Level Up and Power Improvement
Near the calm belt, we can see there is a ship with people on it, a boy and a girl to be precise. The boy was around 1.5 meter with a slim and muscular build. Despite only 10 years old, his appearance will make older girl fawning over him especially with his grey hair. On his right side is the girl, with her height around 1.4 meters and a body of a developing girl. she for sure will become a beauty when she grows up especially with her black straight hair. Of course, these people are Jake and Robin. It has been a few days since they leave Ohara. Right now, both of them is having a break due to thunderstorms that happened all of a sudden.
"Jake, what should we do?" Robin asked since the thunderstorm become more violent.
"Relax Robin, I will coat our ship with my power so that no water can enter our ship," Jake begin to gather absorb the rainwater into energy and create a layer of water on all of the surfaces of the ship. Even inside of the ship was coated.
"wow..., isn't it hard to do this, why not just create a barrier around the ship? it much easier right?" Robin exclaimed
"Ah yes it is easier, but using barrier attract more attention because of how it will create a sphere around the ship which is more visible and conspicuous during the rain,"
Listening to the explanation, Robin accept Jake explanation and went to her room. Seeing Robin going away, Jake start to review the knowledge that he learns from Ohara. After a few minutes, Jake decide to train his Observation Haki by utilising the rain. He then went to the centre of the ship and close his eye, trying to observe each raindrop. Slowly, he begins to perceive blurry dots. After a while, the dots become more clear and eventually he managed to see a few raindrops more clearly. While Jake was occupied by the feeling of learning Observation Haki, his body begins to glow and start to produce a hissing sound. When Jake opened his eyes, he felt the changes in his body. It turns out that his level has increased to the first level of the spirit stage. If we are to compare the current Jake and the Jake who was in the perfect body stage, the current Jake can kill both, Kizaru and Aokiji, easily just by using his physical strength while the previous Jake will have to use everything on his arsenal to kill both Admiral. If before Jake's strength were below Roger by 3, now his strength is only 1 level lower compare to Roger. Seeing this, Jake was elated. He didn't think that just by learning the Observation Haki, he would actually level up to the next stage. Imagine what mastering the Observation Haki will do. He might even reach the next stage. Thinking about it, Jake returned to his training excitedly.
From being able to see a few raindrops to being able to perceive everything in 1 km around him and Finally able to predict the 1 second in the future, it took him 5 hours of nonstop training to reach this level of Observation Haki. If the marine and pirates that know about Haki heard this kind of exploit, they will surely puke blood and curse Jake for his potential.
When Jake's Observation Haki reach the current level, his body begins to shine brightly. Luckily he was standing in the open sea near the Calm Belt, where there rarely any people, especially at night. Jake, who was busy trying to level up his Observation Haki, realised that he can no longer proceed. This is because of the bottleneck of the Observation Haki that he felt when trying to force level up. Noticing this, he started to trained another type of Haki, Armament Haki. However, when he checks the methods of training Armament Haki, he becomes frustrated. It was not because of how hard the training will be, it was about the method to train Armament Haki which is people to hit him. He can't just ask Robin who was very weak compare to him, to hit him. While Jake was busy thinking on how to train his Armament Haki, the thunderstorm lessen and the sun begins to rise. Robin, who actually manage to wake up early, also comes out of the ship bedroom.
"good morning Jake," Robin greeted Jake.
"Ah Robin, good morning...Morning!?" Jake was surprised that he spent a night, training.
Robin heard what Jake said and begins to worry about him. " Are you alright Jake? don't you feel tired?" asked the concerned Robin.
Hearing this, Jake replied, "Yes, no need to worry, didn't I told you last time that I have an ability that enables me to maintained my energy,". After making sure there is no problem with his health, Jake took a shower to clean himself from all the dirt that his body produces after training. While showering, Jake check his cultivation state and was pleasantly surprised that he reached the mid-level of the spirit stage. While they're not much improvement in his physical department, Jake now able to manipulate his energy even better, meaning the control of his energy become more proficient. Looking at his progress, Jake was more eager to continue his training. When he comes out of the bathroom, he went to the kitchen and have breakfast with Robin. Their breakfast was just a simple Toast and Jam combination with hot tea. while eating he asked Robin if she wants to help him train his Armament Haki. Robin, however, refused to help after listening to the training method and instead she suggested that Jake should use his Creature to trained. When Jake heard her suggestion, Jake realise how stupid and forgetful he is despite having Godly potential and comprehension. He was very happy and because of this, he hugs Robin hug all of a sudden. Robin was stunned when Jake suddenly hugs her. She was very happy.
After a while, Jake let go of Robin and run outside. He then summons 5 human-like creature with each having strength similar to Aokiji and Kizaru. Each creature has a different task, one creature hit him on the head, the second creature hit his back, the third creature hit his stomach, the fourth his both his arm and the final creature hit his legs. The first hour of training was kind of miserable for Jake, He kept screaming like a kid who's angry at their parent for not buying him a toy. Robin, who is busy reading a book, was very worried when she saw how Jake training and try to stop him. However, she stops her idea of interrupting Jake after she saw Jake determined face and his ability to be able to shrug the pain after 1 hour into the training. Meanwhile, Jake, who felt the increase in his pain tolerance, told his summon creature to increase the power. For the next 24 hour, this cycle continues; shouting, shrugging and increasing the summons power.
When the next day came, Jake finally finished with his training and prepare to take a shower, but before he could continue, he saw Robin was sleeping near him. Discovering this, he felt warm and happy that Robin cares about him so instead of going to the bathroom, he carried Robin to her room. When He finished cleaning himself, he went to the kitchen to prepare their food. It took him 3 minutes to cook their breakfast which consists of Sunnyside egg, toast, sausage and corn soup with orange juice. The sleeping Robin was woken up by the delicious smell. "What a nice smell!" exclaimed Robin. Jake begin serving Robin food. "Are done with your training?"
Jake nodded as his mouth full of food unable to talk. Seeing Jake stuffed his mouth with food, Robin chuckled at his behaviour.
After they finished having breakfast, Jake begin checking out his strengths. He finds out that he managed to reach the perfect spirit stage which allows him to improve his control of energy almost to perfection. He only needed the knowledge on how to use his power properly to become the strongest in this reality!
Feeling the improvement, Jake tested his power by creating the giant elephant he creates before. not only did he able to create it faster(2 minutes) than before, but he also able to create the giant elephant with specific energy he wants instead of random energy meaning he can use make the elephant durable by using earth energy and so on.
Next, Jake test his absorption technique. he found out that while his absorption has no significant changes, the energy conversion becomes almost perfect with 99% of the matter absorb are converted into permanent energy. This is a high improvement compare to the previous level where there is almost 30 percent temporary energy loses(permanent energy = energy used for cultivation, temporary energy = similar to the energy you get from food, once you use it, it's gone).
Seeing all this improvement, Jake start to test his strength by creating creatures with different types of energy and sending it down the sea to fight any sea monster. While the surface are calm, the deep sea becomes restless as his creation wreaking havoc in the sea. Jake, the culprits, continue to test his power by firing beam and orbs of different energy toward the sky. Robin saw all this and enjoying the show. While these 2 people were enjoying the show, the nearby island and ship(10 thousand km away from Jake) were restless from the effect of Jake's energy orb and beam that was falling all from the sky. Despite there is no destruction and casualty since Jake controls the energy, these beams and orbs, when touches something, produced unique effect such as plant growing on the surface of the energy touches, some make people sleep, make some part of their body smell funny or nasty and, etc.
Returning to Jake and Robin, both right now are having a small party for Jake successful training.
"Are we going to go back?" Robin was eager for more adventure, however with Jake finished training, she thought that they will be returning to Ohara, which make her a bit sad.
"No, we will go to the Grand Line. It will be boring just to go back to Ohara," Jake want to see more of the sea but not sure if robin wants to so he asked her " Do you want to go back to Ohara?"
Robin contemplates after hearing that Jake want to go to the Grand Line. Eventually, she told Jake that she wants to go home and told her mother to about going to the Grand Line. "I want to follow you. before that can we go back to Ohara. I want to tell mama that I want to follow you,"
" Alright, tomorrow we will go back," Jake agree with Robin. He can't just bring Robin without her parent permission or else it will be a kidnapping. A with everything planned out, Jake and Robin take rest to prepare for their long journey.
