Here I sat, float? I don't even know all I know is there is darkness everywhere around me. It's a strange feeling, If you were in nothing but darkness you would think it would be scary but it is surprisingly calm.

My name is Franklin Carr, 17 years old average dude, you know this whole situation reminds me of all the fanfics I read when I was bored but unlike those I ain't a mega otaku who thinks they are all that matters. Don't get me wrong I did watch anime and manga but it wasn't my whole life. I did date people unlike most otakus, but that didn't go well. During their fight you were hit by a stray attack and died. The reason your situation is different was because your world was not a supernatural world with low limits. By the rules set by me, no higher entities are allowed to harm anyone on the planet or else depending on the damage done they may be punished and as payment for your death you will be granted three wishes and a new world with memories.]

"What damn that was a lot. Wait, how strong were the demigods involved? And if they were strong couldn't they have saved my life?"

[There are no measurements you will truly understand but they could destroy universes if they want. And they could have saved your life, but they chose not to or they didn't care because to them you were an ant.]

"Ok I've decided, my first wish is the power to go to any world including anime/manga/T.V/Movie. When I go to the world, I or anyone else with me will be able to use the powers of that world unless it would be damaging, for example the HxH universe would allow us to use nen. I can choose when and where I will arrive and the time ratio between worlds. My second wish is for Raphael, Lord of wisdom because Ciel was a beast. I want to follow the same evolutions so if provided with enough energy and a name I will evolve to a manas. My third wish is because I don't want to be held back by affinity, so I want affinity to everything and not to be held back by some bullsit talent or anything like that. This should all be connected to my soul by the way."

[First wish changes due to not being able to go to the prime world due to lack of strength. You will be put in an alternate version of it, and you can travel to another alternate version of it. All other wishes granted]

[Most universes have a prime version and then nigh-infinite alternates of that universe. Some have very small changes and others have larger changes like someone not existing.]

{AN: This is mostly for if I get something wrong or you don't like something, I can just say it is an AU. The feature of going to other versions of the same universe will only be used once or twice to move plot along so don't worry.}
