Chapter 20 - A lovely couple

Gensha groans in pain, a small vial containing some red liquid appeared in his hand. He opened it and drank it all in one gulp.

Instantly his pale face became a little rosy once again and he stood up.

"Arthur we have to escape, we can't deal with so many of them." Gensha shouted towards Arthur.

"What is that little fucker doing?" Arthur asked back clearly referring to Sheyan.

"He is completely useless, that Cazider guy lied to us to gain some benefits." Gensha answered grudgingly, if he found Cazider at this time then he would surely kill him with his own hands.

"I told you to not believe in that idiot Cazider." Arthur shouted back.

"Let's escape first, we will talk about it later." Gensha answered. At this time the T-800s who left to deal with the spiders, noticed that one of their termination targets stood up once again, and again walked towards Gensha.

Gensha gritted his teeth and took out three more scrolls. All of them contained two spiders each. He tore them together and six more spiders appeared in front of him.

Spiders rushed towards the Terminators at once, but T-800s were not so easy to deal with. Previous two spiders were already in a half dead state from their beating.

Arthur managed to shrug off the T-800 he was fighting with and ran behind the spiders.

"These were all of my summons, everything i earned in our last world is gone." Gensha said.

"Don't be sad, Gen. It's just a minor setback, let's escape first, as long as we are alive we can earn back all of it." Arthur spoke in a very gentle voice, trying to comfort Gensha.

"Hmm let's go." Gensha nodded. But before they could take a step they saw Sheyan who was lying down til now get up and run towards the crowd of Terminators fighting with spiders.

"What is he doing? Is he retarded too aside of being weak?" Arthur spoke in confusion.

"Maybe he hit his head too hard when he crashed on the wall." Gensha commented too.

They both decided to ignore the idiot guy and run, Arthur stepped out of the room, closely followed by Gensha.

Sheyan quickly ran to the brawl and went past the spiders and appeared amidst the Terminators.

Terminators saw that one of their targets ran to them, no joy or confusion appeared on their faces, they just attacked at their target at the same time.

Sheyan turned around before their attacks could land, he looked towards the exit, and saw Gensha who was already half way outside.

An evil smile appeared on his face as he activated his newly snatched ability.

A blur appeared in his vision for a millisecond, suddenly he found himself standing outside the room. Sheyan's smile became even bigger when a confused cry came from the room behind him.

Arthur turned around to see what happened only to see a smiling Sheyan and Gensha who was just behind him disappeared in thin air.

"Ahhhhhhh Arthur save me!!!" Gensha's scream came from the room.

Arthur pupils contracted when he heard Gensha's scream. He quickly ran back inside the room. Inside all the terminators attacked Gensha's thin body at the same time.

Two punches of T-800s landed on the back of his skull making his head burst open.

4 punches landed on his back, breaking his back and crushing his rib cage completely.

Arthur saw the scene of Gensha's head bursting open, Arthur felt a buzz in his head and his brain almost stopped working.

Thump!

Gensha's body fell down and stopped moving completely. Arthur felt a sudden pain in his heart.

"GENSHAAAAAA!!!!" Arthur screamed at the top of his lung, his eyes went red from anger and grief.

He turned around to see a smiling Sheyan looking at him.

"YOU DID THIS! YOU KILLED MY GENSHA!! I WILL KILL YOU I WILL KILL YOU BASTARD!!!" Arthur shouted and lunged at Sheyan with his steel bat.

Arthur hit Sheyan heavily on the head, Sheyan's head got knocked back. But looking from another angle, you could see a creepy smile appeared on Sheyan's face once again.

[ Contestant no. 8999 breached the contract. ]

[ Contestant no. 8999 is being penalized. ]

[ Contestant no. 8999's attributes will be stripped off by half for 3 days. ]

[ Since Contestant no. 8999 attacked Contestant no. 1018 first, Contestant no. 1018 is allowed to counterattack. ]

A voice rang in the ears of smiling Sheyan and the angry Arthur.

"This! This was all your plan from the beginning isn't it." Arthur finally calmed down a little after hearing the nightmare realm's notification but his heart was now gripped with not just grief but an overwhelming fear too.

Sheyan slowly straightened his head back, an evil smile still plastered on his face. He didn't reply to Arthur's words.

Just his hand, which was holding a Glock 17 til now, held a long black barrel Revolver this time.

He aimed at Arthur's head and pulled the trigger. A military controlled bullet came out of the barrel at extreme speed and hit Arthur right on the head. Arthur's body went flying back inside the room and fell in the midst of the Terminators.

But Arthur wasn't dead, somehow that golden light which was still covering his body saved him from dying, but he was just half a breath away from death.

Arthur moved his head to look at Gensha's body lying beside him, a tear fell down from his eye when he saw Gensha's lifeless body.

He used the last of his strength to move his hand and held Gensha's hand.

'Let's meet each other in the afterlife Gen, we will never be apart after this.' Arthur closed his eyes and stopped breathing.

"My, such a lovely couple, i hope they rest in peace and find their solace in the afterlife." Sheyan sighed. He equiped the Machine predator title and aimed at Terminators with his black barreled gun and M500. He fired at the same time as two bullets pierced the head of a T-750 each.

Terminators were still dealing with spiders, although all the spiders were almost on the verge of death.

Wooooooo!!!!

Suddenly, an alarm rang in all corners of the building, all this commotion was finally noticed by the security team, a team of guards came out of the elevator and rushed towards this location.

Sheyan didn't mind the alarm and kept firing at Terminators. With his title and high attack power, dealing with T-750s was almost a child's play and with Spiders keeping the Terminators at bay, Sheyan could fire at will without stopping at all.

By the time, guards came to Sheyan, all T-750s were dead and each T-800s had at least 2 bullets in their head.

Guards took out teaser guns and aimed at the guy firing non stop with the guns inside the room.

Sheyan glanced at his side and swapped his M500 with a glock 17, he fired at guards without looking at them again, he emptied all the bullets in his glock in just 3 seconds. All guards dropped dead on the floor with bloody bullet holes in their chests.

Sheyan stored the glock back inside his storage and reloaded his black barreled gun while walking inside the room.

All spiders were following the last order they received from their master which was to attack the Terminators. Sheyan reloaded his gun in just 4 seconds and fired at Terminators again.

He killed two more Terminators after emptying the gun once again. He reloaded it once more and fired again.

All terminators were dead by now, Arthur and Gensha were dead too, same goes for all the guards, from the original eight spiders only 2 were left alive. Sheyan fired at them with his M500 and killed them too.

"So much loot, my biggest heist til now hahahahaha." Sheyan laughed wildly and quickly stored all the Terminators, Spiders, Arthur and Gensha's bodies inside his storage space.

Alarm was still blaring loudly, another team of guards was on its way to this floor.

Sheyan walked to a window calmly and looked outside.

Road outside was filled with traffic, many people were moving here and there, minding their own business. It all seemed so peaceful somehow.

A new team of guards arrived at the floor from the elevator and saw the previous team of guards laying dead outside a room.

They all stopped in their tracks and gulped nervously.

"What should we do?" A guard asked.

"We have to go and check." Another guard said.

"But..." A guard spoke nervously.

"No buts, it's our duty, let's go." An older guard spoke and walked ahead.

Other guards looked at him and nervously followed behind.

They came to the room and looked inside but didn't see anyone at all, except the dead body Dr. Mike Morales. They entered the room and searched all around but didn't see anyone at all.

"Quickly search for them, all gates are locked already, they can't run away from here." The Older guard ordered.

All guards quickly ran outside the room and searched all over the building but not a single culprit was found.

5 minutes ago....

Sheyan picked up the newspaper lying beside the middle aged guy Arthur killed and crumbled it up in a ball.

He threw it outside the window and it landed on the road outside.

Sheyan checked the cooldown period of his Switch ability. 15 seconds remaining.

He waited for 15 seconds then switched positions with the newspaper ball.

He appeared on the road outside, garnering a little bit of attention from the passerbys but he ran away soon and quickly disappeared from their sight.

Sheyan came back to the previous restaurant and entered inside. Sarah was still sitting at the previous place drinking a cup of coffee.

Sheyan walked up to her and sat down across her.

Sarah looked up and saw Sheyan sitting in front of her.

"You came back so soon? Are you injured? How did the mission go? Did you succeed?" Sarah asked four questions at once, she couldn't wait to get the answers at all.

"Woah woah calm your horses dear, i will tell you the details later first we need to reach somewhere so get up quickly." Sheyan said and got up first.

Sarah quickly got up too and followed Sheyan outside the restaurant, after he paid the bill.

"Where do we need to go now?" Sarah asked.

"Nearest steel factory, it would be even better If they got a big pool of molten steel in it." Sheyan replied.

"I know about the steel factory but i don't know if they got a pool of molten steel." Sarah replied.

"No worries, let's just go there first." Sheyan said.

Sarah nodded and went to get her scooter.
