(POV Cyrus)

As I flipped a page on my journal I sensed the Trio of trouble makers shoot out streams of water at me.

"Not today you three…" I snapped my fingers freezing the streams before with another snap I shattered the ice into piles of snow.

The trio looked at the snow with surprise before Neo dove head first into it.

Neo immediately jumped out of the snow in shock and glided to my side shivering.

"Aww you poor thing~" I teased the hyper active Namielle as I placed my jacket over him.

Neo irritably growled as he melted into my coat.

Abyss comfortably swam through the snow purring at the sensation of the cold as Prism looked at her brother with nervousness.

 <At this point Abyss might as well have cold resistance…> Lyra muttered.

"Ah Lyra you done scouting with Noir?" I greeted her as I saw Noir donned in his newly made Namielle armor coming my way.

"How's the armor treating you bud?" I closed my journal and put my arm around Noir shoulders.

^.....It feels weird knowing that it's made of the hatchling's kin but other than that it's perfect. Especially with this!^ He raised his newly made insect glaive.

"Hey now careful where you point that thing." I gave him a light tap on the head.

^Right no weapons near the newborns…^ He quickly placed the armor and glaive in his space pouch...which is his mouth…

"If you're looking for Dwayne he's in the tent." I said as I sat back down on my cushion and flipped open my journal.

"So did you two find any signs of Legiana?" I asked Lyra as I started writing.

<Yep sure did! We saw a few heading towards their next so we got the location although ran into Paolumu on way… man I hate those pricks…> She complained as she opened a map panel.

<We've got the general area all that's left is an exploration…>

"Good…" I said as I imagined the prospect being able to control an army of Legiana.

"But before I negotiate with the Legiana for cooperation I need to do something…" I stopped writing and stared off into the vile.

"I need to reach level 10 and obtain access to the subspace." I said with a determined look on my face.

"-there's food in the tent and in case of an emergency call for Lyra I'll be back within seconds." I explained to Noir as Dwayne took care of the triplets.

^Understood, so when will you be back?^ He asked me with worry as Dwayne's screams echoed in the background.

^AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!^ Dwayne ran away from the trio who constantly shot water and thunder at him with a mischievous glint in their eyes.

"At most I'll be gone for a day but I'll come back as soon as possible… make sure that they don't kill Dwayne and take care of the egg gently and away from the trio…" I said nervously I watched Dwayne burry himself underground in a hole.

^…I'll try^ Noir said as the trio filled the hole with water before Abyss electrified it.

^AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH^ Dwayne launched out from the hole screaming, charred, and smoking like a tom and jerry character.

"….If they get to hard to control place these in their food and they'll sleep for a bit." I crouched down and handed him some sleeping pills before I yeeted myself off the cliff sprouting Nergigante wings from my back.

"GOOD LUCK!" I wished them luck as I flew off into the distance.

For the next few minutes, I clumsily soared through the highlands taking in the beauty of it as I do so.

"This is a good break from all the stress…" I said with a slight smile as I felt all the stress from the newborns wash away.

<If you want to level up quickly I recommend going this area there was an imbalance in the population there.> She advised me.

"Hey Lyra I'm curious why do you always try to make me balance the ecosystem or I'm not able to kill a certain amount of monsters in an area?" I said as I recalled the restrictions she gave me.

"…Do I get informed about them being born or do I just aimlessly look for one?" I said a sarcastic and scared tone as I recalled the strength of the black dragon in the Nergigante's memories.

"Any more info bombs I need to know of?" I said in relief they aren't any black dragons around.

<No but you reached the area!> she said excitedly as I saw a horde of Paolumu's sleeping.

<As much as I hate them there has to be balance… so leave the young and kill rest….> She said irritably as I fully transformed and rushed into the battle.

After a few minutes of silencing these egotistical fucks and plundering the corpses I flew off into the distance.

*Grrrr….*

^Hmm strange why are their Carapaceons in the highlands...^ I growled as I noticed two Daimyo Hermitaur brawling it out with a much smaller one of to the side.

<As I stated before continents are linking and parting they probably just migrated from shore.> 

^Do they give a lot of Exp?^ I said as I drooled imagining a seafood barbecue with them as the main course.

<They give about 200-300 Exp>

"Good enough…Equip Neo malware…" I said as I returned to my normal state and stalked closer to the crabs.

(I shouldn't use brute strength on this don't want to damage the meat so ice magic should do…) I said as splashed them with a cannon water.

The Hermitaur's hissed as they stood their ground not letting themselves get swept away.

"Freeze…" I muttered as I shot multiple bullets of ice freezing and killing them almost immediately with no damage to their succulent meat.

"Hmm Lyra now that I think about we could sell the diablos skulls as a decorative piece in the next auction…" I said as I stored the crabs away.

<Probably 10000 I mean they do look cool so it'd probably get Sp sure go for it!> She supported my idea.

"Lyra show me my status panel please." I politely asked barely containing my excitement as I realized something.

"Hell yeah! Lyra teleport me to the Subspace!" I cheered with excitement as a panel engulfed me.

I looked around with excitement only to see a void full of stars and other celestial bodies.

"Eh?" I blurted out as I looked down to see that I was floating and not on solid ground.

"Lyra why am I in a void of-"

<It's your subspace idiot! It's like this because you haven't edited it yet!> She interrupted me and explained as a panel opened in front of me.

<Use this to edit the place if you want build structures have buy materials and it will be built instantly dirt, stone, plant, animal, etc. or gather them as well.> Lyra said as the panel stared showing structures and landscapes along with the materials needed.

"I see… well time to get work I guess!" I said as started working on the subspace.

(Alright I'll set up a biome for each of us and add new ones for every new member, I'll also make an area for the Legiana as a bargaining chip for them to join me.)

For the next few hours, I mined out a small chunk of the Highlands and created a biome for each of my tames along with a house for me.

"Okay finally done!" I said as I looked at my new home with joy.

"…Is that a compliment or a rant?" I said a confused tone as I walked into Noir's Domain.

"Do you think Noir would like it? I made a mystical while also giving it Alola's climate!" I marveled at my work as I slowly walked through the biome taking in the warmth and scenery.

<He'll like it but I don't think Noir will stay here too much, he'd probably just hang out with everyone else. It's in the nature of a Mimikyu to avoid isolation as much possible.> She explained as I reached the next biome.

"What about this? You said that amalgam Geodudes lived in the deserts of Unova so is this a good replacement?" I said as I set foot on the sandy floor.

"But I'm still confused… was the lava lands necessary?" I said as I looked off into the distance.

{I didn't find an image so just imagine a rocky area with a few small streams of lava coming out a small lake of lava and some tropical plants scattered everywhere.}

<It's needed for the Rathalos. It has extreme genetic adaptability so if we place egg in that environment it'll help it raise its resistance to flames and turn boost capability wield higher firepower. By way, switch up it's every now or then maximize on adaptability.> Lyra explained dutifully.

"Fine but how did you convince me to place the Namielle habitat next to Dwayne, you know the love messing with the poor guy…" I said as I had flash backs to all the atrocious pranks they committed assaulting the poor geodude.

{It's just an ocean with a bunch of coral and marine life connecting to the desert with a chunk of the coral highland stationed in the center of the body of water.} 

<That's the point I can just imagine sheer amount of laughs I'll have as record pranks!> She said with excitement.

"Why do take pleasure in seeing us suffer from pranks…" I muttered with irritation as I walked into the future domain for the Legiana.

"You think it'll be suitable for a colony of Legiana?" I said as I felt oddly comfortable in the cold and I was wearing a sleeveless shirt and jeans for crying out loud.

(Is this because I have an affinity for ice?) I wondered as I plopped into the snow sinking into it.

(This feels oddly-no scratch that this feels naturally homey…) I thought as I made a 4 foot deep snow angle.

<Yep and with that chunk of land from the highlands, they can alternate as please!>

"Hmm Lyra if I get a colony under my leadership can't I just control what they hunt? I could make them hunt the more predominate species in the food chain and make room for the endangered ones to grow!" I jumped out of the hole with a light bulb on my head and a wide grin on my face as I spoke.

<That…that's actually a good idea!> She said in an amazed tone.

<If you go with that plan we could actually beat the plague easily and also expand our influence outside new world without any problems->

"-Lets not get ahead of ourselves! It'll be hard enough to control the new world since parts of it are missing and part of the other continents have linked with it!" I immediately cut that plan out of the picture.

<aaaawww…. > She whined.
