Marry You
"When the time will come. Now if you please excuse me." He stood up with a hard face and left the table.
He ignored many bowing heads and went straight to the garden. He pulled the cravat off his neck as if he was struggling to breathe.
"Did you see duke Nyfire took the side of a maid and insulted a noble for it?" Someone whispered behind Tyrone when he paused.
"I had thought that he was mourning for his wife and was not able to marry the first princess. But who would have thought.. I think he is stalling because of her origins! Poor princess."
He closed his eyes and walked away but the voices did not cease until he felt bile rising to his throat.
"Who is it?" he shouted in a loud voice. "Who thinks that he knows me so well?"
His voice scared the gossipers who fled away. But the anger was still there.
It was all because of his indecisiveness that they all were making noise. Even a maid whom he helped dare to ask such questions!
