『This the new council. Do you like it, Medaka-chan?』Kumagawa asked while looking at Medaka who still couldn't accept the reality being served infront of her. "No way.. Xander, how did you become a Minus?" Medaka asked as Xander just raised an eyebrow, "Hm? I don't know? Maybe I was born one" Xander said some vague words that Medaka didn't like one a bit. "Hey, Xander! Stop this joke! Why are you in their side!?" Zenkichi asked as he stared at Xander incredously. "Ah I just thought that it would interesting looking things in their perspective" Xander said shrugging Zenkichi's serious question.

Kumagawa just watched the show with amusement in his eyes. 『Now, Medaka-chan. Please hand over the armbands.』Kumagawa opened his hand at them while Medaka just closed her eyes. 'I don't understand.. I used to believe that this person could still be saved just like Miyanokojou senpai or me. If not at least he would be able to show his good sides like Unzen-senpai or Naze-senpai.. but that will never happen. This person's mind is already beyond help' Kikajima thought as she looked at Kumagawa with serious eyes.

Medaka finally opened her eyes before saying something, "Kurobako Cram School Regulation, Clause 159. About removing the chief from duty" Medaka said confusing many, 『..... Kurobako Cram School?』Even Kumagawa was confused to her words. "It's a regulation from this school, when someone demands the president to step down on duty there will be a duel between the current president and the next president" Medaka explained 『Well, that's also fine Kurokami Medaka. To think you even know those moldy rules of the cram school.. so? Did we fail? Or was it as expected? Shiranui-chan?』Kumagawa asked while looking at Shiranui who just stayed quiet.

"No objections right? Then from now on, the duel between the new student council and current student council will be set. It'll be an election.. no. A Student Council Battle!!" Medaka exclaimed as the others just smiled confidently. The Minuses were about to return when Medaka suddenly called out, "Wait... Xander, what happened to Mashiro?" She asked waiting for his answer. "Ah that girl? Nothing much.. I simply devoured her" Xander said while grinning at her who was shocked.

Shibuki POV*

Well, this proposal of his is rather interesting so I'll join. Gagamaru would probably do the same since this guy is strong as hell.. still that bastard Xander didn't lie to us huh? To think that there really is an human being who lived worse than us, and the name is the same too! Isn't this just interesting? I wonder where that guy go after that, did he die? I doubt that, he was so confident in taking my attack at that time, and my ability also didn't work on him. Killing him is impossible, that's how my instinct screamed at me when thinking about Xander.

Anyway, Kumagawa Misogi. This terrifying man is currently our leader and we are helding a meeting between Minuses. "Kumagawa-senpai, who are we waiting for?" I asked while raising my eyebrow at him, 『Hm, I don't know? I mean someone recommended me this person so I am waiting for him. Well, let's just start, he is not here anyway』Kumagawa said before an hand was suddenly placed on his shoulder. "Yo, thank you for waiting. As expected meetings won't happen unless I am there" the new person said before mine and Chougasaki's body moved on their own before lunging at the new person.

Hm? I raised my eyebrow when I saw the man just catching our blows before throwing us at the ceiling. "How rude, I was just about to introduce myself.." before he could even finish, I escaped from the ceiling before touching his body. I tried to open any of his past wounds but was shocked when nothing happened. "I might have said this before but.. all of the scars that I have received in the past has already been erased.. I 'killed' them all" My eyes widened with his words as we both stopped. "No shit, you're that fucker?" I asked as he just shook his head.

"I thought you would become more womanlike Shibuki-san. It seems like you only worsen, well you're a minus anyway, I can't blame you" The man said confirming my thoughts, Chougasaki seemed shocked too. 『Hoh, you're quite an interesting man. Let's test you』Kumagawa-senpai said before he plunged an screw on Xander's body. I saw the screw burrowing itself under his skin as I raised an eyebrow. I thought that this guy is impossible to kill, but it seems that was just a speculation. "Hey, hey, this is quite rude for a greetings. Well, it can't be helped, you're all minuses anyways" Xander said calmly.

I turned my attention to him only to see him standing without any visible wounds. Hey, you gotta be kidding me, I swore I saw him being screwed right there. This phenomenon is giving me goosebumps, its just like.. 『Just like my ability right?』Kumagawa-senpai said while still smiling innocently. 『By the way, how did you do that?』Kumagawa asked looking at Xander, "All fiction, the reality where I have been screwed has turned into.. nothing" Xander said as I widened my eyes in shock. What did he just say? That was shocking to every minus who is currently listening to our conversation.

『As expected, how did you copy my minus? Only Minus should be able to use abilities like ours』Kumagawa asked as he tilted his head. "Heh, well if you can be called the perfect minus then I guess I am gonna be called imperfect minus" Xander said some confusing words before everyone in this room suddenly kneeled. Even those minuses that didn't experience that much misfortune in their lives couldn't help but vomit. This guy's aura is the same class as Kumagawa! "Xander.. you are a minus?" I asked as he just looked at Kumagawa, "Hm.. I said I am an imperfect minus, so I am not a Minus while not being an Plus either. Kumagawa-senpai should know about us right?" Xander said.

Shit I can't follow this conversation, what are they talking about? "Well, its okay if you can't follow our conversation. Only those who read the manga could do it anyway" He said some words that even confused Kumagawa, 『Are you also from Shounen Jump? Then you must be my junior right?』Kumagawa's words are silly. 『Still.. an not equal huh? Since when did you became one?』Kumagawa asked with serious look on his face, not equal? What's that? Is it something fun? "I am not an official one since I haven't appeared infront of that woman or his double but my ability and origin is already considered one" Xander said.

Now this is fucking confusing. What are they talking about? Not equal? That woman? "Hey! Stop talking about shits like that and explain your ability!" I shouted at them who just stopped. "Ah sorry, I got too indulge in chatting with Kumagawa-senpai, he seemed too funny for me" Xander said some dangerous words, I looked at Kumagawa and saw him still smiling as if nothing happened. 『Hey, don't think of me as a petty dude that would retaliate by something like that Shibuki-chan!』Ha? His words contradicted with his actions as he threw more screws at Xander who just smirked.

The screws suddenly vanished midway not even reaching his personal space. "Something like that won't work again Kumagawa-senpai. Please be civil so that we can have a civilized talk" Xander said as I calmed down before taking a seat. Chougasaki also did the same as he fixed his monocles. "About my ability.. you see, I have the ability to copy everything I saw or maybe even heared of. Please be careful of using your abilities on me" Hah? Isn't that just a broken ability? How could something like that exist? "Hey don't look at me like that, me using All Fiction is already an evidence for it right?" Sigh, this guy.. does he have an mind reading ability?

『Nope, you're just too easy to read Shibuki-chan』Kumagawa said as I looked at Chougasaki who just smiled. 『Anyway, now that last participant is here, let's start our meeting』He's going to shrugged it off just like that? Well, knowing about Xander's abilities didn't seemed to fazed Kumagawa, that is better.

The student council and the others are currently having a meeting, they were talking about what to do with Kumagawa as he is too much for them. "We just need to best them in their game right?" Kouki asked trying to cheer the others who are obviously downed for some reason. "We would be able to see our win if its just Kumagawa.. but since Xander is in their sides.. I don't know anymore" Maguro said shaking his head. Kouki, Kikajima and the others who are not familiar with Xander was confused with this. "Is that guy really that of a big deal? Surely he is someone that can be defeated right? Kumagawa has an worse atmosphere than him after all" Kikajima said.

The others shook their heads at her words, "Xander Ranvil is not like that. I am even baffled right now that he is under Kumagawa when I know that he is more stronger and intelligent than that guy" Naze said with her usual weird looks. "How so? Can he beat Medaka-cha- ah that's a stupid question. Even Kumagawa was beaten by he-", "Yes he could. Easily even" before Kouki could finish his words, he was cut off by Zenkichi. "Yes? It's not that I doubt his ability but the scene where Medaka-chan lose is somewhat impossible for me" Kouki said while Kikajima just nodded her head.

"If Medaka-chan is a beast.. then Xander is a monster. He might not look intimidating but that just show how terrifying he is" Maguro began explaining, "Why so? Isn't the most terrifying are those people like Kumagawa-san who has an disturbing air around him?" Kikajima asked while tilting her head. "It's because he controls himself. That man understood everything he is doing and is constantly state of controlling himself. The most special thing that a man could do in life is not conquering a nation, it is conquering his own self. Xander Ranvil just destroyed that notion as he was already in control of himself when he was still a child" Naze continued the explaining as she revealed most of the things that she researched from Xander.

"He controls himself.. that is really an amazing feat but how does that make him stronger than Medaka-chan? Well, I do admit that Medaka-chan would lose in terms of controlling but I can never imagine her lose" Kouki said while thinking carefully. "Stop with the playing of words. I'll summarized it. When we were a child, Xander is my only rival. Whatever I do I never seemed to be able to win against him, whether strength or even intelligence. There was no time that I won once against him. That is why he is terrifying" Medaka for the first time in this meeting talked. Her words brought shock to the people inside the room, "What!? Kurokami-san not winning? How did he fo that!?" Kikajima asked.

Medaka and Zenkichi thought about it but they can't find the answer, "What..? How? I thought I know how he beat me before.." Medaka muttered while Zenkichi also began thinking about it. Now that he recalled it, there was never a time where Xander mentioned anything about his abilities, he would just shrugged them off when they are asking it and them being a child just accepted it. "We.. don't know. We never really asked him as we were too focused on playing at that age. Even Medaka-chan was too immersed on it as she never had someone that could play with her easily" Zenkichi said making everyone's forehead scrunched in pain.

"Can you elaborate more of him? Like his likes or weaknesses" Kouki asked as Zenkichi thought for a moment before an answerer appeared on his head. "The only weakness of Xander would be.. Mashiro. His girlfriend" Zenkichi said as Medaka remembered Xander's words during their clash. 'I devoured her..' she shook her head, "Now is not the time for this, we need to talk more about our plans. We will eventually face with them, are you guys ready with it?" Medaka asked while looking at everyone. Everyone nodded their heads as they continued their meeting.

Hinokage the former student council president told them about the Devilize Training which Maguro objected as they were too young. Hinokage insisted as they are too immature to fight against Kumagawa. Medaka also accepted it as Maguro has no choice but to back out. Their training would last for a week, Maguro don't know if that would be enough but he will try his best training them. Zenkichi didn't enter his training as he went to another trainer instead. Maguro was confused to who it was but then remembered a certain person.

The first battle time finally arrived as Medaka arrived at the place where Kumagawa and Xander were waiting. 『You're late, Medaka-chan. Shame on you, the rules said that you have to be on time right?』Kumagawa said smiling at her. "Kumagawa.. and Xander. Only you two? Where are the others?" Medaka asked while looking at the two of them. "Ah, they are currently in a vacation Kurokami-san" Xander said waving his hand at them. Medaka has complicated feelings at that, she wanted to respond but them being enemies held her.

"Kumagawa.. who among you two will fight in the Manager of General Affairs?" She asked this question seriously. She seriously can't see how Zenkichi would win against this two when she just barely won against Kumagawa during their middle school time.

『I have dreamed of becoming the Manager of General Affairs for a long time. So today, I'm in your care, Zenkichi-chan. Let's have a serious and fair battle』Kumagawa said innocently as Medaka grabbed his clothes, "Someone like you.. how could someone like you turn like this!" Medaka said while gritting her teeth.

"Ding! What a great question! Let me answer it for you Kumagawa senpai.. hmm, ah right there is that example" Xander thought for a moment before remembering something. "Someone once said that one's life is Plus, Minus, and Zero. Saying even elite feels sadness and happiness. Or saying that a happy human also has to go through a certain amount of hardship is essentially the same thing. So I presume that he wants to say that everybody is equal" Xander said as they listened carefully, Kumagawa just smiled as he know what Xander is talking about. "But.. the one who said that one's life is Plus, Minus, and Zero must be a plus." Xander stated making them pause.

"It was because he was happy that he could say such philosophical words. At least them minuses couldn't think that way because if there were good things.. all the bad things would turn into nothingness. Kumagawa-senpai probably wanted all happy and plus people to have a taste of what they felt.. aren't I right, Kumagawa-senpai?" Xander finished his explanations. 『Spot on, Xander-kun. You really know us minuses』Kumagawa said while smiling. "That must be also a lie.. right!? You just want to cling on that lie!" Medaka exclaimed. 『Right it must be so, I won't fight you Medaka-chan because I hate you. Instead I will let Xander do it for me』Kumagawa said.

Before Medaka could even punch Kumagawa, the referee finally arrived. It was a person named Choujabaru Tokemichi, he is the most just and impartial man in this school. That is why Medaka has no objection to his judgement. The game started with Choujabaru making Kumagawa pick the genre of the fight. Kumagawa chose snake where he and Zenkichi would be place in a snake den. Of course they would not fight along with the snakes, instead there would be an box railing placed on top of the railing, it was fragile so doing a lot of moves would make the railings drop.

Dropping will lead to them being bitten by snakes and dying in the process. Each snakes has venom that could drop 13 humans at the same time. Both sides were ready, they were looking at each with smile on their face, though Zenkichi has an nervous one. 『You nervous, Zenkichi-chan? You could just back out and be done with it you know?』Kumagawa said as Zenkichi just sneered. "I'll win this fight and ask a lot of things to Xander! I'll make sure to beat you to pulp!" Zenkichi exclaimed while pointing at Kumagawa.
