27. Family

One Month Later – Havana, Cuba
It had been a month since we landed in Havana. The city had become a temporary sanctuary for Tiger and Ayesha, not because of threat but they like to travel around.
But in Cuba, its vibrant streets offering a sense of freedom they both hadn't felt in a long time. The music, the culture, the rhythm of life—it was easy to get lost here, to forget the missions and the secrets that had drawn us together.
Zoya, Sweety, Sheena, Tiger, Ayesha, and I had settled into a routine, exploring the old streets during the day and spending the night in bed.
But one thing is sure, months of tension and uncertainty, Tiger and Ayesha were finally free. Free from RAW, free from ISI, and free from the endless cycle of deception that had trapped them for so long. They had made a choice—a choice to leave it all behind and start a life together
As for me, I'd been biding my time, letting them all enjoy this until they want. My mission also got completed after talking to DG.
Well I had made my move, calling into DG and demanding my favor.
"Let Tiger live his life and don't disturb him until necessary,"
Short and simple my voice is calm but firm.
"Let him live his life with Ayesha, or I'll kill every agent you send after him. You know I'm not bluffing."
There was long silence on the call. He knew what I was capable of knew that my threat wasn't an empty one. He didn't have a choice.
"Sigh~ Have it your way."
With a heavy sigh, he finally agreed. Tiger and Ayesha were free. And I think it's time to travel to other movie before I take over Don's Position.

Sitting on the rooftop bar, the warm Cuban breeze swept through the city, carrying the scent of the ocean with it. The sun was setting, casting the sky in a palette of fiery oranges and deep purples. It had become a ritual for girls, watching the sunset together, the world slowing down for just a moment.
Tiger leaned back in his chair, his eyes fixed on the horizon. "It's been a good month," he said, his voice thoughtful. "I can't wait, to finally have my own Family."
Ayesha, sitting beside him, nodded quietly. "Yeah."
I watched them from the corner of my eye, a quiet satisfaction settling in. My work with them was done. They had what they wanted, and I had upheld my end of the bargain.
"To new beginnings," I said, raising my glass.

It hadn't been easy. There were strings attached to both of them, and cutting those strings had come with a price. But I had ensured they got what they wanted.

Tiger nodded, his gaze drifting to the horizon. "A fresh start, away from all of it."
From this day, Tiger and Ayesha were settling into their new life with ease. Gone were the days of dodging bullets, deceiving governments, and balancing on the edge of life and death. Now, they were just a couple looking forward to building a future, a family.
They had already started talking about names, locations for a quiet home, and the kind of life they wanted for their children. Watching them, it was almost surreal to think about how different their lives had been just a few months ago. The contrast was stark: the calm they found in each other was a world away from the chaos they once called home.
But I knew this peace hadn't come without a price. I'd pulled more than a few strings to make sure no one would come after them, using my power and influence to shield them from the world that had once defined them.
And for that I again talk with DG, face to face after all, your words have more weight if you can say, what you have said in call.

DG wasn't happy, but he knew better than to cross me.
"You're serious about this? Letting Tiger go, after all he knows?""
DG asked, his eyes narrowing as he realized there was no room for negotiation.
"I told you and I will say it again."
I replied, leaning back in my chair, calm but with a little blood lust.
"If anyone comes for him, it won't end well for them. You know what I'm capable of."
DG let out a long sigh with sweats covered body, his expression one of resignation. "Fine. He's off the grid. But if things go south, it's on you."
"I'll take that risk, Tiger deserves a shot at real life.""
I said, standing to leave. Before disappearing in front of him.

I raised an eyebrow. "What changed?"
He smiled, glancing at Ayesha, who was talking softly with Sweety, and Sheena. "Everything. Ayesha. This place. You… giving us this chance."
I shrugged. "You earned it, Tiger. Just don't mess it up."
He laughed softly, a genuine sound of peace. "I won't."
With talk finished I take Sweety and Sheena to our room.
