Friday arrived and Bai Yi Yang and the children went to the jungle to pick mushrooms as usual.

"Yeah, I haven't check it for a while. How much is the balance now?" Bai Yi Yang casually ask. Sometimes she will look over her three siblings who is busy picking up the mushrooms.

"It has passed the 7 million benchmark." Bai Yi Chen said. That's the money they have up to the end of May, the one from this months is not included yet. Basically, each month they will earn about 350,000-400,000 yuan when everything is accumulated. The account with Natural Grocery is also settled every month now not like before, except the dried mushrooms which is settled when purchase is made.

Bai Yi Yang actually have something in mind, she wanted to buy a house in the city. Since they are in City Nan, she should buy one in City Nan right? So that it will be easier if they wanted to go there. What more, her siblings may need to go study there in the future, it's better to have their own house. "Buy a house?" Bai Yi Chen is shocked. Buying a house is not a small matter. What more in big city, even when their parents is alive, they don't have their own house in City Bei.

"Yeah. The price this year is cheap. In the future, it will increase so much that we may not be able to afford it." Bai Yi Yang said. Actually she wanted to wait until they are 18 before purchasing a property, but the house price may really increase and she may regret it.

"But how? We are still too young." Bai Yi Chen said.

"That matter, I will talk about this to Grandpa Cui. Since they are coming next weekend too, we can talk about it more then." Bai Yi Yang said.

She immediately feel that she should have done some research about this early on. It's better to own a few properties by this year.

Bai Yi Yang and her siblings pick mushrooms until 3.30 pm and returned home. They all helped in spreading the mushrooms on the drying platform and they finished in short time. Then, they walk around the orchard chat for a while with Second Zhou who is cleaning around the orchard.

With 4,700 yuan salary, he should be one of the most highest paid one in the village who work outside. There are already people who envy him with the 4,200 yuan salary, now his salary is increased again.

"No problem, this is what I should do." Bai Yi Yang said. They chat about the sales this months and then Bai Yi Yang also ask about the fruits tree health. There seems to be no problem and Bai Yi Yang and the rest also went home, leaving Second Zhou to proceed with his work.

Bai Yi Yang really like how Second Zhou is working. Not only financially, he is also very meticulous when it comes to the fruit tree health. He will make notes in his book then inform Bai Yi Yang about it. He said that the fruit trees are precious and they are his livelihood, he ought to take care of them.

When they returned home, Bai Yi Yang went to the greenhouse for a bit and start working until 5.30 pm.

It has much more varieties of succulents from the plant shop in town. Bai Yi Ling is a regular there, Bai Yi Chen only need to pick up the new succulents every time he went to town.

"We are having rib rack for dinner." Bai Yi Yang answer Bai Yi Mo who is rolling on the grass.

"Rib rack?! Oh yeah!" The children cheer. Bai Yi Yang laugh, she already marinated them since last night, she just need to put it in the oven later. It's a pity that Qi Sheng didn't get to try it.

After yesterday's text message, Qi Sheng didn't contact her anymore. He must be very busy after going back, her messages cannot even go through, which mean either he didn't turn on his phone or he is not opening the chatting apps. Bai Yi Yang is a bit worried to be honest, but what can she do right?

"Is this for you to stay later when you enter university?" Old man Cui ask.

"Yeah. I think it's better to find a place earlier." Bai Yi Yang said.

"If you don't mind staying a bit far, actually our house has a few empty rooms. Why need yo buy a place when you can stay here." Old man Cui said. Bai Yi Yang laugh awkwardly, how can they do that, no matter how kind the old couple are, it's still better to have a place of their own.

"Grandpa, if I were to study in City Nan University, I will be too tired to commute everyday." Bai Yi Yang said.

"That is also true. Alright, I will ask around that area? What kind of house are you looking for?" Old man Cui ask.

"Apartment, condominium, something that is not less than 90 square meter." Bai Yi Yang said.

"Good, good. Grandpa will look for a good one for you. About the ownership, don't worry about it, grandpa can handle it." Old man Cui said. Bai Yi Yang was about go mention it when Old man Cui already thought about it.

After that, Grandma Cui also talked a bit on the phone, asking about their wellbeing and confirming again if they really can receive guests next weekend. They actually have planned to come before, but Old man Cui is still someone who is a big shareholder too, how can he not have work to do.

After hanging up, Bai Yi Yang continue to cook and told Bai Yi Chen about it then they have another fulfilling dinner.
