And not just any Apex War, but an Apex War of Annihilation.
Where the differences and hatred ran so deep that out of such a war, it resulted in the complete Wipeout and erasure of the other faction or Lineage!
The Victors of the Apex War held such a right of annihilation!
Apex Wars were called upon when differences ran so deep that conflict was the only solution, but it was something controlled as normally, the Apex Aeonic Lifeforms fought and absorbed the losing faction after blood had been spilled to a great extent.
When it came to Apex Wars of Annihilation, both sides had to agree to it in order for it to be carried out as this type of an Apex War granted the right of Complete annihilation that the Victors could carry out!
It was against everything that the Investiture of Extremity stood for as it was something that rarely ever took place.
