Update

Hey!

First things first, thank you guys for all your support and encouragement. It means the world to me.

Secondly, the reason why I made this "Update" chapter.

Since you guys probably read, Lionel (MC) is currently in the USA. It'll take a while for him to move to Japan and study at U.A. I'm also saying it now, he'll be the same age as the main cast.

Why?

Well, at first I wanted to write about Lionel being classmates with U.A.'s Big Three but I wasn't confident or experienced enough to write something like that. It would've been all AU/OG (Alternate Universe/Original) since we barely know about their classmates, classes, their experiences, etc.

It feels more comfortable for me to just make Lionel the same age as the Main Cast since I'll have a lot of information to work with and a rough timeline.

Anyway, enough about that. The reason I made this interlude is that I suck at making OCs. I had a ton of OCs made but they didn't feel right when I tried incorporating them into the story. Some I made, I guess the word would be awkward, others a bit too Mary Sue/Gary Sue. A lot of them were inadequate. It just felt wrong.

I'm confident about Clara though. Mostly because I used a friend as a model when creating her character. (I had permission)

I'm thinking about incorporating characters from other franchises but made to fit in the world of MHA with a bit of a twist of their personality, nothing too major. I'll give you an example.

Do you guys know Worm? It was made by Wildbow. Anyway, that story is grimdark. That world/universe has a universal rule. Things will get worse.

The MC is a girl named Taylor Herbert and she could control most arthropods, a number of sea creatures such as Crabs, Lobsters, and Krill, some Mollusca like slugs and snails, and parasites like heartworms. She got bullied so hard and suffered so much that she gained power twice over. (She triggered and got her power but the stress and trauma were so much that she triggered again, increasing her power. It's like MHA's awakening.)

She would be Lionel's classmate sometime in the future. Taylor would be bullied a lot by her classmates for one thing or another. Mostly her Quirk. It would be called by other children "Villainous" since she could control mostly insects and a lot of kids don't like the creepy crawlers/flyers. Her schoolwork and projects would be sabotaged and destroyed. No one would believe her, even the teachers since all her classmates would team up against her. Then, her mother will get into an accident and all the stress from everything will awaken her Quirk.

The bullying would continue till middle school until Lionel transfers to her school.

SO! What do you guys think? Should I do stuff like this? Maybe Raven or Beast Boy from Teen Titans? Miss Martian or Superboy from Young Justice? Hinata or Naruto from... Naruto? Heck, Bulma or Vegeta from Dragon Ball!
