She snapped her fingers and whisked us into the forest.

"Ouch !" I landed on the floor.

I lifted my foot from the ground, dagger-like heel poised abover his toes, and stamped down with all my might.

He hissed a breath through his teeth, releasing his grip on me. I took this opportunity and kicked his groin.

"You wanna give me some advice on how to survive this little game ?" I stepped my leg on his chest.

"Oops. Wrong choice." I kicked his head making him faint.

"Oh my God ! She just stomped Gabe ! Get her !" Someone shouted.

That's a lot of people. I won't be able to hold them off.

I ran to the nearby stadium and it was chaos. There was a huge fire, wind swirling around, and mostly lightning.

I'm guessing it's Jackson.

Ava suddenly appeared with a flash and squeezed my neck.

I could see dozens, maybe even hundreds of people watching to see my reaction.

"Her kind are creatures of chaos, darkness, and evil, Angelica !" Ava continued.

"She's not the only demon here, Ava." I growled.

"Okay, yes. I am also part demon." Ava rolled her eyes.

"But at least I learned how to control my powers ! Not only she's capable of controlling herself, but her demon side is so strong that it get itself a consciousness ! That rarely-"

Ava stopped and frowned, "No, that never happened !"

"Ava's right. That psycho is too dangerous to be alive !" Someone shouted.

"She could've killed us all ! It's all thanks to Phyu Sein-"

"Is she always like that ?" I asked Alex, agape.

"We need to kill her before she kills us !"

"We are not doing that." Phyu stood up on the table.

"We can't just march in her room and kill her. I'm an empath. I know how she's feeling right now, even in her sleep. She's in a great amount of pain resisting her own mind ! She's been like this four days now ! We need to give her a chance !"

"And what will happen when we give her a chance, hm, Phyu Sein ?" Ava stated.

"She might beat it, but there's a possibility that she'll go haywire again. It's a 50-50 chance, and we can't risk that. The prophet told us she couldn't leave, but she never said we couldn't kill her. I say we get rid of her !"

Arguments could be heard across the room, and people yelled and shouted to make sure their opinions could be heard.

A sudden roar of thunder broke the chaotic scene. A man with black hair appeared in the middle of the room.

"I say no. Do not harm her." he said.

"Robert ? What the hell are you doing here-?" Angelica stammered.

"She's your daughter, isn't she ?"

"You are not even authorised to be here." Angelica said.

I kneeled down next to her unconscious body, a lump forming in my throat.

I teleported myself to the garden, where the border was.

A fireball suddenly crashed into my abdomen and I stepped back from the impact.

"You did ! But he needs something from you. Like the whereabouts of your daughter ! Now, we know that she's around here somewhere... But we also know Angelica would never lallow a demon to enter her haven. So just tell me where she is, and all will be well."

I glared at him in silence.

"I see. Well, if we can't find Kana... Then we won't need her for now !" He cackled evilly.

"Because we'll just use you..." He walked towards me with an evil smirk.

"Wondering why you can barely stay conscious ? Did the coffee you had earlier taste good ?"

"How did you..."

"Oh- No, no, my Lord. I didn't do it." He laughed.

"A spy did it."

I could barely utter a word before my world turned black.
