Beautiful And Familiar

Penelope probably looked like a crazy person running in a hospital while wearing a dress and high heels but she didn't care who saw her right now. She frantically slammed the button to the top floor and bounced up and down anxious as it slowly passed each floor. 

Were elevators always this slow?! What was taking so long?

When it opened, she continued her mad sprint to Roman's office, not even bothering to knock. He was looking through some paperwork and was looked up in shock when the door slammed open. 

His face broke into that wide smile she loved. "Penny! This is a nice surprise; what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at work?"

"Roman!" she sobbed as she launched herself at him, heedless of the fact that she nearly knocked them both out of his chair.
