"Today is a great day for the marines!" The echoing voice of Sengoku sounded throughout the halls of Marineford. "Today we send off a new class of cadets for their month-long pirate hunt!"

Geez, this guy is loud, just use a megaphone transponder snail, it's not that hard. Hell you used one when you executed Ace!

I was standing behind Sengoku, facing towards the massive crowd of marines, sd i was so fucking uncomfortable. 'Stupid itchy eyepatch!' The round ball of glass they had stuck in the socket to keep its shape in case I got a transplant didn't help much either.

'I feel like you should be more thankful that the fleet admiral is throwing you all the largest send off celebration in 50 years, Carter-boy,' Al's voice sounded in my head.

I flinched but managed to cover it with a cough so that it looked natural.

'Stop doing that!' I was seriously getting tired of him randomly speaking in my mind 'never should have absorbed some of Garp's advanced observation.

'Hehe,' I rolled my eyes

Standing besides me was my cadet unit. I'll be honest, they all looked a lot happier than I did but that was to be expected. After all, I knew that we were not truly instruments of justice but actually just weapons for the world government.

The only real reasons I had joined the marines were A: access to premium training, techniques, and resources B: access to Luffy via Garp, and C: I needed to keep an eye on my friends until they were strong enough to protect themselves. I was still going to help people and protect my kind of justice but I could have done that as a pirate as well.

I turned back into the real world as Sengoku finished up his little speech. "And so today we send off our newest recruits to bring justice so that we may determine their ranks in a month's time. Every million berri on a pirate's head will become one point to be tallied with the points received from the trial by beast. They will be given all the supplies they need for their journey and are permitted to hunt anywhere, however they are encouraged to stay away from the New world unless absolutely necessary." he turned to us and gave a genuine smile and salute. "Good luck marines!"

A few hours later I was waiting at the docks with Justice. Why was I waiting, you ask?

"Carter!" I turned to see my friends. "You're heading out already?" Tari asked with a somber look.

"Hey, Justice can fly and we have pirates to catch," Onyx said in support, "I was going to head out myself pretty soon."

I'm not gonna lie I'm gonna miss these guys, they have been with me since I had arrived in this world after all.

"Hey it's not like it's forever, we'll all see each other in a month after all." I said with a reassuring smile.

They nodded in agreement and bid me farewell as I mounted Justice.

We took to the skies quickly and before long we were surrounded by nothing but the open seas. I decided to finally use some of the items that had been clustering up my inventory.

'Alright justice, let's find somewhere to open all the items I have saved up' The dragon let out a growl in agreement with my thoughts and began to dive closer to the sea in search of a small island or sea stack.

It took a while but eventually we found a small island outside of the florian triangle. Oh that reminds me!

The seven warlords are a bit different at the moment.

The current members are:

Hawk eyes: Dracule Mihawk- No crew, 3,590,000,000 berri bounty, supreme grade blade, world's strongest swordsman

Master of shadows: Gecko moria- captain of thriller bark pirates, 320,000,000 berri bounty, kage kage no mi,

Heavenly demon: Donquixote Doflamingo- Captain of the Donquixote pirates, 340,000,000 berri bounty, ito ito no mi, former celestial dragon

Pirate Empress: Boa hancock- captain of the kuja pirates, 80,000,000 berri bounty, Mero Mero no mi, kuja tribe, empress of amazon lily

First son of the Sea: Jinbei- captain of the sun pirates, 270,000,000 berri bounty,

Lizard king: Hanafuda- captain of the Lizard pirates, 300,000,000 berri bounty, ryu ryu no mi model: Tyrannosaurus,

And there were even more candidates as well.

Tyrant: Bartholomew Kuma- member of the revolutionary army, 296,000,000 berri, buccaneer, nikyu nikyu no mi,

Simon the divine- captain of the simon pirates, 205,000,000 berri, pasa pasa no mi,

Hundred powers: Chameleone- defect from the whitebeard pirates 300,000,000 berri, kopi kopi no mi

That wraps up the warlord update, but now back to the task at hand.

With the mists of the florian triangle on the horizon Justice and I set up camp. I used my new and improved devil fruit to form a cave on the stony shore from disassembled stone, and justice lit a fire.

'Well first things first,"I said as I removed the lapras pokeball from my inventory.

"Sorry it's taken this long, but now I can't wait to meet you." I said as I  released the waiting pokemon from its ball after a year of slumber.

As the red energy exerted the ball I noticed something off, 'that's a lot more that was usually shown for a lapras in the series.' as the red energy solidified I finally got a look at it.

"Lapras! La, pras pras!"

The thing is enormous! At least thrice the size of a normal lapras and it was purple too! I mean you could probably fit at least four of Justice on it back.

'System, analysis?'

"Alright, that makes sense," I patted the creature on the head. "Royal and shiny variant huh, I think I'm gonna call you Dive." It seemed to like that name.

"Now why don't you go for a swim while I gear up?"

It immediately dove from the water and began to have its fun, it was then joined by Justice and the two began to play.

Now then. Time for the moment I've been waiting for, for over a year.

" System, spin all seven otherworldly item tokens."

Spin results:

Majisteel ingot: an extremely durable and heat resistant metal that can absorb and channel magical or otherwise supernatural energies. Original universe: that time I got reincarnated as a slime.

Sukuna finger: a special grade cursed item, this particular finger has a 100% chance of sukuna's revival into whoever eats it, originally from the Jujutsu kaizen universe.

Hashirama cells: cells from Hashirama Senju, when implanted they grant impossible vitality, near instant regeniration and occasionally grant wood release. Originally from the Naruto universe.

Kubikiribocho: a massive sword with the ability to cleave through most attacks as well as repair itself with the iron from blood. Equivalent to a great grade blade. Originally from the Naruto universe.

Sharingan: A single sharingan eye that grants the user the powers of insight and hypnotism. Originally from the Naruto universe.

Cybertronian protoform: a mass of living metal that contains within it an infant spark. Whatever the protoform scans will become the resulting cybertronians' alternate form. Originally from the Transformers universe.

Keyblade: a legendary weapon with that ability to unlock anything, even the heart. The blade's sharpness is also unparalleled. Equivalent and surpasses the 12 supreme grade blades. Originally from the Kingdom Hearts universe.]

Holy. Shit.

"This is awesome! Most of these items are just straight up cheat codes!"

The most useful right now by far were the sharingan and the Hashirama cells although the cells will be a bit more problematic. The magisteel was a nice surprise but at the moment quite usels to me. The Sukuna finger will be going into my inventory and will not see that light of day until I can find a way to control him. I will not be eating it because I don't want a genocidal monster in my body.

Kubikiribocho and the keyblade were a bit conspicuous. And while they will definitely come in handy they will be saved for special occasions. The protoform was a massive score as I got a transformer on my side, but I'll create them later. Storing all of my items I proceed to the next set of rewards.

'Alright, next. System, open the tier 3 gift boxes.'

Three angel feathers. A couple of buffs and a few very useful items. I must have hit the jackpot.

I immediately consumed the dragon blood. And enrichment fruit. Then I equipped the enhancement items.

Over all a very good haul. 'Now I only really have the treasure map  but I'll deal with that later. For now it's time to enhance my body.' I removed the Hashirama cells and began thinking of how to integrate them with my body.

'I don't want to just implant them because while they will enhance my body they will also start growing a Hashirama on my body and basically become a cancer.'

"System, what is the best way to use the Hashirama cells without having it become a problem?"

[Notice: most favorable outcome comes from the host using his newly enhanced devil fruit to seamlessly combine a small amount of cells cells with the user's body, eliminating the need for implanting all together.]

Nice! This was a win, a very big win.

I took hold of a few of the cells. Leaving about half. Never know when I might need them after all. I used my devil fruit on myself and the calls and the effect was almost instantaneous.

I could feel the pure vitality pouring into me as my body became much like that of the God of shinobi.

"I got the Sage Body!? And wood release on top of that!? Holy shit I'm gonna be OP!"

There was nothing that could wipe the smile from my face, This was the best possible outcome. Now I just have to integrate the sharingan so i could turn it off and i would be set. But that would have to wait till later. After all, I had Pirates to hunt.

I pulled out the Bounty book and began to flip through it.

"Too weak, too weak, not interesting enough, Banana pirates? What are they, monkeys?"

I guess what they said was true, compared to the new world the first half was a paradise. There was barely anyone with a bounty over 50 million berri.

I kept flipping through until I spotted something.

'Rush pirates?'

I had heard about them. They were on of this year's Supernovas

The bounties were good and the three eye tribe guy's body could be useful in the future. They were an endangered species after all.

I eventually decided that these guys would have the honor of being the first pirates I hunted. I also used all of my remaining attribute points on my Haki and devil fruit.

I put Dive back in its ball and strapped Kubikiribocho to my back before mounting justice.
