Noah who saw this happening was taken aback. But seeing Jack who was recovering by the blood had made him calmed down. He directly rushed towards jack.

But after he got closer to a meter his nose started bleeding.

Jack who saw this pushed Noah away. "Noah do not go near me. The blood suction force is getting stronger" "Trust me, I will be all right"

Jack felt weird by this scene. These rewards were really something he did not expect. He first checked what the part of his body that has recovered which was very pale in comparison to the other half.

His uneven skin tone was really eye-catching.

Noah also rushed back to Jack's side. Looking at the other half of Jack's body that was as pale as his he felt curious looking at Jack.

Noah did not even budge at Jack's joke and gave him a hug.

"I am glad you are safe"

Jack surprised at Noah's hug.

"I am sorry if I made you worry. You were really cool back there"

Noah blushed hearing Jack calling him cool.

"But I hope I will never see you in such pain again"

Noah, teary-eyed hugged his brother tightly.

"Ok now let's start fixing this place up. The storm is getting even stronger"

Noah finally let go. The two then started fixing their things up. Due to the battle earlier, their horse has completely panicked and directly entered deeper into the cave. Nowhere to be seen the two eventually gave up.

Jack looking at his stats was wide-eyed. His eyes almost bulged out from shock and his mouth wide open.

The changes were so large. First, his mana points are finally opened, second his level went directly to level 8, and lastly, he received a very strong survivability skill. But after checking it again he cannot believe he has 20 mana points.

His ability also adds stats till its maximum as long as the conditions were met.

Jack then went to the reward section of the godpanel to claim his rewards.

Jack quickly decided to use the affinity first. He knows that in order for him to fit-in in the clan, he must have a fire affinity. Jack immediate weighed the pro's and cons of each element and decided to pick fire in the end. He need's a strong firepower and only fire element can give him this type of advantage. Water element was best for its healing properties and defensive capabilities. Earth having the best defensive power and finally wind for speed. He also fancied the wind ability which is speed, but he already has 40% affinity with it. The highest affinity in the kids he checked in the orphanage basically has the highest affinity of 18%. Even his cousin Bellamy only has a fire affinity of 30%. Basically, most of the people in this world only have an affinity for up to 80%. This is what he learned from Arch. Commoners usually have up to 10 to 15% affinity at their best. Only those people who came from families with great genealogy will reach about 20% and above. people reaching 60% to 80% affinity with an element will be considered rare. Even in other races that are directly close to the element tend to only have 80% at most. Just like dark elves and wind elves who specialize in one element will tend to only have 80% at best affinity.

Jack having 100% affinity with fire has made him coveted by all fire affinity families for his seed.

Jack does not really care about this because he still has the affinity called Null which is also 100%.

Being a mage in this world has its own rules. They cannot go beyond their limit's or else there will be a lot of side effects. Mages opening their mana points will always open 10 points at least which is the basic principle in opening mana points. These 10 can bound 2 spells each equaling to 20 spells which were the limit of bound spells in the body, these mana points also correspond to the highest level a person could reach. A mage needs to activate these mana points by filling it with nature energy, so a level 1 mage could only learn one spell and after reaching level 6 he learns another. Reaching level 11 he can learn the third, fourth spell at level 16 and so on. A person must activate a mana point one by one and each mana points has 10 layers. Adding all the activated layers will unveil the personal level.

To open these layers through absorbing nature energy is a very tedious task. The body always absorbs nature energy passively, but the absorption is very slow. The only thing the people could do is to gather herbs that can increase the absorption rate for a specified time or absorb beast cores.

Even absorbing beast cores will take time to fully integrate the nature energy into the body. The stronger the beast, the more nature energy it has in its beast core.

Other treasures and places that enhance the absorption of nature energy to fill the mana points also exist in this world.

Another rule for being a mage is about the spells. A spell was basically learned from a book. These books were created by different races to suit their own needs. Spells were basically inscriptions like computer codes. Directly commanding mana to change form and follow a path. Take Jacks special spell for example. Jack's special spell was scripted to be a virus disrupting the mana flow to disperse.

These spells were heirlooms that mage's pass on from generation to generation eventually accumulating many spells.

These inscriptions were directly bound to each person's mana points.

Most spells use mana that is stored in the body. The mana was directly affected by intelligence. Because intelligence increases the control of mana inside the body.

Mana is a little bit different from Nature energy. Mana was in the body just like carbon dioxide, being released through spells. The Mana also leaks out from the body when the maximum capacity was already filled. While Nature energy is like the oxygen we take in.

A special spell was quite different because they are bound to the body. These things were usually the effect of having an ability or innate spell or race spell.

Upgradeable spell and none upgradeable spell also have a difference because upgradeable spell can upgrade to a higher spell tier as you level higher.

Spells have different tiers starting from tier one. Mana points also have a relationship with this because as the amount of mana point activated increases, the learnable spell's tier also increases. Tier one is for those who activated their first mana point and tier two for those who activated their second mana point. Tier one spells usually require 50 to 100 mana to activate while tier two is 100 to 200. Following this formula, a tier three spell requires 200 to 400 mana, tier four requiring 400 to 800 and so on.

Filling the mana points with spells are also required to level up higher. So, the spells that grow are supremely coveted by everyone.

The mage's usually kept the books that contained inscriptions at the safest places and does not usually carry them around.
