from the mountain before he stepped and shattered the toes of the statue, broke its head with his own and broke free of its grip. The relic hunter felt the touch of wind blowing by him before he rolled from the spot he stood pondering on before his hate filled combatant landed forming a significant crater as a result. "Most of this has been you displaying brains before ruining the fun of this battle with a stupid decision right after." Said the relic hunter. Proxtere noticed smoke resonating off of his assailant's feet, kneecaps, elbows and shoulders with intensity. The Sovereignty held out his palms appreciating the warmth he felt in his palms while he called smoke and it covered the entirety of his hands before it cleared. "Summing it up that this is an example of the peak cowardice of murderers sounds more accurate." He replied as the rageful vigilante held tightly onto his Kali sticks while he rushed toward him intending to draw the relic hunter's blood. The Sovereign launched one of his Kali sticks upwards before he crashed into the relic hunter forcing him to return to the defensive with relentless combination of his left fist and the Kali stick in his right hand.
