Dreams from hell

It has been nearly a year since the ban in Japan and still they didn't wanted to open the border. For the border to reopen in december would be just a perfect christmas gift from santa for Sung. And while christmas was closing in, the day of the easing of Japan ban would still felt like its very faraway.

The previous reopening of the ban somewhat left Sung feeling hanging as he was thinking if there was another way of entering Japan legally or illegally. Then he found out in twitter, a story about some russian guy using a yacht to went to Japan and were allowed to enter without getting arrested. This inspired Sung to tried to buy a yacht, but the costs were expensive as hell. So he started instead to made a boat to get to Japan.

He was thinking of making a boat using a cardboard and a tape. He also watch youtube on tutorials on how to made a boat using cardboards and tapes. The 10 minutes tutorial was being watched intently by him while he was taking notes of it.

After watching the tutorials, he started making the boat. The boat he made would takes at least 1 to 2 weeks to finished. He started by laying out the structures of the boat then made the boat big enough for one person. He also made the storage in the cardboard under his seats to put his supplies. He also made sure to made a toilet in the boat so that he could just throw the waste in the sea.

2 weeks after he started making his cardboard boat, he finally finished it. The boat at least looks like one person can ride the boat. The boat also looks somewhat cool. Then he tried the boat on the 2 meters pool and the test was a success. The boat didn't sinks and the storage compartment didn't filled with water. The test was a success and he started to bought supplies to survives the trip to Japan. Lots and lots of canned food was bought just to survive the trip.

After supplying to survive and testing the boats, Sung starts the journey to Japan from South korea. With such a high tide of wave crashing towards the boats, the boats were lucky enough to not flipped over and sinks. As such, Sung continues his journey towards Japan. So much struggle just to row the boat towards Japan and after hours after hours, exhaustion kicks in and Sung in the middle of the sea was closed to giving up. Then in the midst of his struggle, he saw a light like it was from god. During that time he felt that his seats were soak in water and he realized that all his supplies were gone and his boat was sinking. He tried to row more but the boat wasn't moving. In the end, he jumped out of his boats and were stranded in the sea.

Swimming after 30 minutes, he started to hallucinate on seeing Japan in the near distance and japanese boat surrounding Sung with guns pointing at him. Then, he was shot by the coast guard of Japan before snap up from his hallucinations. He then started to swam more energetically before seeing few boats this time in real life. The boats belongs to the japanese fisherman who were currently fishing. The fisherman notices Sung in the sea calling for help and then saves Sung from drowning in the sea.

Once he steps foot in Japan, he was startled with lots of reporters on site reporting about his struggle at the sea. He was then talked about being arrested and granted asylum at Japan. He was also becomes the talk of the nation until he wakes up and comes back to reality. He saw the dark room he was currently sleeping at and his bed was soaked in sweat. Tears were also flowing out of his eyes as he realized that he still couldn't get into Japan. That was the time he burst out crying with a pain in his chest.
