Chapter 78 : Fighting Zeus

The group entered the hall. At that same time, all 12 Olympian gods gathered in the grand hall to discuss the lightning bolt. Alex raised his head since the gods were 10 meters tall.

Seeing the group's arrival, the gods turned their attention towards the group

"Oh, look who arrived, Percy Jackson the lightning thief!"

Zeus who was sitting in the leader's seat said, "Did you betray your father? You were supposed to hide."

"I'm not a lightning thief, so I don't have to hide," said Percy.

Zeus stood up from his seat and walked towards Percy and stretched his hand and said

"Give me the bolt, thief "

Percy threw the lightning bolt he was holding in his hand. Then Zeus caught it and the bolt expanded in size as it fit Zeus as it was appropriate for his size.

The clouds above Olympus turned dark and thunder rumbled as lightning formed in the sky. The sky lit up with brilliant light and a loud crack was heard as lightning struck the sky.

"Then, who stole it?" asked Zeus.

"Luke, son of Hermes, "said Alex as he came in front of Percy

"Who are you?" asked Zeus feeling danger from Alex.

Even though he could tell that the person in front of him is normal. He ignored the feeling of danger because he was a god-king. Since he was a god-king how could he fear a mere nobody?

"That is not relevant, I hope you can punish Luke for his crimes," said Alex as he pinned Luke to the ground

Hermes, who was also present at the meeting, asked, "Why did he steal the lightning bolt?".

"it seems he hates his father very much, which also caused him to hate all gods"

"Due to his hate for gods, he wanted to destroy the gods"

"Since he doesn't have the power to destroy gods, he stole the lightning bolt and wanted to cause the war"

"he almost succeeded in his plan,if not for our intervention," said Alex.

"Okay, you can leave now, we will punish him according to our rules," said Zeus.

Zeus wanted to get this person as soon as possible. He did not want to let this person stay on Olympus at all.

"No, I have another matter to discuss. You all need to present for it"

"you can discuss it after some time, you can get out now," said Zeus ordering them to get out of Olympus.

"I'm not asking for your permission, I'm ordering you to stay here," said Alex as he showed off his power which he had kept hidden until now.

A fierce storm swept across the sky above Mount Olympus at that moment, and thunder and lightning began to rumble. Zeus who was holding the lightning bolt also felt pressured because of the lightning above Olympus which is many times more powerful than his lightning. The entire Olympus started shaking and all the gods looked up as they saw the tremendous power of the storm.

And they thought who is this person who can handle such immense power?

"You have only two options"

"One listen to me"

"Two, I will beat you up until you listen to me."

Alex's power made the gods silent as they felt the immense power of Alex, only Zeus held his bolt tight so he was ready to fight if Alex made a move.

"So Zeus you want to fight ' said Alex provokingly.

Zeus gritted his teeth, even though he knew the person in front of him is not easy to deal with. But he is god-king he cannot sit idle when someone is provoking him in Olympus.

"Don't think you are invincible with this power, even though you are powerful you cannot deal with all the Olympian gods?" said Zeus threatening Alex

"Oh, are you threatening me?" Alex narrowed his eyes, he does not like someone threatening him.

"So what can you do?" said Zeus arrogantly.

According to him, no one can face all the Olympian gods.

"It looks like I have to deal with you so that you will not be arrogant in the future," said Alex as he gathered 10% of his lightning powers in his hand.

When Zeus saw the lightning in Alex, he attacked Alex with his lightning bolt, causing lightning to shoot out of the bolt and fly towards Alex. Alex looked at Zeus's lightning and sneered; compared to Alex's lightning, Zeus' lightning was nothing.

In a clash of lightning, Alex punched the lightning with his hand which was covered in lightning, and the Zeus lightning dissipated.

Alex squatted and jumped towards Zeus. The force exerted by his legs shattered the ground where he was standing and came in front of Zeus. Alex punched Zeus with an undercut punch before Zeus could respond, which sent Zeus upwards as he crashed through the roof of the castle and shot toward the sky because of Alex's immense strength.

Then Alex turned towards Percy and Annabeth and said

"You two can talk to your parents until I deal with Zeus "

Hearing that and seeing him fighting Zeus they were dumbfounded, they thought Alex was bragging when he said he can fight and win over Zeus, but seeing Alex's power,they were again shocked at how powerful Alex was.

Percy and Annabeth nodded, and Alex flew towards the sky in the direction of Zeus.
