Trouble

Being in close proximity to Ghost (Ryu), my mischievous tendencies were once again triggered to an all time high. Not to show off but to alleviate the boredom for both of us. I could always nap by myself but he was always bored...

So harmless pranks escalated to the accidental death of a new recruit... Okay, three... How was I supposed to know they would be terrified of an illusion?!

I simply did that Harry Potter trick, you know the one that makes you face fears... The other guys were fine but those three, I dont even know what they saw but damn, they fell over scared to death.

Sakazuki was furious about that until I told him what I had done. Now its apart of training to move passed captain level...

Ghost decided to prank people as well. Looks like a tiny scared cat, get closer and you pass right through him. Simple, right? Well if you scare him first, he jumps at your face while making ugly noises that are oddly grudge (horror movie) like. Its funnier when hes wet...

Oh right, we did have that one fight too... He wanted to go fuck around in the girls barracks, but I opposed. We may prank people but that's going too far.

So yeah, I (being the size of a panther) lazed around on the ground while he (being the size of a small house cat) tried to bite my ear off. Solution? I cleaned him viciously. Sakazuki got mad because the little baby cried to him, claiming I was a bully.

He did manage to get over his fear of the past Hina, which prompted him a third tail... It was funny watching him freak out over his tail puffing and splitting. However, he now had to be contracted or sealed. Ghost wanted to scare the shit out of Sengoku so I allowed him to contract him.

Here we are...

'Sengoku,' Ghost called out after sitting on Sengoku's papers in the middle of his desk.

Sengoku looked around confused. I laughed out loud before shutting my mouth. Ghost laughed as well but mentally to ourselves.

'All things must come to an end my friend,' Ghost said and laid down.

"Who are you?" Sengoku asked looking at Ghost oddly.

'I am the ghost of my life. Void is my body and faith is my blood. I have created over a thousand miracles. Unknown to belief. Nor known to curses. Have withstood hatred to create love. Yet those hearts never know trust. So as I pray,...' Ghost said and was about to bop Sengoku.

I yawned. Ghost straightened his back and twitched his nose, 'Do you have any final prayers?'

Sengoku sat back and glanced at me before sighing. As he opened his mouth to speak, Sakazuki barged in, ruining the fun.

"What are you doing?" he growled.

'Ghost cannot live without a contract as you have done with me. Ghost was going to grant him .5% of his power,' I said to Sakazuki only.

"Dont decide things on your own. Ask him outright," Sakazuki sighed and Sengoku raised an eyebrow.

I sighed out loud, "The jig is up Ghost. Say it outright before more panties get twisted."

Ghost chuckled, "Yes... My life is coming to an end unless I find someone who will share their energy with me. Will you do me the honor of being my partner?"

Sengoku frowned and pinched the bridge of his nose, "And what was that earlier?"

"...unimportant," Ghost said.

"Sigh... So, what your telling me is that you want to be my... cat?" Sengoku said confused.

Ghost looked at me. Sengoku followed his line of sight and Sakazuki frowned. I sighed, "As he is the being of light, he trades his power for life force. If you ask him for a miracle, he will provide it in exchange for the life force of the sinners you see killed."

"And what about you?" Sengoku asked.

"Unimportant," Sakazuki and I stated together.

Sengoku frowned, "So I make a wish to a cat and he gives me power?"

I nodded.

"What power?" he asked squinting his eyes.

"Why didnt I get power?" Sakazuki asked.

"You did? Ever try swimming? No," I said and scoffed.

"Wait what?" Sakazuki seemed surprised.

"Hello, I'm darkness. Devil fruit... Duh," I said and shook my head.

"Then does that make ghost... a lesser version of you?" Sakazuki asked.

"No, Ghost is my counterpart," I said and hummed.

Ghost fidgeted, "So what say you, Sengoku?"

"Very well. What do I need to do exactly?" Sengoku asked.

"Depends. Do you want to preserve or extend his life?" I asked.

"What's the difference?" Sengoku asked as Sakazuki sat down.

"Preserve seals him and makes his life longer, like mine is. Extend makes him need contracts every time his person dies," I said and yawned.

"Okay. Preserve his life," Sengoku said.

"Then pray for his life to be preserved to the ends of the all beings in exchange for, ghost what do you want?" I said.

Ghost chimed in, "I opt for a monthly feeding."

"What do you eat?" Sakazuki asked.

"The same as Devil, blood. I require the same amount," Ghost said.

Sengoku agreed to it and soon the room brightened and Ghost became slightly bigger. I smiled, "It is up to you to tell him your true name, but remember, it cannot be taken back."

Sengoku smiled at Ghost a bit, "Why do I feel odd?"

Ghost tried to speak but couldnt. I sighed and took out some blood, "This should sate your hunger long enough for him to get some."

Ghost drank some and swayed a bit, "This is wine jackass."

"Blood wine. You're welcome," I smiled.

"Why do I feel odd?" Sengoku asked again.

"Right, right,... Let's go play in the bath," I smirked.

"Wait, do you feel numb and tingly like you cant feel but you feel everything?" Sakazuki asked.

Sengoku nodded and Sakazuki sighed, "Same feeling I had when I made a deal with this devil."

"Can we play in the bath now?" I asked bored.

"Let me finish my paperwork and we can," Sengoku said.

I sighed and shook my head, "Ghost, help him so we can go."

Ghost nodded and before anyone could react, all the papers were floating with pens signing then. Once done, Ghost transferred the knowledge of the papers to Sengoku then stretched, "Need food..."

"I have a stash...," I commented then froze realizing I had spoken out loud.

All eyes were on me, asking for more information. I looked away. Sakazuki growled, "From where?"

"I was joking," I said. They didn't buy it. I sighed, "When those guys died, I realized Ghost was getting closer to his next tail... So I took their blood and put booze in. No big deal."

I passed out another bottle of blood, "This is what I have."

Ghost drank it dry and stared at me, "More..."

I grumbled, "The guy who drowned..."

Another bottle gone... another out, "The girl who tried to kill you for not letting her pet you."

Another bottle, "The man who said you were a little pussy."

Another bottle, "The man who traumatized you..."

Another bottle, "The woman who threw apples at you..."

Another bottle, "What I've taken from Kizaru."

Another bottle, "What I've taken from Garp."

Another bottle, "What I've taken from Hina."

"That's enough," Ghost finally said.

"Good because I'm out," I said.

They looked at me doubtfully. I gingerly grabbed Ghost, "Soon, we will have real fun."

Sakazuki looked at me oddly. Sengoku frowned, "What exactly are you two to eachother?"

I put Ghost down, "I guess you could say,..."

Ghost puffed up his chest, "I'm his wife!"

"See how I skin you! Wife?! Who needs them! I have a little chicken!" I growled amused.

"But...," he started pouting and cried to Sakazuki, "He... hes bullying me!"

Sakazuki frowned. I smirked, "Sengoku, my little thing ran to another man."

Ghost gasped, "You tattletale!"

"We dont have to wait," I said an swiped him into my paws, licking him clean, "You are a male, so you cant be a wife. Think before you speak. It is time to return to being a normal cat, love."

Ghost nodded, 'You're right.'

"So you are married?" Sengoku asked.

'Yes. Along with one other,' I said and stood up, having cleaned Ghost enough for swimming, 'Swimming.'

Sakazuki sighed and tried to leave right away. I growled, 'Pamper me! Carry me!'

Sakazuki paused and grumbled, "Dont you think you are too big for that?"

'I dont weigh anything, what's the problem?' I asked.

"This is why you seem distracted sometimes?" Sengoku asked.

Sakazuki faintly nodded. I smirked, 'Ghost, enjoy your walk.'

I jumped into Sakazuki's arms, my front paws around his neck, 'So warm... mmm.'

Ghost scoffed and looked at Sengoku, giving him big eyes. Sengoku smiled, "Do what you want."

Ghost jumped on him, climbing into the collar of his suit and poking his head over the top slightly. I laughed amused, 'I cant wait until your powers manifest like mine.'

All seemed curious so I jingled my ears, 'This is not a fashion statement.'
