Initially, Noah had come in contact with Vitalis Hyperversal Authority by accomplishing a grand feat of Plundering an Unrecorded History.
It meant that when other existences performed feats astonishing enough, they would also have their existence bathed with Vitalis Hyperversal Authority.
This was why in the upper echelons of the Seven Aeonic Havens, the more powerful Extremities knew of and had even come in contact with Vitalis!
But none of them could continue to gain a source of Vitalis Hyperversal Authority freely. Otherwise, many of them would have undergone their First Vitalis Awakening.
This…was the case for the Nether Havens of Extremity anyway. The Supernal Havens of Extremity were much different as Vitalis was termed Havenly Authority by its inhabitants, and it could be accessed in these Haves much more freely!
It was why a great deal of their most powerful existences had undergone Vitalis Awakening.
