Chapter 66 Meeting Banner

Jack did some patrolling before he called it a day and left for home. He didn't have school as it was a weekend, all his time was spent on increasing his strength to a whole new degree, he had spread out his channels for signs of any green hulking monster in Harlem or anywhere else, He also used every security camera as his device and made sure to get an ID on Bruce Banner, its better to talk to the man than to fight with what's underneath him.

Jack wasn't afraid of a fight, he was afraid of the death and destruction it would cause, Jack decided that he would try his best to make sure that the events didn't happen, it would be even better if he made Bruce come to terms with his other Half, having a talkable hulk was much better then the angry, annoyed and reckless Hulk.

Jack also bought a new property and started working on it, He wanted Bruce to work for him, this way, he can hit two birds with one arrow and nobody will get hurt, though he will be messing with the military, he wasn't afraid.

The best the military could do was bow their heads and back away as soon as they can, they didn't have the tech to fight enhanced people like Hulk and Jack, Abomination as well.

Jack kept training to the extreme and just like that two months passed, Matt didn't contact him in all this time, it either meant that he hadn't come across contact the big guns, or that he was shy and didn't want to bother him, Jack didn't stop to think that it was because the Devil was a little skeptical of his recent endeavor.

One day, as Jack was hanging out with Stark, he received the notification on his phone, it seemed like the security camera was able to identify Bruce Banner, it was an 80 percent match, Jack hung up on Tony and immediately flew to where Bruce was spotted.

Jack didn't have any item belonging to Bruce or it would have been easier to track him, He scoured the whole place before he found a conspicuous man walking around with a hat covering his head and a part of his face making him unrecognizable in the public,

Jack sneakily reached behind Bruce and put a hand on his shoulder,

"Make any sudden moves and you are gone " Said Jack in all seriousness

"You dont wanna do that," said Bruce, he wasn't afraid of the injury, but what came after that scared him to death

"You are right, I dont wanna do that, but so do you, so how about you move left into that alleyway"Jack instructed Bruce who quickened his pace and was led to a secluded alleyway that had only a single opening.

"Alright, what do you want, is ot money, her take it!" Bruce took out his wallet and handed it to Jack hoping that was all Jack wanted, he didn't recognize Jack as seeing the TV wasn't one of the priorities of Bruce, who thought he had an uncontrolled monster inside him.

"Sigh, I have enough money to buy a whole block, no, I dont want your money, I want you" Jack pointed at Bruce who started to step away, afraid his identity had been revealed, the government had done a good job in keeping things private, but powerful people had their own ways.

Jack decided it was better to end the joke, he didn't know if the doctor would become angry enough to unleash the Hulk on him so he immediately took off his hoodie to reveal his face.

"You dont know me?!" asked Jack in surprise, he couldn't believe what was happening

Bruce had the face of someone who was confused to hell, he didn't know what this weird guy wanted, and now he suddenly took off his hoodie and revealed his face and expected him to know who he was

"Umm, I believe I have never met you before, are you some kind of celebrity, "asked Bruce awkwardly.

He had come here to meet the doctor and get a cure for his disease when he came to, he found out that his girlfriend had now moved on, he thought about giving a visit but decided not to, with the distractions out of the way, he decided to visit the professor bur was met with this weird guy who first looked like he wanted to get some quick cash, then he started acting like he knew him or something

" Sigh,I guess you were rather preoccupied in whatever hellhole you you used to hide in" Jack said as he rubbed his head.

Being a hero had its own charm, Bruxe might have listened to him and agreed much more easily if he were to know who Jack is.

"I am Called Cedric, a wizard and regular hero of New York" Said Jack as he introduced himself, to make Bruce believe him, he cast several kinds of spells, Bruce was surprised when he saw what Jack did.

Though he also became a little scared, Bruce thought how someone with strange powers might come after him, suddenly he clenched his chest, and groaned in pain.His body was starting to turn green

"Not...goood,,run" shouted Bruce as he began imagining the scenes of a ruined City.

Though at this moment he sensed a strange energy engulf the whole place and his condition became better then ever before, it felt as if he was never turning in the first place, he slowly stood up and looked at the man who had a wand in his hands that emitted a weird green light

"You seriously need to get a hang on yourself,I was just kidding with you, How about we started anew, what say you, doctor Banner" Jack smiled as he looked at the dumbfounded Bruce Banner.

'This is gonna be a fun week' though Jack
