CHAPTER 11

PYRRHA NIKOS POV

She threw a fast flurry of punches toward Jaune.

Slow enough that he would be able to dodge or block them but fast enough that he would have to put a fair bit of effort in doing so.

He managed to block and dodge all of them except for the last two which impacted his face and side abdomen.

She knew from experience that if she tried to perform the same maneuver again then Jaune will only be hit once or maybe he'll be able to block all of her attacks.

The speed at which Jaune improved was frightening and a bit humbling.

The fact that she could now learn things just as fast as him was exciting.

When Jaune had told her about himself, how he came to this world and how she was now bound to him, she didn't knew what to think.

She had a feeling that she should be angry with him but she was honestly just grateful that he had been honest with her about her sudden increase in strength.

Plus, she loved him now. Truly loved him.

It might be artificial for him but it was real for her and she didn't want that to change.

Plus, he was a Dragon, had a whole Pocket Dimension larger than the whole city of Vale, could use his blood to further enhance her and being bound to him gave her some of his Talents.

That would've more than made up for any indignation she might have felt.

As it was, she was more than happy with her current situation.

After all, how many girls could say that they have a Dragon for a boy friend.

The thought send another shiver of pleasure between her legs.

Gods. She needed to calm down and stop being so aroused at the thought of him being a Dragon. She was not some young horny teenager. She had better control than this.

She performed a kicking maneuver, one that he had seen before but then added some slight changes to it.

Jaune was swept of his feet from a clean sweep and then flew across the training area and hit the wall on the other side, his aura dropping by 7 percent from the hit.

Oops. She hadn't wanted to hit him that hard.

She was still getting used to her new increase in strength.

Thankfully Jaune had massive reserves. If she had hit someone else with such force then she had no doubt that he or her would've lost at least half of his or her Aura from that hit.

"Jaune, are you alright?" she asked as she ran up to him and knelt down in front of his fallen form.

Jaune shook his head, his eyes a little unfocused as he stood him in his feet despite swaying a bit.

"Hit my head when I collided with the wall. I think I have a minor concussion."

She bit her lip and cursed herself for not having enough control and hitting him too hard.

Then she cursed herself for thinking like this.

Jaune was not some weak baby that needed to be pampered. He was a warrior who needed to be tempered with constant training and fighting experience.

He might be powerful enough to wreak trees without any effort in his Dragon form but he was still unskilled in his human form.

He won't learn if he's not constantly challenged.

Still…

"Do you want a bit of rest?" she asked.

Jaune shook his head and pushed her supporting hand away before taking a fighting position.

"No. The Grimm or the criminal elements I eventually fight won't slow down or stop if I get a concussion. In fact, they would try their best to put me down while they have the chance. Continue."

So she did.

The training session ended when she finally broke through his aura with a punch hard enough that it sent Jaune to the ground, coughing in pain and at the lack of air.

She instantly felt horrible at what she had done even if the more rational part of her realized that this was necessary.

She knelt down beside him and rubbed his back until he finally gave her a weak smile and a thumbs up.

She sighed and helped him up from the ground.

A while later, they both sat in her Workshop in the Mansion as she used the freely given materials to create a proper weapon for him, at his own request.

"In the morning I told you about where I came from, about my dragon heritage and about the Pocket Dimension right."

She nodded as she paused to look at him, feeling that he was about to say something important to her.

"Now let me tell you about your world. About the God of light and darkness. About the two immortals and their centuries of shadow war. And about the maidens."

And then she listened as he told her everything he knew about this world and she felt her world view change once again.

AN: Some of you might not like the fact that Jaune is telling so much to Pyrrha. I generally don't like it when MCs go and blurt out their secrets to other people either.

But she's his waifu and would never betray him. And he does plan on making Pyrrha a Maiden in the future so it's important that she knows about certain things.

So yeah, it is what it is now.
