NOT HUMAN

The gentle hand moved up her thighs, causing an involuntary shiver. He could say it was a woman, or at least he hoped it was. But, which one?

He didn't question what she wanted, because that was obvious, but WHY did she want it?

The shadowy female figure straddled him, nimbly wrapping her legs around the hips of the supposedly sleeping stranger.

'DA. FUQ! ' Never in his dreams or awake had a woman been so assertive. The warm and desirable body on top of him undulated expertly, and only a corpse would not have reacted to the stimulus.

However, instead of being dominated by his most basic instincts, Glax preferred to see who the woman was. When he moved under her, the mysterious female figure touched his arms, sliding his hands over his biceps seductively. And keeping him in place.

While it felt good, he didn't like being in complete darkness with an unknown woman.

"I want to see you," he murmured.

The woman moved provocatively over his pelvis, while one of her fingers came to Glax's lips to shut him up. "Shhhhh."

He grabbed her arm with both hands, while pulling her away from his lap. Rolling out of bed, he pushed open the curtain that protected the window. Little clarity came in, but enough for him to confirm his suspicions.

The widow.

She still had the veil over her face, and Glax wondered at that moment if it was because she, like him, had a secret on her face. But her beautiful breasts were exposed. He held his breath, admiring the perky contour of the soft flesh touched by the moonlight. Too perfect for a woman with so many daughters...

"Why don't you go back to bed? I promise you will be delighted tonight." She realized where he was looking and stroked the two firm globes, which strangely reflected a soft glow. For a moment Glax was very confused. He had no idea what that was, but he was sure she wasn't human.

"Madame, I appreciate the offer, but…"

"Don't refuse without tasting my refreshing kisses, and the warmth inside me! Let's rock on this bed like in rough waters, I want to feel your torrent inside me!" Charikleia approached. He didn't like her tone. She wasn't exactly seductive now, and he had a note of haste that bothered him.

Instinctively, he took a step back. There was something wrong and definitely suspicious about her attitude.

"Hmm ... Nops." He held out an arm to keep her from approaching. Now that she was approaching the window, he realized that her glistening skin appeared to have some translucent scales. Charikleia grabbed his arm and brought Glax's hand to her aroused nipple.

Glax felt the heat spread through his body, but he withdrew his hand quickly. He was certainly not used to having women so desperate for him. The hostess was exasperated,

"Lord Kroton! Make a child in me! Possess me, fuck me hard, fill me up!" she hissed.

"Gulp!" His mind was split, but Glax decided to follow his guts, not Glax Jr.

And he jumped out of the window into the courtyard and into the night.

::::::

"What am I doing?!" He wondered as he strode across the yard and orchard. Thunder still rumbled in the distance and he was upset by being barefoot, and running away in the middle of the night from a woman who wanted sex with him.

It didn't seem logical at all.

What was she?

She had everything needed to provide great sex and had also had human children. But of course, if all she wanted was a son to replace the young Damastios who had died ... WHY HE, GLAX?

Couldn't it be any man in the village?

His first thought was to go back to Medeia. He knew that Malko and some guards had stayed on the ship, while the rest of the crew had spread out over Athios' inns.

He stopped to breathe, waiting for another lightning bolt to be able to see the way better. He remembered going up a rocky road bordering a high and rocky ravine, to get to the Damastios' house.

WOOF WOOF GRRRRR

Glax looked over his shoulder. It was difficult to see, and he squinted to see the pack of dark dogs standing by the gate. They were on alert and had already decided that he was an enemy.

"Calm down, pals! It is not what you are thinking! I'm leaving, not entering! Let's be reasonable, huh?" He took cautious steps to the side, realizing that approaching the gate would be impossible.

They continued to growl, indifferent to his explanations. And as he walked, without taking his eyes off them, they too moved forward cautiously, waiting for the best opportunity to attack him.

Glax knew he didn't want to clash with the house's guard dogs, so he took the only opportunity he had left. As soon as the next thunder boomed, causing the dogs to cringe, he turned his back and ran as fast as he could.

'Phew, it worked,' he thought, as he opened a great distance between the animals and him, flanking the gate towards the forest. 'It worked ...'

The ground was missing under his feet. He tried to step back, but the boulder-covered surface slid over his bare feet. His body traveled in the air like a stone, obeying rigorously the laws of gravity.

Glax collapsed a few feet below, on rocks and sand, and his head bounced against a hard surface. He felt blood rising from the inside of his head to his nose, and he knew he was screwed.

He even saw lightning cut across the sky, and blacked out.

:::::::::::

The green light dancing over his eyes woke him up.

Glax woke up with a tingling in the back of his neck and also in his hands. In addition, he felt a little deaf on one side. Moving his body, he realized he had been lying on his side, and that his ear was really clogged. His hands were tied, so they tingled. And to make matters worse, he knew he was without his mask.

The realization made him more nervous than the fact he had a head injury or tied hands. Still, he managed to reach his ear, and picked something black and gooey out of it. It smelled and looked like mashed seaweed.

He was lying on clean rags and a sheep's hide, and the green lantern was the only source of light in the damp, sea-scented place. From the loud noise of the waves crashing on the rock, he guessed he was in a cave near the beach. The lamp was suspended by a pole.

Someone put him there and was taking care of him.

Glax felt his head hurting, as well as his shoulder and his right thigh. He realized that there was more seaweed wrapped around his thigh, creating a bandage.

By better positioning his wrists within the bonds, which he could not really loosen or loosen, Glax had some relief from the tingling. Keeping his cool in such a situation surprised even himself.

"Hi. Is anyone there? "

No one answered, and his voice echoed strangely inside the cave. He guessed he could not be heard outside because of the waves. He started to rub the rope holding his wrists against a rough part of the cave wall, trying to tear it.

'Why did the person help me and, at the same time, tie me up? Was that supposed to make sense?' Glax wondered as he tried to do this as quickly as he could.

Then he heard a strange, indescribable noise in his mind, of something crawling and splashing in shallow water, coming from the more illuminated part of the cave. The noise resembled nothing human, and it was close.

He hadn't yet released himself, but he followed his instinct. Running as he could, he went to the bottom of the cave, the darkest part. He could only make out silhouettes of the rocks in the faint greenish light, less and less, as he moved away from the lantern. He found something he could use to hide behind.

Glax crouched down, feeling his injured leg ache a lot, but suppressing the groan. Through a gap, he could see the place where he had been moments ago, and have a better view.

And what he saw coming made him blink in disbelief.
