LUCIA'S POV

The glittering flashes of the lights reflect my whole body. Walking at a center stage like a perfect model.

I don't know how did my feet walk like that. Yet, I'm happy to see them all proud and speechless.

Walking through and flexing my body made them formed their mouth "ohh".

"Wait! Is that Lucia!?" Fiona shouted in the crowd. Pointing at me like she was happily amazed to see me through.

The crowd screamed full of energy. That night I knew that this is fun. Lmao.

When I reach the end of the stage, I stop for a moment and flex my gown. Lil' did I know, someone is watching me seriously.

Leo's eyes, were furious like he doesn't like what he saw. I gave him a shut of my eyebrows before turning my head up.

I almost forgot that I'm new to this. The question and answer are after the swimsuit walked.

"Lucia.." Elton's gaze was reflecting the mirror while his eyes met mine.

Jesus... This boy is nothing special but why do I felt like butterflies in my stomach. Argh!

"Ah! What!?" I ask when I finally recovered.

He smiled like a lunatic handsome devil.

I gasped when he held my hand put a bracelet on it. My eyes are fixed to Elton's face while he's putting the bracelet in my hand.

"Why did you gave me a bracelet?"

I look at him directly and glared at him. He chuckled and pointed my head for the second time.

"I'll go ahead, good luck," he said before leaving me.

My gaze went to the bracelet. I surveyed it with confusion.

How would a man like Elton gave me this kind of bracelet without knowing who I am?

Nina prepared my swimsuit. Before I entered the dressing room I ask them to put gave me some time.

"Nina, really can't do this." I'm still confused.

"Lucia, you won't break down in there. That's a promise." Nina said with assurance on her face.

I smirked hearing those promise words she threw. What if that promise fades and reverses, what will gonna happen? its.

"Okay fine. Just give me time." I uttered with no choice and entered the dressing room.

The swimsuit is getting too much space revealing my left chest.

I wonder how would they react after seeing me wearing those. Argh! this is too much exposing my body.

In my old university, I barely joined pageants but not like this, this pageant is too much.

I survey my body in the are mirror and saw those perfect curves of my hips.

having a child in your life makes your world complicated, but for me, I'm blessed to have her.

I covered my back with a long sleeve blazer and went out in the dressing room.

Hesitation is circulating in my body imagining I'll walk like this. My eyes went to my thighs and felt the goosebumps.

Is it normal to remember those nights we had together with Leo? I'm just hallucinating.

I cleared my mind and stop the overthinking.

After deciding to went out, while wearing the swimsuit.

They were in my body having a little survey. I smirk because of their reactions.

"Are y'all gonna stared at me? or we will continue the pageant?"

"of course! we will continue!" Lea screams and does the hair retouch. Before she removes my small messy make-up.

"I only knew you'll be stunned like this. I shouldn't have doubt picking you as one of the candidates." Nina uttered full of amazement in her face.

Well, even though I had a daughter, I still manage to maintain my slim body. Don't wanna be like an old-style single mom.

"Candidates! are you all set!?" One of the crew shouted before Nina nodded. The crew went out of backstage to inform the hosts.

I was in my line, convincing myself not to panicked and just go with the flow.

"The long wait is over!!" One of the hosts screamed in the crowd.

Students were now shouting and clapping their hands out of the air. Everyone was excited to see all of us walk through the center stage.

All the nervousness and worries are now circulating in my body. My heart pumps like a lunatic while I'm cheering myself not to be afraid.

NARRATOR'S POV

While everyone is screaming and taking pictures. The host is now announcing the walk of the evening swimsuits.

"Are you already! let us begin the evening walk of swimsuits!" the host ask the crowd again and shouted.

"Let's begin with candidate number 1!"

As the host finished her words, the young and beautiful girl walk through the stage.

Genuinely walking with a fierce emotions. Smiling with and flexing her two young mountains. Indeed the candidate number one is beautiful.

"Woohoo!!!"

"Fighting candidate number 1!!!"

"So proud friend here!!"

Those's the words students were shouting of. In just a few seconds its the candidate number two's turn. Showing and flexing her beautiful and shaped body in the crowd.

The walk was all delightful and perfectly turned to flex her back. She then went end her walk and went in backstage.

the judges were all busy talking to their co-judges. The host called the 3rd candidate which Lucia.

"Our candidate number 3!" the host shouted and slowly each pump of their heart cease for a moment.

A girl walking through the aisle revealing her wavey long hair. She was stunned perfectly that what everyone expected.

The lights of all dim, flash her face together with its glow in a swimsuit. She's wearing a two-piece bikini covered by a long sleeve blazer.

Through her walk, she stops and turned around while slowly untying her blazer. She revealed her sexy skin and curve-shaped body.

She's a long legged girl, and no wonder she's tall and attractive to everyone. Her gaze of body and color of skim matches the swimsuit she's wearing right now.

"Om my god!!"

"Woahhhh!!"

"Lucia!! Why so hot!!"

The crowd started to become noise again. Leo was still staring at her body, disappointed.

Things for Leo aren't that clear but one thing is much clearer for him. He still loves Lucia, even if she still pushes Leo away to her.

Leo and Elton had eye contact and stared for about five seconds. He knew that Elton had feelings towards Lucia.

Even if he can't do anything to push Elton away. He still gonna ask Lucia for forgiveness.

Only if Lucia knew what happened back then. Probably she'll stay with Leo no matter what are consequences are.

She ends her walk and went back to the dressing area. Everything was worth it while she's still pursuing not to panic.

"Oh my god, Lucia!" Lea shouted when she got closer to them.

She just smiled slightly before change her clothes.

After the swimsuit walk, the candidates are now going to show their own talent. All of them had their different costumes and were designed by each one of the assigned designers.

The whole talent show is hectic because of its own kind of talent. Lucia dance, that's the only talent she had back then.

Luckily students were still proud and amazed at what she showed to everyone.

The next part is the question and answers portion.

"Jesus, did you see Lucia's body!?" one of the candidates asked.

"Of courses I did! Damn! She's hot!" a girl answered in shock.

She heard everything but she tried not to replied to it. It's just a waste of time, knowing that she is here because their candidate didn't make it.

Lucia is prepared, even if she did not join this pageant. She is still prepared for everything that may come to her. Expect what happened to her and Leo.
