Returning Home Finally

Kronos went back and began to brew tea silently, Eon did not say a thing and turned into his orb form and simply hovered next to Aavesh who did not speak a word to either of them.

Aavesh stayed silent respectfully along with Irolin, Sierra and Kronika.

A while later, Irolin calmly took Aavesh and led him out of the Tea Room to a different building while Sierra followed him.

Kronika stayed back with Kronos and accompanied him.

"You holding up ok?", Irolin asked Aavesh.

"Yeah... just I don't know how to process this whole thing - I mean - there's so much going on!" Aavesh spoke in exasperated tone, He was truly exhausted with the amount of trouble this Time.

But Irolin and Sierra gave eachother a knowing smile when they heard this.

"You'll get used to it eventually - It's fine now- all that matters is you walked out of the situation in one piece, don't think tooo much - You'll exhaust your brain"

Irolin comforted him.

"Come, let's go to the Training Dojo- We'll talk more there..."

Eon only followed silently.

They soon entered a vast White Room with comfortable lighting and several types of weapons and Robotic Mannequins.

One could only see a sea of Weapons and Robots neatly stacked- they were unable to see till the end.

"Impressed?- We are just on level 0", Irolin spoke with a bit of pride...

Aavesh was a bit baffled with the statement -' It was only level 0? There were more levels? This itself seems endless...'

His eyes grew wide as he took in the sight!

To Aavesh it was a completely new we experience - This was a Divine Dojo! Maybe it could support an entire planetary population and still have more room!

They stopped walking and Irolin spoke up,"Let's stop here and sit down- Aavesh let's chat for a bit"

They sat down and Irolin continued," Tell me what do you know about the different types of Cultivation?"

Aavesh replied," 1 One Grand - 3 Fundamental and countless Auxiliary Paths- Mythic Power being the Grand Path, Body, Soul and Energy being fundamental Paths, Alchemy, Rune Mastery, Artificing, etc being Auxiliary Paths"

"What do you think about Mythic Power - it's effects in general?", Irolin asked in a serious tone.

"Uh, it alters physiology and allows us to evolve towards an apex form and attain supreme power?", Aavesh responded doubtfully towards the question.

In actuality, he never truly understood Mythic Power, in alternate Timeline - the Mythic Power he had was of Empyrean origin and he never cultivated it himself - It was a soldier type of Mythic Power.

He only had fixed achievements and improvements - never truly Understanding what his power did for him.

"Not Quite, let me explain - Mythic Power once present within you, has already started to evolve your existence - Like a breaking a lock and opening the door to something completely new!"

"An ordinary person is always unable to Cultivate - but once they awaken a Mythic Power, they will be able to cultivate their body, soul and Energy! "

"Their Cultivation in those fundamental Types will allow the Cultivator to grow stronger! But all of the cultivation realms are blocked by Mythic Power!"

"Only if you breakthrough Mythic Power will you be able to cultivate to higher Realms!"

"If you can't cultivate Mythic Power- You can never control your own fate!"

'I was so stupid back then- I didn't even realise my own incompetence at not researching stuff or even learning basic knowledge- It was right in front of me yet I never understood this...' Aavesh now truly understood the necessity of cultivating Mythic Power- He was truly ignorant and a willful idiot in the alternate Timeline!

Maybe it was because he was too arrogant and proud that lowered his IQ before?

Being Humble and open minded seemed to improve his thought process - it was better to never be Arrogant!

Aavesh silently vowed to never be Arrogant ever!

He continued to listen to Irolin, " As that senior spoke- your lifespan has been reduced due to your unique body Condition - and your physique has been altered to an extent that more than 90% of Body and Energy training techniques for the Human Type are unsuitable for you!"

It was like thunder to Aavesh's ears, 'Damn - What did I get into? More than 90%?! Just kill me already!'

He became instantly depressed.

Sensing his depression, Irolin shook his head and spoke with a smile," It is always expected when you change or alter your physique from the norm but this is fine as well- But take this memory into your mind "

After saying that, He transmitted a strange memory into Aavesh's mind.

Out of Instinct - Aavesh instantly accessed it and saw the strange scene before him, The Birth of a Star, it's Expansion, Supernova and the Blackhole- everything happened so fast that he could not at all react.

The Memory ended and he looked at Irolin with a confused face.

" This will be your first assignment - Comprehend a Body Tempering Technique from it- Something that fits you and you alone", Irolin calmly replied.

Aavesh felt stumped at this reply. Him- comprehend ? This seemed a bit difficult...

Sensing Aavesh's frustration, Irolin chuckled," Haish Boy- The Memory I gave you is essentially my Mortal inheritance - In fact I came across this Memory when I was but a talent less mortal child, I never cultivated other people's Techniques, I always learnt them to cultivate my own stuff! Don't be discouraged at this- Besides You have gifts that can assist you- Use your little smart ass mind! For now go back and meditate on this - There more to it than what you observed first! Take this Dream talisman- you can contact me when you achieve First Ascension! Oh by the way- Sierra is your Half Master as well- She would have taken you as a Direct Disciple but your soul Constitution - she can't help much in it, But she wants to give you a gift for cultivating the Soul- so give her the same respect."

Aavesh suddenly stumped and felt it was amazing - atleast there would be guide to cultivate his soul right? He hurriedly nodded at this.

Sierra then transmitted another strange memory with a smile on her face.

Aavesh felt dumb at this- He cried bitterly inside- 'why did I think it would be so easy, in the end I must do it all myself!'

Sierra nodded and spoke with an encouraging tone, " You should do everything by yourself!"

"..."

Aavesh immediately thanked her anyway- Items given by New Gods were never simple, He just needed to find a way to learn from these- It should not be impossible.

"Aavesh, Be warned - Your soul Constitution is a fatal attraction to certain unscrupulous groups- they will hound you to death if they ever find out- be careful and try- Well just try to keep a Low Profile for the Time Being - it's not wise for a Mortal to have too much attention by the Gods", Sierra warned him.

"Yes, I will definitely keep that in mind!", Aavesh understood that Sierra had warned him for his sake- He felt a bit moved.

He now came to view them as - family. He felt warm.

"I will do my best to not let you down!", Aavesh spoke with respect and gratitude from the depths of his heart! They had done so much for him! How could he not feel the burden and warmth of their expectations!

He would definitely do his best!

"Ok- it's time you went home kid!", Irolin spoke up and a Silver Portal emerged behind Aavesh.

"See You when you achieve First Ascension - I have faith in you- Work Hard kid!"

Aavesh waved at them and entered the Portal along with Eon.

*Whizzz

whoooosh

The Silver Portal closed.

But now Irolin and Sierra had a solemn look on their faces.

" What the Autarch spoke when the kid was asleep- It scares me Irolin... why must a single child suffer the full wrath of the Universe?", Sierra spoke in a melancholic tone.

Irolin sighed as well," The Kid is a Throne Breaker- the moment he recieved those memories, he was destined to break the Board- the scheme set up by the Eldritch... There was a reason the Autarch did not notify Teacher Kronos when he did this... Because Teacher Kronos would definitely help, but Yog Sototh would get involved - he has already involved in this battle... Aavesh will face incredible hardships on his journey to Godhood"

" Otherwise Teacher Kronos would definitely want to impart techniques and resources to him- But the moment he does, Yog Sototh will interfere... Aavesh won't be lucky always - So for now apart from doing it this way- giving resources or techniques is Taboo- Infact Aavesh understands that he will get no free help and his identity as my Direct Disciple will be concealed- But he can never know the True Reason - Being targeted by an all powerful Eldritch God is not nice to know at all..."

Irolin spoke calmly but one could see how tight his fists were clenched.

"Let's hope he doesn't get into too much trouble..."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Silver Portal opened up on Planet Sarkon- right where Aavesh had disappeared from.

Aavesh immediately stepped out with relief on his face.

His family was waiting for him! He should immediately go and find them.

However as soon as he returned, his blood turned cold by the sight before him.

The sight before him was incredibly destroyed-

A heavily injured Traven with his eyes ripped out was holding the blood soaked unconscious figure of Rayna. He was whimpering in pain as Aavesh saw a spear of some kind impaled in his chest.

Leo his little brother had lost his legs while Caria - no longer had arms- their face was filled with pain as blood seeped out from their wounds.

He saw them being held by his Mom- but her entire body was incredibly charred beyond recognition - the only thing that could tell it was Kriti was her voice- she was weakly calling out his name.

His Grandmother had a part of her head twisted and several holes in her body but she was sending vital energy into Kriti - keeping her barely alive.

" Aave- ve", A hoarse voice called out on the side.

He turned his head to see a familiar figure pinned to the wall- More than half his jaw was torn off- while his body had been skewered onto the wall.

His tongue hung out as he kept calling Aavesh's name in a broken manner- tears streaming down his face.

There wasn't much body left- His upper torso was barely intact while his lower torso was smashed into pulp.

He was only alive because a heavily wounded middle aged man with a single arm was transfusing vital essence straight into his heart.

It was his father- on the wall and the middle aged man was his Grandpa...

His Grandpa had a thick shard pierced on to his head and his arm seemed to have been torn out.

The same arm that stopped that Eldritch Demigod but now something had ripped it out.

'Whhhyyy', Aavesh's mind was in turmoil as he froze in horror on the spot.

"No trace of your Grandson, We combed the whole void now- I'll call my Infernal Contacts maybe they know something?"

An orange robed elder arrived while limping horribly - Blood had stained his robes from wounds inflicted by a powerful enemy.

But then he turned and gazed at Aavesh and jumped in fright! He immediately arrived infront of Aavesh and gazed him from head to toe," Hot Damn! He's here! Aavesh is here Brother! Look he's fine! He's not lost a hair! Hahahahaha!"

Both his Grandmom and Grandpa turned their heads and stared at him in shock at first and then sighed in relief.

They smiled at him painfully - They were glad he had been returned back to them safely.

" What happened here?"

Aavesh asked the Orange robed elder in a hoarse voice.

The Orange Robed elder frowned in confusion," You don't remember? "

"What happened! " Aavesh grit his Teeth as tears began to flow from his uncontrollably.

"Kid- we were attacked by the Projections of that Eldritch Fiend Crooked Clocksmith and that Black Knight who brought that Damn white Octopus - We were overwhelmed by those three- They tortured you and your family but you managed to somehow break the ritual Artifact and stopped their rampage - You saved the Planet Kid! But they placed a curse on your Sister which you - I don't know what method you used but you transfused it onto yourself! We then saw you get dragged into a spatial rift and then Some Cosmic Unspeakable beings came to administer justice on those damned Eldritch! The Eldritch were killed and they left! But you were missing! We were searching for you for atleast 15 minutes and you appeared now!",The Orange robed elder explained.

Aavesh heart gripped with pain- did things change because he travelled back in Time?

Suddenly Aavesh began to convulse violently - as his orifices began to bleed- He sensed a seal on him being removed - a memory seal.

"Aavesh I am sorry - I had to protect you from the Memory Convergence, You changed the Past, naturally a lot of things had changed but you were not ready for this", Irolin's voice spoke within his mind.

The Seal was naturally placed by Irolin.

"Will they live? Will my family live?"Aavesh mentally asked Irolin with extreme grief.

"Of course! I have altered their fates slightly so they will survive this- But you must brace yourself- This Memory will break you - Hold on Kid! Just hold on!" Irolin's will then Dissipated.

A rush of new memories flooded Aavesh as he blacked out along with Eon who also began to tremble in Pain.

He immediately went into Aavesh's mind pool.

It seemed Eon also had his memories sealed.

The Orange Robed Elder hurriedly caught Aavesh who began to bleed out uncontrollably.

"Oh Shit- Hold On- Aavesh - Kid!!", His voice was the last thing Aavesh heard before sinking into the Nightmare.

Changing the Past always had consequences and he was about to find out now...
