242 Yiling

Lijuan looked at the wallet she had gotten Yun earlier that week. She had wanted to give it to him when next they met but since he had been busy, she hadn't had any opportunity to do so. It was a brown leather wallet. She didn't know what was so special about it that it had to cost so much. Maybe they had used the skin of a dinosaur to make it? But she couldn't complain. He deserved it. In fact, he deserved much more than that but it was unfortunate she didn't know what else to get him. 

"You are still mad at me?" She spoke to the wallet in place of Yun. "Why are you always scolding me? Is it my fault that I like you too much?" She asked with a sad pout before hitting the wallet. "You even hung up on me. You are so mean." 

She remembered Yiling was waiting outside for her since they were supposed to go get something for Grandfather Wang so she hurried out with the wallet in her hand.
