Bargin

Nine giant columns of silver veined obsidian were arranged facing each other in a circle. The inner side of each column was cut so perfectly smoothed they formed mirrors.  Within four of these columns, shadowy figures of different shapes could be seen.  Within one particular mirror, a skeletally thin figure who boasted no eyes at all shifted slowly before letting out a rattling breath as they spoke. "Two generals lost. With nothing to show for it.  Though the other losses were of no strategic value, any losses at this point can not be ignored."

"Our losses wouldn't have been as great if we had known they possessed the power of True Necromancy! Why were their undead left to roam free, is that not your domain.  Are you not the King of Death?" The angry buzzing voice lashed out through their mirror.  The shifting swarm that made up their shadowed body moved just as violently.
