The skills elevated by the Resplendent Skill Points were very unique, with some like the [Universe of Blood and Bones] gaining a ten times increase in a parameter, and then you had others like the [Universal Undead Legion] that gained its own unique effects!
This uniqueness this time was the supposed gain of an Inherent Ability of ||Resplendence|| that granted all summoned undead the constant effects of [Unusual Beauty] and [Majesty] on top of doubling their power.
When Noah's two bodies in the Ruination Realm looked at all the skills, they saw that multiple of them from differing skill trees had gained ||Resplendence|| randomly!
One of these stemmed from the Blood Lord Skill Tree- an ability among the 4 that came when Noah elevated this skill tree to the Universal Filament level.
