The boy woke up as he closed the alarm clock without touching it.
"Fifteen Years! It's been 15 years since I reincarnated and 11 Years since I gained my memories."
Yes, The boy is a transmigrated person. He was reincarnated in the world of My Hero Academia and gained his memories when he was 4 years.
FLASHBACK
He regained the memories during an accident which lead to his Parent's Death. His Parents were normal people and they died due to a fight between Heroes and Villains in which they were used as Hostages.
Because of Panic and Anxiety at that time, the 4-year-old boy unconsciously awakened his quick which made the villains still for a second. The Heroes took advantage of the fact but still, they weren't able to save them.
Later he woke up in a hospital and had an amnesia. He only remembered his name 'Sano Kirito' and his past life memories.
He was sent to an orphanage and his quirk was written as 'Psychokinesis (Weak)'.
Kirito knew he had another ability but he decided to not tell others. He could see the status of his abilities. His main quirk was just like Hero Ryuku's Dragon quirk but he could use them in base form without transforming. His quirk was based on Pokemon Gallade but more advanced and open to changes.
2 years later
Kirito was now 6 years old and he gained his memories. He remembered the villains in the attacks and knew that they were from the League of Villains. His family wasn't caught in an attack but they were forced to get in between the attack because Heroes didn't plan to Kill the villains and the villains had a person who could help others escape. It was only because of his unconscious awakening that the villain with escape ability was paralyzed and then Heroes took care of him. Or there would be more damage.
When he remembered his memories he started crying and ran out of Orphanage. All of the frustrations that had bottled in him were let out in the Playground. It was good that the time was 10:00 P.M. in the night or someone would have gotten hurt.
He cried and cried all night while releasing his frustration and all of his abilities awakened. The abilities were as follows:
Water Manipulation: Use Water type Attacks.
Calm Mind: Calm Mind raises the user's Special Attack and Special Defense by one stage each.
Innate Charm:
Psychokinesis: Use Psychic attacks like, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Psybeam, Telekinesis, etc.
Disarming Voice: Disarming Voice deals damage and ignores changes to the Accuracy and Evasion stats.
Double Team: Double Team raises the user's Evasiveness by one stage, thus making the user more difficult to hit.
Fury Cutter: Fury Cutter deals damage starting at base power X, and for each successful consecutive hit doubles in power, up to a maximum base power of 4X
Future Sight: See 2 seconds in the Future. Maximum 5 seconds.
Blade Dance: Create Energy Blades to attack. The attack looks like a dance and increases Attack's damage.
Life Dew: Life Dew recovers up to 25% of the user's and its teammate's maximum HP.
Helping Hand: In Double Battles, boosts the power of the partner's move.
Feint and Double Team: Create a Feint and misguide the opponent. Double Team raises the user's Evasiveness by creating a phantom clone. Can be mixed and used at the same time.
Teleport: Teleport to places in Range. At the higher level, the person can teleport anywhere.
Aerial Ace: Attack that can't be evaded.
False Swipe: Always leaves the opponent alive.
Heal Pulse: Heal Pulse restores half of the target's maximum HP. It can be used on teammates but not on itself.
Close Combat: Passive Skill, Learn Close Quarters Combat easily.
Confuse Ray: Confuse Ray causes the target to become confused.
Destiny Bond: If the user faints, the opponent also faints.
Mean Look: The opponent cannot flee or switch.
There were all types of abilities and now he had to train them to become proficient in them. He also learned that his abilities couldn't be stolen.
A few hours later, he took care of his mood and held himself.
Checking the area, he thought of the damage and filled the area with water.
Luckily there wasn't any camera in the place or he would have been recorded.
Leaving the Playground, he went to his room and started thinking of the plans.
'First, I will look for the inheritance or anything left by my parents. I know the house location and they told me I will get them when I will be 18. I will have to think of a way to get them back.'
'Second, take care of my schooling. I will have to enter U.A. High School later so I will have to attend Middle School and Primary School or they might reject me for this reason. I don't want to take any chances.'
'Last is training my abilities. I have a lot of abilities and for 1 or 2 years I will focus on CQC and Psychokinesis. I don't want others to know about my abilities. I will have to build up my body too. After all, I will have limited energy even if I have lots of abilities.
'Even if they will get to know my abilities, I will just have to tell them that my ability evolved. Psychokinesis can do wonders after all.'
'Let's check the home tomorrow. It isn't much far away anyway.
'Let's sleep for now and will do the checking tomorrow.'
The next day, Kirito woke up and took a bath. He ate his breakfast with the other kids and told Matron that he is going to play outside.

Leaving the Orphanage, Kirito went towards the house. As he reached the house, he saw people coming out of the house. He hid at the roadside and looked at them.
They wore normal clothes and their faces weren't weird but Kirito felt they were bad. He checked around to see if there was any camera in the place but it seems it was his bad luck and no camera was found.
Kirito left back to Orphanage. He had already remembered the two men's faces and he planned on checking the house every day he would train until he can take care of himself and then confront them or talk with Police. But he didn't plan to talk now as this might be his chance to get legalization for his age, Properties, and everything. With this, he wouldn't have to worry about any guardian or anything.
6 Months Later
It's been 6 months since Kirito went to check his house. In these 6 months, he had been checking the house every day and saw the 2 men every day. Sometimes, they would bring others too.
In these 6 Months, Kirito had been training his body in Psychokinesis and Water Manipulation.
He had been trying to learn Psychic, Psybeam, Psycho cut, and other abilities with Psychokinesis.
For Water Manipulation, he had been trying to make it Purely Refractive or Purely Reflective and merge with his body to create defense around him. He also had been learning Shape Manipulation and decided to create Shurikens with it. Kirito also tried to change water's properties like make it denser or lighter or corrosive. He could only make it denser now.
For CQC, he had become delinquent in the area and started to beat others and treat them as dummies.
Kirito could use his abilities like Calm Mind or Confuse Ray anytime but each one had a limited time and number.
Now he had been planning to attack the people at his house.
Kirito went to Matron's room and reported to the Police that there were unknown people in his house. Kirito gave the address and left for the house.
