Aftermath

Malfoy couldn't believe his eyes when he saw that they were still at Hogwarts next day, looking tired but perfectly cheerful.

Indeed, by the next day Harry and Ron thought that meeting the three headed dog had been an excellent adventure and they were quite keen on having another one.

Neville was more cheerful as he had unlocked the first reward 3x Magic regeneration from his spell casting mission.

This reward was unique to him as the previous reward cloning spell was just like the Wolfsbane potion that had not been discovered yet.

Normally when a wizard exhausted his magic pool it would take at least 30 minutes time, provided that you weren't starving or hadn't slept for days, to replenish the magic pool enough to cast a spell but after 3x Magic regeneration he only needed to wait for 10 minutes

It may not sound like much improvement but in battle and practising magic for long interval of time it could prove to be the deciding factor to his success.

In the meantime Harry had filled in Ron and Neville about the package that seemed to have moved from Gringotts to Hogwarts , and they spent a long time wondering what could possibly need such heavy protection.

But as they all knew that the mysterious object was no longer than 2 inches they had no chance of guessing before they had further clues.

Neither Neville nor Hermione had shown the slightest interest in what lay beyond the trapdoor under the dog.

Hermione was now refusing to speak to Harry and Ron but she was such a bossy know it all that they took it as an additional bonus.

Neville too busy with his spell proficiency mission used all his free time in the common room to practice magic.

Thanks to his 3x Magic regeneration he was able to maintain long hours without stopping which significantly accelerated his progress.

On a side note Harry had received his Nimbus Two Thousand and the two of them had great fun teasing Malfoy.

Malfoy who had been thanked by them as his actions had inevitably resulted in this gift was flushed with obvious rage and confusion.

Is this a reward for breaking the rules?

When others break rules they get detention, points from their houses or even expelled!

But... when you so it you get the latest model broom!

Why are you so awesome?

Of course Hermione wasn't so pleased and they had once again clashed with each other.

Neville really wanted to interfere but gave up in the end.

Perhaps because he had been too busy with his three missions on top of all his homework but Neville could hardly believe that he had been in Hogwarts for two months.
