Chapter 52: Shangri-La
After the green light flashed on the plane, the group reappeared inside the aircraft.
"You guys wake me up when we arrive in the Himalayas."
"Using time powers is way more exhausting than I thought," Alex pondered as he felt weak throughout his body.
"Is he that tired?" O'Connell asked.
"Yes, using time-related powers is difficult. That's what Alex told me," Alice confirmed.
"Then let him sleep," O'Connell suggested.
Soon, they reached the Himalayas, and Alex opened his eyes.
"So, have we arrived in the Himalayas?" Alex inquired.
"Yes," Alice replied.
"Then here's the plan: we're heading directly to Shangri-La without stopping at the Golden Tower," Alex stated.
"Since I made a deal, I have to allow the Emperor to regain his powers. He also needs to awaken his army," Alex explained.
"After he wakes up his army..."
"Army, I will wipe out both his army and him," Alex declared.
"Understand, all of you," he commanded.
"Understood," they all replied.
"Now, Lin, show us the way to Shangri-La," Alex instructed.
"Okay, and again, thank you for saving my dad," Lin expressed her gratitude.
"It's okay, there is no problem," Alex reassured her.
The group walked through the snowy mountains, with Lin leading the way.
"So, Alex, what type of god are you?" O'Connell asked.
"I am a Chaos Dragon God," Alex replied.
"Then, does that mean you can turn into a dragon?" O'Connell inquired.
"Yes, I can transform into one," Alex confirmed.
"Can you transform now? I want to see," O'Connell requested.
[Host, I do not recommend transforming into a dragon, because the dragon is your true form. Gods cannot enter the mortal plane in their true forms.]
"No, I cannot transform right now because you would die."

[Host. From now on, when you travel to new worlds, your strength will seal.]
"Why does my strength only seal from now?"
[Host, when you entered the previous world, you were not as strong as you are now, so there were no restraints.]

While walking, they soon arrived at the Golden Temple.
"So, this Golden Tower looks impressive," Alice commented.
"Well, it is one of the ancient places in this world," Eve explained.
"So, when we place the diamond on top, it will show the direction to Shangri-La," Alex stated.
"Yes, according to the records," Eve confirmed.
"Then let's go to Shangri-La!"
"But don't we need to stop the Emperor?" Jonathan interjected.
"Did you not hear what Alex said, you idiot?" O'Connell asked.
"No, I was sleeping…"
"Leave him, O'Connell. Let him stay here and stop the mummy," Alex decided as he continued walking towards the mountains.
"What? You're leaving me here to stop that? No way! I'm coming with you guys."
While the group traveled toward Shangri-La, the Emperor arrived at the tower, and the diamond showed the way.
Meanwhile, within the group, Lin spotted a cave and exclaimed, "We have arrived!"
"It seems like we have indeed arrived."
"Let's go."
Soon, the group entered the cave and found a pool of water in the middle, surrounded by pillars. They also noticed a large Buddha statue on the side of the cave.
"Shangri-La is even more beautiful than I thought," Alex remarked.
"Yes, it is beautiful," Alice agreed.
"Brother, what is special about that water?" Lin inquired.
"If you drink it, you can stay young forever."
"So, that's why my data couldn't scan it."
"Luna, there are many things that science cannot explain."
"I understand, brother."
While the group conversed, a person wearing a Chinese outfit appeared and seemed ready to attack. However, she stopped upon seeing General Ming.
"How is this possible? You are supposed to be dead," Zi Yuan exclaimed as she approached Ming.
"Mom, this person brought Dad back to life," Lin informed.
"How can someone bring another person back to life?"
"He is a god; of course, he can do that," Lin said.
"I made a deal to bring Daddy back to life."
"What kind of deal?"
