Chapter 10 - Meeting Beardy Jack once again

Seaman checked all the information about terminator seriously.
'Most of it i already knew, the only thing which is worth those 100 utility points is information about weopans and equipment of the Terminator which wasn't able to pass through space time convergence, if i ever managed to go to 2029 that info might come in handy.' Seaman thought to himself.
Taxi stopped at this time.
"Sir we are here." Taxi driver looked back and said.
Seaman gave him 100 dollars and came out of the taxi.
Seaman looked around but didn't see any sign of Cazider or Terminator so he contacted Cazider through his nightmare imprint, which cost him 50 utility points.
*Cazider, i am here. Where are you?* Seaman sent a voice message to Cazider.
Soon Cazider's reply came.
[ I am underground, inside the sewers, Terminator followed me in. ]
Seaman looked around and saw a sewer entrance close by, he walked to it and lifted the cover.
It was very dark, in there but Seaman heard some faint sounds from inside.
Seaman jumped inside, splashing dirty water everywhere.
'Fucking Cazider, he can't even find a clean place to hide, one more reason to kill him soon.' Seaman frowned a little then followed the faint sound.
After running for a while, Seaman heard the sound clearly, it sounded like someone running with iron soles under his shoes.
Seaman hurriedly followed the sound and saw a man chasing another man who was running ahead.
Seaman used his S grade ability and scanned the man who was chasing.

'it's really the Terminator, loot is almost the same as the previous one, except there is one less ability scroll and instead of a long range combat scroll there is a close range combat scroll.' Seaman looked at abundant loot available once again and smiled.
'Dealing with this one is much easier although this one has 80% of his maximum capabilities' Seaman thought and took out both of his guns.
Seaman aimed at Terminator's head and pressed the trigger. Two bullets at extreme speed came out of the barrel and hit Terminator at the back of his head.
Terminator lost his balance and fell down on the dirty floor filled with dirty water.
Seaman has unequipped his equipments previously before he jumped inside the manhole, as he didn't want to Cazider to know about his Trump card, although Seaman could deal with Cazider easily but he had the habbit of keeping his Trump cards hidden as much as possible, a habbit he got from his previous occupation as a spy.

A/N: I won't explain damage reduction on the same type of target.
Although Seaman's Glock 17 had only 70 points of maximum damage but with Seaman's high perspective sense, long range abilities and head being a critical location even for a Terminator it dealt more than 150% of its maximum attack damage. Same for M500 which only had 140 points of maximum attack damage but dealt more than 200 points of damage in one shot.
Seaman looked at the damage he did to the Terminator and smiled in satisfaction, with just one attack he had reduced 1/4th of Terminator's total HP.
After Terminator fell in water, electric sparks emerged from his shoulder, apparently this Terminator was damaged too while crossing through space time convergence, being the reason why it only has 80% of its maximum capabilities. There was an injury on his shoulder and after it fell in water, water entered his circuits through that injury.
After some seconds, sparks stopped and Terminator got up while trembling, his left arm was hanging dead.
Seaman didn't wait any longer and kept shooting at his head but Terminator was ready this time and used his right arm to block bullets from hitting his head.
Seaman gave up shooting at his head, as he didn't have Cazider's refrective shot innate ability yet and decided to shoot his torso instead.
Terminator's arm... Was only that, an arm. It wasn't a shield so it wasn't able to completely block the hail of bullets Seaman unleashed on his body.
After 10 Seconds of constant firing, When Seaman only had one bullet left in each gun, Seaman saw a slight gap exposing Terminator's head. Seaman aimed at it and fired at the same time with both guns.
BANG!!!
After a loud bang, Terminator suddenly stopped moving and fell down heavily.
[ Milestone: Machine predator. You have killed 2/3 Terminators. You are left with 1 more terminator before achieving this milestone. ]
Seaman looked at notification he just received from nightmare realm after the Terminator dropped dead.
'Wait, i forgot to check the details of the Efficient user milestone i achieved a while back. Let's check it after i am done dealing with the space time convergence here.' Seaman thought to himself and reloaded the guns slowly while walking towards Terminator's body.
Cazider who was hiding in a corner and was looking at everything until now slowly came out. His back was sweating profusely, he also had some small injuries on his body from his scuffle with the Terminator earlier.
"You killed it so easily?" Cazider looked at Terminator's body laying on the floor and asked in a disbelieving voice.
"No he is just taking a nap hahaha" Seaman replied and laughed.
Cazider gulped and didn't say anything, he knew this guy was dangerous but only now did he realise that he was still underestimating him.
"Stop dawdling take me to the location, terminator appeared for the first time." Seaman said after he stored Terminator's body and the dropped light blue key in his spatial storage.
"Yes yes, please follow me." Cazider hurriedly replied and started walking in the lead.
After walking for a while they came to a ladder, which was the exit of the sewer. Cazider and Seaman climbed up the ladder and came out of the sewer.
After Seaman came out, he saw a blue translucent crystal floating in the air, just a little bit away.
Seaman took out the gun again and shot two times at the crystal.
Crystal got covered in web-like cracks before it stopped radiating and with a loud bang, it exploded brightly, as its fragments gently drifted off in air once again.
[ You have destroyed a Space time convergence once more ]

[ Skynet has started to notice you. ]
Seaman looked at the notification and smiled at the last line.
"Umm.. sir.." Cazider spoke nervously at this time, after he saw Seaman deal with the Terminator in just a few seconds, he has become even more scared of Seaman, he knew that even he himself, even with the guns Seaman used, couldn't defeat that Terminator in seconds.
"You did a good job, I am impressed." Seaman smiled and praised Cazider.
Cazider smiled back too although a little nervously.
"Well as i promised, your 500 utility points." Seaman spoke again and sent 500 utility points to Cazider through his nightmare Imprint.
Cazider heard the notification from his nightmare imprint and smiled from ear to ear.
"Thank you sir, i will go and find another convergence point for you right away." Cazider was even more enthusiastic after he got some real benefits.
"Okay, but don't forget about the side mission and other contestants." Seaman spoke with a smile.
"Yes yes sir, you can leave it to me." Cazider nodded hurriedly and scurried away.
"Hehe, this free labour is really nice." Seaman smiled after Cazider disappeared from his sight.
After dealing with the things here, Seaman walked inside a secluded alley and took out Terminator's body.
He used his S grade ability on it and a crimson key soon floated out of it.
Seaman took it and opened it right away.
Everything was the same except this time there was only one scroll.
Seaman scanned the scroll.

This piece is clearly meant for the close combat, while the one Seaman equipped before is for long range combat, although Seaman has skills for both close range and long range combat, but he prefers the guns more.
Seaman checked the legs and armour's properties one by one and found them the same as the previous ones. So he stored everything inside his storage space along with Terminater's body and decided to deal with them later.
Now Seaman took two ability crystals in his hand.
"What will happen, if i broke the crystals containing the abilities i already have." Seaman decided to see what would happen and broke the crystals.

"So breaking more of these crystals can awaken my innate abilities, or in simple terms upgrade them. Interesting." Seaman grinned after reading the notification from his system.
Seaman looked at the sky, it was clear with many stars twinkling, after all it was 1983, pollution was still very low at this time.
"It's almost midnight, let's go back to the hotel and rest for a while before continuing looking for more Space time convergence points."
Seaman came out of the alley and walked towards the open road.
Suddenly, his ears moved a little and he heard a faint groaning noise, like someone was having difficulty in breathing, Seaman chose to ignore it but before he could continue walking, he heard a thud sound like someone fell and a scream which was cut short instantly, right after that groaning sound continued again.
Seaman frowned, his high perspective sense hinted him to go to the source of these sounds. So, Seaman followed the sound and came to a door.
Seaman opened the door, and saw the beardy Jack he met when he first entered this world grabbing a man by neck and suffocating him.
There were 3 dead bodies lying on the ground with protruding eyes, clearly the previous victims of beardy.
Beardy looked at the door and saw someone enter inside, an evil smile appeared on his face, thinking about the milestone progress he will gain after killing this unlucky fellow.
But suddenly, perspiration appeared on his forehead, his heart started to beat faster than ever before, his perspective sense hinted him that he was in great danger right now, he remembered this feeling, this familiar feeling of dread, he felt it when he first appeared in this world when he saw that dangerous man in the evening.
When Seaman entered inside completely, Beardy Jack was able to see his face clearly, his legs almost gave in when he saw that familiar face.
Seaman looked at the aghast Beardy Jack with doubt.
'Why does he look so scared of me?' Seaman thought to himself and out of reflex he used his S grade ability to check the loots on Beardy Jack.
