CHAPTER 5 : BOAT ACCIDENT

After escaping alex took oconnell for clothes and his hair work and some weapons and came to hotel where they were staying alex gave a room to asked him finish and meet them at the lobby

alex came to lobby after taking care of oconnell and saw both eve and jonathan talking seriously and jonathan also saw alex and stopped talking and came directly to alex and asked

"Alex how did you get those in the box ?"

"well i obtained them from previous adventures " alex lied without batting an eye

"do you still have many of them ?" asked jonathan eagerly

"well i have them at my home " said alex

"can i see them ?" asked jonathan

"well not now we have to go to hamunaptra" said alex

"where is that vulgar man ?" asked eve

"well he is in his room do you not like him ?" asked Alex with a smile

"i did not like him at all he is vulgar not handsome and scoundrel -----------------" eve stopped in the middle of sentence and saw oconnell who came out of his room seeing this alex teasingly asked

"how is he ?"

"what are you talking about ?" asked oconnell

"well nothing about eve and your marriage " said alex

"what !!!!" both eve and jonathan exclaimed

"it is a joke now lets go to boat for our journey " saying he caught jonathan and dragging him away leaving both oconnell and eve alone they both looked at each other and both followed alex. The four of them got on boat and started sailing and soon it became night eve is in her room thinking about the morning incident and became mad and pounced on the bed to sleep

while oconnell and alex is dealing with benny oconnell friend who betrayed oconnell and what punishment to give him and oconnell throwed oconnell throwed benny to the sea

"is it okay to throw him like that ?" asked alex

"well it is small for what he did to me " said oconnell

due to alex stats being 10 times of a human he sensed someone apporaching and said

"oconnell go bring eve and her luggage out the room"

"what do you want to do now ?" asked oconnell with questions marks on his face

"now is not the time to talk go and bring her the boat is going to catch fire "said alex

"what the boat will catch fire ?" asked oconnell

"go and bring her now this the last time i will say " said alex seriously

seeing the serious expression oconnell did not say anything and followed alex instruction alex did not how many pharaoh guards are coming and he did not want any of his teammates to face danger and this real life not a movie anything can happen so he cannot take any risk alex thought while thinking about them alex came to jonathan who was playing with americans and dragged him away while he came out he met with oconnell with eve by his side with their luggage

"what is going on ?" asked three of them

"jump into the river now" said alex

"are you joking alex ?" askes jonathan

and at the same bullet sounds came from inside of the rooms and shouting of americans and the sound became bigger seeing this alex came to eve and oconnell and lifted both and throwed them into river seeing jonathan also jumped into river and alex also jumped into river coming to the top of water while swimming alex said

"all of you swim to the shore forget abour luggage"

after swimming for some time they came to the shore and grasped for breath fell down on ground and saw the boat burning and all americans are escaping then a shout came from other side of the river " oconnell! oconnell! see even if through me into the river i am safe "

"idiot benny you are in wrong side of river for our destination " said oconnell smugly

hearing this benny found that he is really on the wrong side and did not speak anymore

"we lost all our equipment and our luggage how can we reach hamunaptra now " exclaimed eve

"well nothing to worry we can buy luggage and clothes at nearby as for equipment we have oconnell for that" said alex

the group gave alex a strange look and asked him

"how do you know the boat is going to catch fire ?" asked oconnell

"do you really want to know ?" asked alex

"yes we want to know " said three at the same time

"don't tell tell anyone about " as alex the three of them listened carefully

"it is a secret " said alex playfully

seeing the face of alex all three of them had the urge to punch him in face
