(Subspace Lab) * Kaito's POV *

This... It's Zetsu, but I White Zetsu. How did he get this? Did you Tobi gave it to him? Or did he steal it?

Well whatever, I'm wanted it anyways. Maybe I can make an army with it. Or at least I can use to gather information.

I place the Zetsu on the table ang start dissecting it.

What found was interesting, it had nothing. It's just cells. No bone, no blood, just white chuck of flesh? I don't think you can even call that flesh.

Putting it under a microscope. I checked its cell structure. I as the charateristic of plant cells.

I think I can recreate this. Since it's plant based, I can use the concept of that to activate the cell. After that it'll duplicate itself, hopefully.

I started to release mana into the cell under the microscope. After a while, the cell started to show movements. Stopping the supply of my mana, the movement didn't stop. Then it started dividing. After that I placed the activated cell under a full spectrum lamp. Letting it grow.

It was already pretty late so I return home and went to bed.

(The Next Day)

Members of Team 2 gathered at the Hokage Mansion. Today Team 2 is going on their first mission. But of course those are just simple missions.

And so we started doing some odd jobs. Cleaning, finding this...and a cat.

(A few days later)

When i was training alone, Shinko, my teammate came and informed me of another mission. So I left with her and ather with my team.

A few minutes later, we arrived. Everyone was already present so our sensei informed us that we will be going to Sora-ku for this mission.

(In Sora-ku)

We arrived at an abandoned city and met an old lady. Her name is Nekobaa and she incharge of this city, Sora-ku.

Our mission this time is to find a cat, not a normal cat but a Ninja cat. We were given cat ear head band for some reason. Tenma refused to wear it and had an argument with Shinko. They were stopped by Nekobaa to prevent waking up her granddaughter, Tamaki.

We were told that the cat ears are ninja tools to communicate and blend in with cats. Ten a stopped arguing and took it. We were each given a picture of the ninja cat we need to find. It was a cat with orange and white fur. The upper side and its tail is orange while the rest of his body is white. It has green eyes and 6 whiskers on each side of its face. 3 by the eyes and 3 by the cheeks.

We decided to split up and search for information. We were split into 3 groups, Tenma and Shinko, Itachi and me, sensei by himself.

Looking for cats, asking for information ........

Asking locals, who are obviously cats.

Itachi and I found the cats location and went to inform our sensei. After we found sensei, we told him what we found. I suggested we regroup with the others and Itachi volunteered to go get them.

A while later, we met at a place near the location of the cat. The cat seems to be drunk. It's talking about getting rejected and something about marriage. It seems the cat was chasing girls and ended up here. Sensei went ahead and talked to it.

Sensei :"I just overheard your story and I sympathize." "So I wanted to talk"

Cat : " Can you even understand the feelings of a male cat who has been rejected meow?"

Sensei :"I DO! I do understand!"

Cat: " I see..... So you're not popular with ladies either."

With those words, an imaginary knife seem to stab into sensei's back. That was the most damage he had taken.

Sensei : " Uhh... Yeah that's it"

Cat : " well have a drink meow." *gives sensei a glass and poured him some alcohol *

Sensei: *held the glass * "they just don't understand a man's charm. That's why ladies just don't have perspective... Or rather a discerning eye.....

Just before sensei could finish the cat scratched sensei's face and yelled," Don't insult her"while

"seems like communicating falied" is a Itachi said and we all rush forward to catch it.

Tenma threw his kunai at the cat but it easily deflected it with his claws.

"I'll take you on" the cat said before running away into the path surrounded by wooden boxes. 'what happened to take us on' was my thought.

We all chased after the cat.

The cat took a turn while Itachi jump on top of the boxes. Seeing this, Tenma increased is speed and took a turn. "Baam" was what I heard. Looking at where the sound came from, I saw Temna on the ground and a dent in the wall made of box. Turns out the cat went through the small hole.

I went ahead and caught up with Itachi but the cat was no where to be seen. "Ahhhhh." came from behind use. Arriving at the location, we saw Shinko on the ground with paw prints on her face.

I stayed behind while Itachi went ahead and chase the cat which was not far away.

Itachi took out some kunai and shot it towards the cat. Hearing the sound of kunais, the cat stopped and avoided them. He stood there thinking itachi had missed and letting its guard down, when suddenly the kunai hit each other and deflecting its location.

One to the kunai flew toward the cat and cut of one his whiskers on one side. Another one fell on his head on the blunt side and knocked him unconscious.

For some reason, Tenma, who has recovered chased the whiskers that was flying away. He jumped to and caught the whiskers but unfortunately below hi, I was a cliff.

[Binding Snake Glare Spell]. A snake as thick as my arm came out of my sleeves. It caught Tenma and pulled him back, saving his life.

After retrieving the cat we went back to where Nekobaa was to complete our mission. After completing the mission we returned to Konoha.
