I stabbed the rapier into the ground next to his head and watched as he grabbed his two friends and began to hobble away. I wiped my small dagger and put it back in my boot holster and walked over to the young girl. "Are you okay?" "Yes, thanks to you." I helped her up and noticed her pendant. "You're not from the local Catholic Church are you?" "Well, I am but..." The sister looked up at the sky and saw the sun was setting. "It's not safe here I have to get you to the safe house." As the sister began to run through town she kept her eyes to the where the sun was located as we ducked into a nearby alley I saw something fly overhead. "What was that?" I questioned. "Did you see a shadow?" "No it wasn't a shadow it was somebody."

"You might be..." That's when a loud screech could be heard I covered my ears that's when something picked me up and the next thing I knew I was up in the air feet dangling.
