"The party was at a fancy restaurant downtown," she imagine. "It was one of those high-end places, with white tablecloths and crystal chandeliers. The food was incredible, and the wine was flowing freely. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, laughing and chatting."

She paused for a moment, trying to think of the detailsof her imaginary fantasy. "I remember sitting at the table with my boss and some of his colleagues. They were all talking about work, but I was feeling a bit bored. Then, suddenly, she felt a tap on my shoulder."

She turned around to see who it was, and she was surprised to see a man standing behind her" she continued. "He was tall and well-dressed, and he had a smile that was both charming and a bit mysterious. 'May I have this dance?' he asked, holding out his hand."

She felt a flutter of excitement in her stomach, and she hesitated for a moment before taking his hand. "He led me onto the dance floor, and we began to move to the music," she said. "She felt like I was floating on air, and the room seemed to disappear around them.she imaginary fantasy was stopped when she heard her voice.

"Excuse me, Miss Adams," her boss said, interrupting her thoughts. "Can I ask you to come to my office for a moment?"

She felt a jolt of anxiety, but she nodded and followed him down the hall and she was thinking at the same time that this was the first time the CEO himself came

to her office or any other office of his staff . As they entered his office, he closed the door behind them. "I want to talk to you about what happened last night," he said, his tone serious. "I'm a bit concerned about your behavior."

She felt her heart sink, and she tried to keep her voice steady. "I'm not sure what you mean," she said, trying to sound innocent.

"I want to apologize for my behavior last night," he said, his voice softer this time. "I know it was inappropriate, and I should have never put you in that position. I hope you know that I respect you and your work, and I would never want to make you feel uncomfortable. I just couldn't help but feel a connection between us, and I had to tell you how I felt."

She took a deep breath, feeling a bit calmer now that he was speaking to her in a more respectful tone. "Thank you for apologizing," she said, looking him in the eye. " I will want us to have a thing together Emily" Bruce calling her by her first name dropping the formalities, staring at her calmly making her leg weakened .

Emily felt the color drain from her face, and she took a step back, bumping into the chair behind her. "That's... that's not possible," she stammered, her voice barely a whisper. "I'm your employee. You can't be serious."

"I know it's unusual," he said, his tone apologetic. "But I can't deny that I feel a connection between us. I don't want to cross any boundaries, but I had to tell you how I feel."

She was at a loss for words, and her mind was racing. She had always thought of him as a boss and Emily had always thought of him as a kind, intelligent, and professional man. He was always respectful and supportive, and she had never had any reason to doubt his integrity. But now, she was feeling a mix of emotions: confusion, fear, and even a little bit of anger. She wasn't sure how to feel about him anymore because he can have any woman he wants and she doesn't have much trust in the rich people.

In that moment, she felt a wave of emotions wash over her. Confusion, fear, and even a bit of anger. How could he put her in this position? She had always respected him as a boss and a mentor, and now he was asking for something that was completely inappropriate.

"Please, just give me a moment to think," she said, her voice trembling. "I need some time to process this."
